目的:观察夏枯草口服液治疗气郁痰阻型结节性甲状腺肿的临床疗效 方法:将66例结节性甲状腺肿患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组33例;对照组口服左甲状腺素钠片,治疗组给予左甲状腺素钠片和夏枯草口服液治疗,疗程6个月。观察两组临床疗效、甲状腺结节和甲状腺功能变化情况 结果:治疗组总有效率为84.85%,对照组为51.52%;治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P,<,0.01)。治疗后,两组甲状腺结节最大直径均明显缩小(P,<,0.05,P,<,0.01),且治疗组小于对照组(P,<,0.01);治疗组甲状腺结节数目减少(P,<,0.05),且治疗组结节数目小于对照组(P,<,0.05)。两组治疗前后及组间甲状腺功能指标(FT,3,、FT,4,、TSH)变化无显著差异(P,>,0.05) 结论:夏枯草口服液治疗结节性甲状腺肿临床疗效确切。
To observe the clinical efficacy of “Xiakucao Fluid” in the treatment of nodular goiter of qi depression and phlegm obstruction Methods:Sixty-six subjects were randomized into two groups:control group in which 33 cases were treated by Levothyroxin Sodium Tablets, and treatment group in which 33 cases were treated by Levothyroxin Sodium Tablets and “Xiakucao Fluid”, with a course of six months. The clinical efficacy, thyroid nodes and thyroid functions were observed Results:The total effective rate was 84.85% in the treatment group and 51.52% in the control group, with better efficacy in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.01). After treatment, the maximal diameters of thyroid nodes were reduced in both groups(P<0.05, P<0.01), with smaller diameter in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.01); the number of thyroid nodes was decreased in the treatment group(P<0.05), with fewer number in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of FT3, FT4 and TSH changed little between before and after treatment, and the two groups(P>0.05) Conclusion:“Xiakucao Fluid” is quite effective against nodular goiter of qi depression and phlegm obstruction.
