摘要

针灸学理论认为，腧穴位于体表，具有诊断与治疗的双重作用。基于临床，发现“气管隆脊”具有与体表腧穴相似的诊断与治疗的双重作用；因此提出“腔内腧穴”与“腔内（介入）针灸学”的概念。该假说有待进一步临床验证与理论构建。

Abstract

The theory of acupuncture posits that acupoints， located on the body surface， serve dual functions in both diagnosis and treatment. Based on clinical practice and observations， it has been found that the "airway carina" exhibits similar dual diagnostic and therapeutic effects as surface acupoints. Consequently， the concept of "intraluminal acupoints" and "intraluminal （interventional） acupuncture" has been proposed. This hypothesis requires further clinical validation and theoretical development.
