Objective:The paper is to observe the clinical curative effect of Luo’s gynecological treatment of fallopian tube obstructive disease Methods:82 cases of oviduct obstructive infertility were randomly divided into the treatment group (42 cases) and control group (40 cases). The control group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine Luo’s Sundarbans decoction, while the treatment group treated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of abdominal acupuncture on the basis of post iontophoresis (Luo’s external use prescription of traditional Chinese Medicine). Both of the group were 1 year for a course, clinical efficacy and the pregnancy rate were observed, and 1 year follow-up to observe the pregnancy Results:①The clinical total effective rate were 90.48% and 72.50% of the treatment group and the control group respectively, and the cure rate was 83.33% and 62.50% respectively. Comparison of the clinical efficacy between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).②During the test, there were 27 cases of pregnancy in the treatment group, and 17 cases of pregnancy in the control group, the difference was statistically significant of the pregnancy rate between the groups(P<0.05).③Two patients were followed up for pregnancy rate showed no significant difference(P>0.05) Conclusion:Luo’s treatment of oral drug combined with external treatment on tubal obstruction disease is effective , the treatment can improve the pregnancy rate.
