对天然化合物调控相关通路治疗缺血性视神经病变(ION)的相关文献进行整理,并着重对天然化合物调控磷脂酰肌醇3激酶/蛋白激酶 B(PI3K/Akt)、核因子-κB(NF-κB)、p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(p38 MAPK)、核因子-E2 相关因子/血红素氧合酶-1(Nrf2/HO-1)、细胞外信号调控的蛋白激酶(ERK)等多条信号通路治疗ION的相关研究成果进行综述。天然化合物通过调控上述通路抑制炎症因子的释放,降低氧化应激及炎症对视网膜神经节细胞(RGCs)的影响,抑制RGCs的凋亡,从而治疗ION。
The literature on the regulation of natural compounds in the treatment of ischemic optic neuropathy (ION) is reviewed. This article focuses on the regulation of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B (PI3K/Akt), nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB), p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (p38 MAPK), and nuclear factor NF-E2-associated factor/heme oxygenase-1 (Nrf2/HO-1), extracellular signal-regulated protein kinase (ERK) and other signaling pathways in the treatment of ION by natural compounds. Natural compounds can inhibit the release of inflammatory factors by regulating these pathways, reduce the effects of oxidative stress and inflammation on retinal ganglion cells (RGCs), inhibit the apoptosis of RGCs to treat ION.
