摘要

俞超芹教授提出“重命门→审水火→察传变”的“命门水火传变”理论及“溯源→辨势→察态”的诊疗思路，确定肾虚肝郁证、肾虚痰湿证、肾虚痰瘀互结证是多囊卵巢综合征临床主要证型，通过“望病态→明病势→辨病证→治病况”的临证策略，拟定俞氏清肝方、俞氏化痰方、俞氏补肾活血方治疗该病，疗效显著。

Abstract

Professor Yu Chaoqin proposed the theory of “Mingmen water and fire transformation” which includes the concepts of “emphasizing the Mingmen → examining water and fire → observing transmission and change” and the diagnostic and therapeutic approach of “tracing the source → identifying the potential → examining the state”. She identified the clinical main syndromes of polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） as kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome， kidney deficiency and phlegm-damp syndrome， and kidney deficiency with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome. Through the clinical strategy of “observing symptoms → clarifying disease trends → differentiating syndromes → treating disease conditions”， she proposed the formulations of Yu's Liver-Soothing Decoction， Yu's Phlegm-Resolving Decoction， and Yu's Kidney-Supplementing and Blood-Activating Decoction for the treatment of PCOS， which had shown significant therapeutic effects.
