摘要

阐述窍药的分类及功效。认为头面七窍为脑之门户,内通于脑,六淫外邪可经诸窍上犯侵脑,脑病也可累及诸窍,故窍病分为窍本身之病和脑系累及之病。窍本病可用各窍之专开药治疗；脑系病累及者,以走窜通脑之品(通开药)配合诸窍专开之药治之。

Abstract

This paper expounds the classification and effects of orifice-opening medicine. It is believed that seven orifices of the head and face are the gates of brain, which can be attacked by six evils. Thus, orifice diseases usually association with brain, which can be treated with orifice-opening medicine; diseases of brain and spirit can be treated by orifice-opening medicine.
