摘要

介绍武权生教授基于“阳虚阴结”理论治疗绒毛膜下血肿（SCH）的临床经验。结合西北地区妇女体质与SCH临床特点，武教授认为“阴结于内”是SCH形成的直接原因，“阳虚不化”是SCH发展的中心环节，治疗时应化瘀止血与温肾安胎相结合，同时配合情志疏导。并附验案1则。

Abstract

This paper introduces Professor Wu Quansheng's clinical experience in treating subchorionic hematoma （SCH） based on the theory of "yang deficiency with yin stagnation". Considering the physical characteristics of women in northwest China and the clinical features of SCH， Professor Wu holds that "yin stagnation internally" is the direct cause of SCH formation， and "yang deficiency failing to transform" is the central mechanism in the progression of SCH. In treatment， it is necessary to combine resolving stasis to stop bleeding with warming the kidney to prevent miscarriage， along with emotional regulation and counseling. A clinical case is provided for reference.
