综述基于肠道菌群调节探讨中药防治慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的研究概况。国内外“肠-肺轴”相关研究表明,肠道微生态环境失调可能与AECOPD的发生发展存在联系,中药作为理想的肠道微生态调节剂,能够抑制气道炎症、保护肺功能的同时,改善肠道菌群结构,修复肠上皮屏障功能,发挥防治AECOPD的作用。
This paper summarizes the research profile of Chinese materia medica in the prevention and treatment of acute exacerbation periods of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD), particularly from the perspective of regulating intestinal flora. Both domestic and international studies utilizing the concept of the "gut-lung axis" have demonstrated that an imbalance in the intestinal microecological environment may be associated with the onset and progression of AECOPD. As an effective regulator of intestinal microecology, Chinese materia medica has been shown to inhibit airway inflammation, protect lung function, improve the structure of intestinal flora, and repair the intestinal epithelial barrier function, thereby playing a significant role in the prevention and treatment of AECOPD.
