摘要
通过查阅国内外文献和相关医籍，相较现代医学对肿瘤转移的认识，以《黄帝内经》养正观及其后世发挥为核心，从病机、治则、影响因素角度探析养正观对恶性肿瘤转移的防治思想。养正观认为肿瘤转移的病机离不开邪正关系，提出“癌毒潜伏，正虚则病”的病机，主张扶正联合解毒的治则，阐述饮食、起居、情志为三大影响因素。在临床上，辨证运用扶正解毒、解毒复正法，辅以节饮食、慎起居、调情志的养正观念，可起到防治结合的效果。

and its later development as the core， the view of cultivating vital energy on the prevention and treatment of malignant tumor metastasis is explored and analyzed from the aspects of the pathogenesis， treatment principles and influencing factors. According to the view of cul
tivating vital energy， the pathogenesis of tumor metastasis can not be separated from the relationship between evil and positive. The view of cultivating vital energy believed that “cancer toxin is latent， while the deficiency of physical strength leads to disease”. It advocated the therapy of strengthening physical strength and being associated with detoxification. Diet， daily life and emotion are the three major influencing factors. In clinical practice， the dialectical application of restore vital energy before detoxification method and detoxify first， then strengthen the constitution method， as well as supplemented by the concept of balanced diet， being cautious in living and regulating emotions， can achieve the effect of prevention and treatment of tumor metastasis.
