Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of “Ningmitai Capsules” in treating urogenital system infection of damp-heat in lower energizer pattern. Methods Three hundred and sixteen cases with urogenital system infection were treated with “Ningmitai Capsules”, with the course of 7 days. The clinical efficacy and changes of symptoms score and urine routines were observed.  Results: The total effective rate was 91.43%, and the negative conversion ratio of bacteria cultivation was 91.67%; after treatment, the counts of WBC and red blood cells in urine and urine culture (P<0.05, P<0.01); the total scores of clinical symptoms were reduced from (16.34±4.35) to (7.16±2.95). There was a significant difference between before and after treatment (P<0.01).  Conclusion: “Ningmitai Capsules” has positive effect on urogenital system infection of damp-heat in lower energizer pattern.
