Clinical experience of Li Xiangyun in treating uterine leiomyoma with three steps gradual method
This paper summarizes professor Li Xiangyun’s experience in treating uterine leiomyoma from the aspects of etiology, pathogenesis and experience of differential treatment. Professor Li puts forward the“three steps gradual method”(breaking blood stasis and dispersing knot, softening hard and dispersing knot, promoting blood circulation and diuresis) to treat uterine leiomyoma based on the method of analogy. He is good at distinguishing body and regulating week, using drug pair, and creating “Xiaozheng Decoction” to treat uterine fibroid, so the curative effect is remarkable. One proven case is presented.
