摘要
通过查阅历代古籍资料，以时间为主线考证、总结肾劳病的源流。秦汉对虚劳病因病机的认识是肾劳的理论基石，虚劳在肾的治则是益精、温肾、利小便，代表方剂为金匮肾气丸；肾劳病名首见于隋代《诸病源候论》；至宋代，六味地黄丸是肾劳治疗的第二次飞跃；明代进一步注重补益肾精；经过上千年临床实践，金匮肾气丸、六味地黄丸构成了肾劳病治疗的框架。发展至现代，肾劳病是适合概括2~5期（非透析）慢性肾脏病的中医学病名，其治疗更加完善，活血化瘀、通腑泄浊是肾劳治法的有效补充。
Abstract
Through consulting the ancient books of the past dynasties， the origin and development of kidney consumption are summarized with time as the main line. The acknowledgment of causes and mechan
isms of consumptive disease during the Qin and Han dynasties are basic theories of kidney consumption. The therapeutic principles of kidney consumption are nourishing essence， warmly invigorating kidney yang， and inducing diuresis. Jingui Shenqi Pill is the representative compound. Kidney consumption was first seen in
General Treatise on Causes and Manifestations of All Diseases
of the Sui dynasty. Liuwei Dihuang Pill was the second forward leap of kidney consumption treatment in the Song dynasty. Nourishing kidney essence was more valued during the Ming dynasty. Therapy of kidney consumption has been refined during clinical practice for thousands of years and Jingui Shenqi Pill， Liuwei Dihuang Pill constitute the treatment framework. In modern times， kidney consumption is a suitable name in traditional Chinese medicine for chronic kidney disease stages 2~5（non-dialysis）. Promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and removing turbidity through the bowel are effective therapeutic supplements for kidney consumption.
