摘要

介绍张婷婷基于“育肾调周”理论治疗卵巢储备功能减退的经验。张教授临证中发现本病主因在脾肾两虚、冲任受损，治疗以育肾健脾为主，兼以疏肝调冲，肝脾肾三脏同治。治疗上采用经后期阳中求阴、益气通络，经前期阴中求阳、助阳培元。并附验案2则。

Abstract

This paper introduces Zhang Tingting's experience in treating diminished ovarian reserve based on the "cultivating kidney and regulating week" theory. Professor Zhang has found in clinical practice that the main cause of this condition lies in the deficiency of both the spleen and kidney，with damage to the Chong and Ren meridians. The treatment focuses on nourishing the kidney and strengthening the spleen，while also regulating the liver and adjusting the Chong meridian，with a comprehensive approach to treating the liver，spleen，and kidney. In treatment，during the luteal phase，the method of seeking yin within yang is used to tonify qi and unblock the meridians； during the follicular phase，the method of seeking yang within yin is employed to assist yang and strengthen the origin. And two proven cases are presented.
