摘要

幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染与胃炎、胃癌等胃肠道疾病关系密切，目前临床主要采用基于抗生素的方案根除Hp，然而抗生素耐药问题日益严峻。通过检索文献，总结归纳中药治疗Hp胃炎的物质基础及作用机制，以期为Hp胃炎中药治疗药物的研发及临床应用提供理论基础和科学依据。中药可以通过破坏Hp生物膜结构、抑制脲酶活性和毒力因子释放、减轻系统氧化应激和炎症、调节胃肠道菌群等途径对Hp胃炎发挥治疗作用，具有多靶点、多途径的作用特点。

Abstract

Helicobacter pylori

（Hp） infection is closely associated with gastrointestinal diseases such as gastritis and gastric cancer. Currently， antibiotic-based regimens are the primary clinical approach for Hp eradication. However， antibiotic resistance is becoming increasingly severe. By reviewing relevant literature， this paper summarizes the material

basis and mechanisms of Chinese materia medica （CMM） in the treatment of Hp-associated gastritis， aiming to provide a theoretical foundation and scientific basis for the research and development as well as clinical application of CMM for Hp-associated gastritis. CMM can exert therapeutic effects on Hp-associated gastritis through multiple pathways， including disrupting the Hp biofilm structure， inhibiting urease activity and the release of virulence factors， alleviating systemic oxidative stress and inflammation， and regulating the gastrointestinal microbiota， exhibiting multi-target and multi-pathway characteristics.
