Objective:To observe the of combining therapy of Chinese medicine on T-lymphocyte and immune globulin in patients with acute mastitis  Methods:①Thirty female patients as the normal group, and we observed the changes of T-lymphocyte and immune globulin in 60 cases. ②Patients in the treatment group was treated with combining therapy of Chinese medicine for 2 months. The clinical efficacy, and T-lymphocyte and immune globulin were observed  Results:①After treatment, all patients in the treatment group were observed, and the total effective rate was 100%. ②Before treatment, there were significant differences in the levels of CD4,+, and CD8,+, between the two groups (P,<,0.05); in the treatment group, there were significant differences in the levels of CD3,+, CD4,+, and CD4,+,/CD8,+, between before and after treatment (P,<,0.05). ③There were significant differences in the IgG level between the two groups (P,<,0.05). There were significant differences in the IgG and IgA levels between before and after treatment (P,<,0.05)  Conclusion:Acute mastitis has close relationship with disorder of immunologic balance, and combining therapy of Chinese medicine has regulatory effect on T-lymphocyte and immune globulin in patients with acute mastitis.
