摘要

古人在对自然和宇宙的探索过程中，形成了时间与空间统一的时空观，《黄帝内经》将这种时空观与人体脏腑和疾病相联系，形成了具有中医特色的时间-空间-脏腑统一的中医时空观，《灵枢·九宫八风》中所体现的时空观便是代表。“秋伤于湿”属于中医时空医学范畴，见于《素问·阴阳应象大论》《素问·生气通天论》及《灵枢·论疾诊尺》等篇，历代医家对此句的理解众说纷纭。基于“九宫八风”时空观，探析“秋伤于湿”的原因、相关疾病及治疗方法，发现“秋伤于湿”与古人时空观相关；“秋伤于湿”所导致的咳嗽、痿厥等病症，治疗时不仅要调补肺、脾，还需调肝、补心肾，并注重形神兼养，以避“虚邪贼风”。

. Over the centuries， numerous interpretations have emerged. Based on the temporal-spatial view of "

Jiugong Bafeng

" （

Nine Palaces and Eight Winds

）， this paper explores the causes， related diseases， and treatment methods of "dampness-induced injury in autumn." It is found that this condition is connected to the ancient tempo

ral-spatial view， and diseases such as cough， atrophy and cold extremities caused by "dampness-induced injury in autumn" require not only the supplementation of the lung and spleen， but also the regulation of the liver， and tonification of the heart and kidneys. Also， it is essential to nourish both the body and the spirit while guarding against "wind invasion due to vital qi deficiency".
