运用传统及现代方法,筛选出《中华本草》中86味具有祛风湿功效的豆科药物,探讨其三性、五味、归经、功效、主治等药性规律。豆科祛风湿药物多味苦、性温,主要归脾、肺、肾、肝经;绝大多数药物无毒;主要功效为祛风除湿、活血解毒,多用于治疗风湿痹证及跌打损伤所致的瘀血证。
The current paper adopts traditional and moder Methods: to screen 86 legume drugs which have rheumatic efficacy in Chinese Materia Medica, discusses their properties such as three characteristics, flavors, meridian, efficacy, indications. Most legumes rheumatism drugs are bitter in taste, warm in nature, channel tropism to spleen, lung, kidney and liver. Most are non-toxic. The main efficacy of legume drugs are dispelling wind and eliminating dampness, promoting blood circulation and detoxification, for the treatment of wind dampness arthralgia syndrome and bloodstasis syndrome.
