摘要

介绍袁灿兴主任以滋补肝肾为主分期论治帕金森病（PD）的临床经验。认为肝肾阴虚为PD的基本病机并贯穿疾病始终。参照Hoehn-Yahr分级将PD分为早、中、晚3期，早期滋补肝肾，重在延缓疾病进展；中期滋补肝肾、健脾化痰、通络解毒，重在增效减毒；晚期阴阳双补，重在提高生存质量；对于PD非运动症状的治疗亦不离滋补肝肾之本。并附验案1则。

Abstract

This paper introduces the chief physician Yuan Canxing’s staged treatment experience for Parkinson’s disease （PD） with nourishing the liver and kidney as the main method. It is considered that Yin deficiency of liver and kidney is the basic pathogenic mechanism of PD， which influences the whole disease course. According to Hoehn-Yahr scale， PD can be divided into early， middle and late stages. In the early stage， the focus of nourishing the liver and kidney is to slow down the disease progression. In the middle stage， nourishing the liver and kidney should be accompanied by strengthening the spleen， resolving phlegm， dredging collaterals and removing toxicity for the purpose of increasing efficacy and reducing toxicity. In the late stage， the key point is to improve the quality of survival by nourishing both Yin and Yang. For the treatment of non-motor symptoms of PD， it is also necessary to nourish the liver and kidney. One proven case is presented.
