摘要

介绍李雁教授运用扶正祛邪法治疗肺癌的经验。李教授认为肺癌是以脾肾不足为本，痰瘀寒结为标的本虚标实病，当根据“扶正祛邪”的理论选方施治，并兼顾“清滋轻补”“动静结合”“寒热平调”“以毒攻毒”等用药准则。此外，李教授在国医大师刘嘉湘“扶正治癌”的基础上，提出了“免疫扶正”的新用药方向。并附验案1则。

Abstract

This paper introduces Professor Li Yan's experience in treating lung cancer with strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor method. Professor Li believes that lung cancer is based on the deficiency of spleen and kidney， phlegm stasis and cold become the target of the deficiency of the disease， when according to the theory of "strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor" to choose a prescription for treatment， and take into account the "clear moisturizing and light tonifying"， "dynamic and static combination"， "mildly regulating cold and heat" and "fighting poison with poison" and other drug guidelines. In addition， Professor Li Yan proposes a new drug direction of "immune support" on the basis of "promoting healthy treatment of cancer" by Chinese medical master Liu Jiaxiang. And a proven case is presented.
