摘要

通过查阅古籍和相关文献，应用八纲辨证理论，结合临床实践经验，梳理总结糖尿病肾病呕吐的治疗思路。在糖尿病肾病呕吐的治疗中，采用中医四诊合参的方法，辨别患者的阴阳、寒热、表里、虚实等属性，分别施以活血攻下、消癥化积法，透达膜原、解毒通络法，益胃固肾、水土合和法，芳香开窍、燥湿健脾法，沉浮并施、升清降浊法，可有效缓解糖尿病肾病呕吐的临床症状，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

Drawing on classical sources and contemporary literature of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）， and applying the syndrome differentiation of eight principles， we collate and summarize therapeutic strategies for vomiting in diabetic nephropathy based on experience of clinical practice. In treatment， the four TCM diagnostic approaches are integrated to differentiate attributes such as yin and yang， cold and heat， exterior and interior， as well as deficiency and excess in patients. Correspondingly， five methods are employed： method of activating the blood， purging downward， and resolving masses and accumulations； method of penetrating and reaching the membrane source， removing toxicity to dredge the collaterals； method of benefiting the stomach， consolidating the kidney， and harmonizing the kidney water and spleen earth； method of resuscitating with aromatics to open the orifices， drying dampness to strengthen the spleen； and method of applying medicinals of sinking and floating tendencies together， elevating the clear while descending the turbid. These methods can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of vomiting in diabetic nephropathy and improve patients' quality of life.
