摘要

当归作为“血中圣药”，药用历史悠久，有“十方九归”之称，其在十余种经典名方中作为君药或臣药之用。其化学成分主要包括挥发油类、黄酮类、有机酸类、多糖类和氨基酸类等。这些成分赋予了当归多种药理活性，如促进造血功能、抗炎、抗肿瘤、调节免疫、保肝等功效。在质量研究方面，种植产地、炮制方法和产地加工方法均会影响当归的质量和疗效。对当归的化学成分、药理作用、质量控制进行系统综述，以期为当归及其复方制剂的开发应用提供参考。

Abstract

Angelica Sinensis Radix

known as "the holy medicine for blood disorders"

has a long history of medicinal use and is often referred to as "present in nine out of ten classical formulas". It acts as either the monarch medicine or the minister medicine in more than ten classical formulas. And its chemical components mainly include volatile oils

flavonoids

organic acids

polysaccharides and amino acids. Based on these components

Angelica Sinensis Radix has a variety of pharmacological effects

such as promoting hematopoietic function

anti-inflammatory

anti-tumor

regulating immunity

and protecting liver. In terms of quality research

the cultivation place of origin

processing methods and post-harvest processing methods will all affect the quality and efficacy of Angelica Sinensis Radix. A systematic review of the chemical components

pharmacological effects and quality control of Angelica Sinensis Radix is conducted in order to provide reference for the development and application of Angelica Sinensis Radix and its compound preparations.
