摘要

介绍徐世芬教授治疗儿童特应性皮炎的经验。徐教授认为本病的发病机制主要为正气虚损，风湿侵袭；治疗以扶助正气、祛风除湿为核心，重视补益脾胃、充盈气血；临证将围刺与毫火针相结合，灸足三里鼓舞正气，再配合辨证取穴祛风燥湿，自创“围邪扶正”针法，扶正祛邪，标本兼治，疗效满意。并附验案1则。

Abstract

This paper introduces Professor Xu Shifen's experience in treating children with atopic dermatitis （AD）. Professor Xu holds that the pathogenesis of AD is primarily due to deficiency of healthy qi and invasion of wind-dampness. The treatment focuses on strengthening healthy qi， dispelling wind and eliminating dampness， with an emphasis on tonifying the spleen and stomach and enriching qi and blood. In clinical practice， she combines encircling acupuncture with filiform fire needling， and applies moxibustion at Zusanli （ST36） to invigorate healthy qi， along with syndrome differentiation-based acupoint selection to dispel wind and dry dampness. Professor Xu has created the "encircling pathogens and strengthening healthy qi" acupuncture method， which can strengthen healthy qi and eliminate pathogens， treating both the root cause and the manifestations， with satisfactory therapeutic effects. One clinical case is presented for reference.
