星形胶质细胞是中枢神经系统中主要的稳态细胞,已成为针刺抗抑郁的潜在靶点。通过梳理文献,探讨星形胶质细胞在抑郁症中的作用途径及针刺干预抑郁症的现状。多项研究发现:针刺能够改善星形胶质细胞结构损伤,调节星形胶质细胞功能,促进神经保护因子的表达,同时抑制胶质细胞的活化与炎症反应,进而多维度地调节突触可塑性并增强抗氧化应激能力,发挥多干预点的抗抑郁作用。这些发现有望为针刺干预抑郁症的机制研究提供参考。
Astrocytes, the primary homeostatic cells in the central nervous system, have emerged as a potential therapeutic target for acupuncture in combating depression. This review synthesizes existing literature to explore the mechanisms by which astrocytes contribute to depression and the current progress in acupuncture interventions for this disorder. Accumulating evidence reveals that acupuncture ameliorates structural impairments in astrocytes, modulates their functional activity, and enhances the expression of neuroprotective factors. Furthermore, acupuncture suppresses glial activation and inflammatory responses, thereby exerting multifaceted modulation of synaptic plasticity and augmenting antioxidant capacity. These effects collectively underpin acupuncture's multi-target antidepressant actions. These findings are anticipated to offer insights into the mechanistic studies of acupuncture in treating depression.
