摘要

通过阐释“无水舟停”的内涵，探讨“阴津亏虚、血行缓滞”所致阳痿的辨治。认为阳痿的发生是阴液不足致血行艰涩的过程，治疗应明辨病机，采用清热生津、凉血散瘀或滋阴填精、活血化瘀等治法灵活施治。同时，结合活血中药自身的特点，并稍佐调气药以助血行。并附验案1则。

Abstract

Through the interpretation of the connotation of the theory that "the boat stopped due to lack of water"， we discuss the identification and treatment of impotence caused by "deficiency of yin and fluid， slow and stagnant blood circulation". It is believed that impotence is the process of yin fluid deficiency which leads to the difficulty of blood circulation. The treatment should be clear about the mechanism of the disease， and adopt the treatment of clearing heat and generating fluid， cooling blood and dispersing blood stasis or nourishing yin and filling in essence， activating blood and removing blood stasis， so as to flexibly administer the treatment. At the same time， it is important to combine the characteristics of blood-activating herbs， and qi-regulating herbs to promote the blood flow. A proven case is presented.
