摘要

介绍顾氏外科采用切开拖线疗法治疗婴幼儿肛瘘的经验。术前精准诊断，严格把握手术指征；术中注意手术操作细节，充分发挥顾氏外科切开拖线术的优势；术后灵活掌握撤线时机，注重护理换药。并附验案1则。

Abstract

This paper presents the clinical experience with incision and suture-dragging therapy of Gu's surgery in the treatment of anal fistula in infants and toddlers. Precise preoperative diagnosis and strict adherence to surgical indications are fundamental. Intraoperatively， meticulous attention is paid to surgical technique to fully leverage the strengths of Gu's incision and suture-dragging therapy. Postoperatively， the timing of suture removal is managed with flexibility， with careful attention to nursing care and wound dressing. One representative case is included for illustration.
