摘要

在全球人口日益老龄化的背景下，骨关节病严重影响中老年人身心健康，人工关节置换术是晚期关节疾病的挽救性治疗手段。目前，加速康复外科理念已逐渐推广在人工关节置换围手术期快速康复之中，在围手术期内采用多学科合作模式进一步优化处理，减少手术应激反应，可达到快速康复的效果。电针作为一种安全、经济的治疗手段，广泛用于骨科围手术期中，相关研究发现电针可有效减轻术后并发症、促进术后关节快速康复等。综述电针在人工关节置换围手术期加速康复外科中的应用研究进展。

Abstract

With the global population increasingly aging， osteoarthropathy significantly affects the physical and mental health of middle-aged and elderly individuals. Artificial joint replacement surgery is a salvage treatment for advanced joint diseases. Currently， the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery （ERAS） has been gradually integrated into the perioperative rapid recovery of artificial joint replacements. By adopting a multidisciplinary collaborative model during the perioperative period to optimize management and reduce surgical stress responses， rapid recovery can be achieved. Electroacupuncture （EA）， as a safe and economical treatment method， is widely used in the perioperative period of orthopedics. Relevant studies have found that EA can effectively reduce postoperative complications and promote rapid joint recovery after surgery. This article reviews the research progress on the application of EA in ERAS during the perioperative period of artificial joint replacement.
