摘要

目的

评估火龙罐治疗坐骨神经痛（亚急性期）的短期疗效和安全性，为临床提供证据。

方法

将104例坐骨神经痛（亚急性期）患者随机分为试验组和对照组，每组各52例。试验组采用火龙罐治疗，对照组采用常规艾灸治疗，治疗频次均为每周3次，连续治疗4周，共计12次。比较两组视觉模拟评分法（VAS）、健康调查简表（SF-36）、Oswestry功能障碍指数（ODI）、日本骨科协会评分（JOA）、罗兰-莫里斯功能障碍问卷（RMDQ）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分情况。

结果

①最终完成试验者104例，其中试验组52例、对照组52例。②治疗后，试验组VAS评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（

0.05）。③治疗后，试验组SF-36、ODI、JOA、RMDQ、HAMD、HAMA评分均显著优于对照组（

0.05）。④试验期间，两组均未发生严重不良事件。

结论

火龙罐治疗坐骨神经痛（亚急性期）能够在短期内显著改善患者疼痛、功能状态和心理状态，且安全性良好，为临床提供了新的治疗选择。

Abstract

Objective

To evaluate the short-term efficacy and safety of fire dragon cupping in the treatment of sciatica（subacute phase）， and to provide evidence for clinical practice.

Methods

A total of 104 patients with sciatica（subacute phase） were randomly divided into an experimental group （

=52） and a control group （

=52）. The experimental group received fire dragon cupping therapy， while the control group was treated with conventional moxibustion. Both groups were treated 3 times a week for 4 consecutive weeks， with a total of 12 sessions. The Visual Analogue Scale （VAS）， 36-Item Short Form Health Survey （SF-36）， Oswestry Disability Index （ODI）， Japanese Orthopaedic Association （JOA） score， Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire （RMDQ）， Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） and Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） scores were compared between the two groups.

Results

0.05）. ④No serious adverse events occurred in either group during the treatment period.

Conclusion

Fire dragon cupping significantly improves pain， functional status and psychological state in patients with sciatica（subacute phase） in the short term with good safety， providing a new therapeutic option for clinical practice.
