With the increasing incidence of ectopic pregnancy， the incidence of secondary infertility after ectopic pregnancy surgery also increases. The choice of reproductive methods for patients with unilateral fallopian tube involvement is crucial. This paper introduces Professor Li Ji's experience in treating unilateral tubal secondary infertility. The fundamental pathogenesis of this condition is identified as kidney deficiency， liver stagnation， and blood stasis. Clinically， treatment includes promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis， tonifying the kidneys and strengthening the spleen， as well as soothing the liver to regulate qi， with a staged treatment approach showing significant efficacy.Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） treatment has a shorter treatment cycle and less patient discomfort than assisted reproductive technologies， making it worthy of clinical promotion and application. One proven case is also presented.
