摘要

介绍聂红明教授采用泻南补北法治疗晚期肝癌的经验。提出晚期肝癌肝阴实证病机新论，并基于五行生克制化理论拓展泻南补北法的理论内涵，通过泻南补北法调节“心-肝-肾轴”动态平衡，以解决中晚期肝癌肝木壅实的核心病机，有助于改善患者临床症状，实现“带瘤生存”的长期目标，为提高中晚期肝癌生存率提供思路。并附验案1则。

Abstract

This paper presents Professor Nie Hongming's experience in treating advanced liver cancer using the reducing the south and tonifying the north method. A new theory on the pathogenesis of advanced liver cancer with liver yin excess is proposed. Based on the generating and controlling relationships of the five elements， the theoretical connotation of the reducing the south and tonifying the north method is expanded. By using this method to regulate the dynamic balance of the "heart-liver-kidney axis"， Professor Nie addresses the core pathology of liver qi stagnation and congestion in advanced liver cancer. This helps to improve the clinical symptoms of patients and achieve the long-term goal of "living with cancer"， providing insights to enhance the survival rate of patients with advanced liver cancer. One representative case is included for illustration.
