摘要

病证结合动物模型是中医病机和药效研究的重要工具，然而目前疾病证候动物建模的方法仍然缺乏客观性和规范性。传统的动物模型通过直接观察动物体征进行证候评价，但运用中医四诊方法对动物进行辨证存在难度，且施加的证候诱导因素缺乏客观依据。基于“以方测证”的中医逆向思维，根据方剂疗效来反向推断动物模型的证候，为病证结合动物模型的建立提供了新视角。在总结当前常用的病证结合动物模型现状的基础上，阐述“以方测证”动物模型的理论基础和应用，并对其存在的问题进行分析探讨，旨在推动稳定、规范的病证结合动物模型的建立，进而促进中医药研究的发展。

Abstract

The disease-syndrome combined animal model is a crucial tool for studying the pathogenesis and therapeutic effects in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. However， current methodologies for establishing animal disease-syndrome models lack objectivity and standardization. Traditional animal models evaluate syndromes by directly observing animal signs， but it is difficult to apply TCM's four diagnostic methods to animals. Furthermore， the syndrome-inducing factors applied often lack objective basis. Based on the TCM reverse thinking known as "formula-based syndrome identification"， the syndromes of animal models are inferred inversely from the therapeutic effects of herbal formulas， providing a new perspective for establishing disease-syndrome combined animal models. Building upon a review of the current status of commonly used disease-syndrome combined animal models， this paper elaborates on the theoretical foundation and applications of the "formula-based syndrome identification" animal models. It also analyzes and discusses the remaining challenges， aiming to promote the establishment of stable and standardized disease-syndrome combined animal models， thereby advancing the development of TCM research.
