This paper introduces Professor Li Yan's experience in treating lung cancer with strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor method. Professor Li believes that lung cancer is based on the deficiency of spleen and kidney, phlegm stasis and cold become the target of the deficiency of the disease, when according to the theory of "strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor" to choose a prescription for treatment, and take into account the "clear moisturizing and light tonifying", "dynamic and static combination", "mildly regulating cold and heat" and "fighting poison with poison" and other drug guidelines. In addition, Professor Li Yan proposes a new drug direction of "immune support" on the basis of "promoting healthy treatment of cancer" by Chinese medical master Liu Jiaxiang. And a proven case is presented.
