Objective:To evaluate effect of exercise prescription combined with acupoint sticking directional through medicine to alleviate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in patients with clinical symptoms, improve function and quality of life of lung function Methods:Patients meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups, the control group used the “guide” in the stable classification treatment, the treatment group based on the use of Chinese medicine prescription of rehabilitation exercise (1 years) and applicator directional medicine penetration (Sanfu days). Differences between the two groups in terms of the disease and pulmonary function, quality of life Results:In the cold, COPD incidence, pneumonia frequency in treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group (P<0.05); lung function improved significantly than before treatment (P<0.01), and was better than that of the control group (P<0.05); in daily life, psychological anxiety score in the treatment group than the control group decreased significantly (P<0.05).ConclusionCombined exercise prescription and acupoint sticking directional medicine penetration method can reduce the number of acute onset, COPD promote lung function recovery, improve the life quality of the patients.
