摘要

从病因病机、辨治心得等方面总结李祥云教授治疗子宫肌瘤的经验。李教授运用取类比象思维方法提出治疗子宫肌瘤的“三步渐进法”（破瘀散结、软坚散结、活血利水），善于辨体调周，善用药对，创立“消癥汤”治疗子宫肌瘤，疗效显著。并附验案1则。

Abstract

This paper summarizes professor Li Xiangyun’s experience in treating uterine leiomyoma from the aspects of etiology， pathogenesis and experience of differential treatment. Professor Li puts forward the“three steps gradual method”（breaking blood stasis and dispersing knot， softening hard and dispersing knot， promoting blood circulation and diuresis） to treat uterine leiomyoma based on the method of analogy. He is good at distinguishing body and regulating week， using drug pair， and creating “Xiaozheng Decoction” to treat uterine fibroid， so the curative effect is remarkable. One proven case is presented.
