摘要

糖尿病慢性肾病（DKD）发病与气滞血瘀密切相关，气虚则滞，因虚致瘀，瘀血阻塞肾络，反过来加重病情，故补气活血之品应贯穿治疗全程。通过综述临床常用补气活血类单味中药及药对治疗DKD的中西医机制，旨在为中医药治疗DKD提供更多理论指导。

Abstract

Diabetic kidney disease （DKD） is closely associated with qi stagnation and blood stasis. The pathogenesis is characterized by qi deficiency leading to qi stagnation，deficiency induces stasis， and blood stasis further obstructs the kidney collaterals and exacerbates the condition. Therefore， Chinese materia medica that tonify qi and activate blood should be administered throughout the entire course of treatment. This paper reviews the clinical applications of commonly used single Chinese medicinals and medicinal pairs with the effects of tonifying qi and activating blood in DKD， along with their underlying mechanisms from both Chinese medicine and modern medicine perspectives. It aims to provide further theoretical guidance for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of DKD.
