摘要

介绍周彩云教授从“正虚邪伏”辨治天疱疮的经验。周教授认为天疱疮病情顽固且易反复，当责之于正气不足，邪伏于内，酿就夙根。疾病发作期以伏邪为患，湿热毒邪交织为主，需因势利导，治以清热除湿，凉血解毒，驱邪外出；缓解期正虚邪恋，余毒未清，重在固本清源，以防来复，攻补兼施，使湿毒无源可生。临证中根据正邪的虚实偏重，灵活用药，做到祛邪不忘扶正，扶正兼以祛邪。并附验案1则。

Abstract

This article introduces Zhou Caiyun's experience in treating pemphigus from the perspective of "deficiency resistance and hidden pathogen". Professor Zhou believes that pemphigus is stubborn and easy to recur， which is attributed to the lack of vital qi， and evil ambush in the interior， brewing the long-standing root. In the disease attack period， the patients will suffer from ambush evils， which are manifested as dampness， heat， and poisonous evil intertwined mainly. We need to make the best use of the situation and treat the disease by removing heat and dampness， cooling the blood and detoxification， and driving the evil out； in the alleviation period of the disease， when positive qi is deficient and evil is flourishing， as well as the residual toxicity is not yet cleared， we should focus on solidifying the source， prevent the recurrence of the disease， and strike a balance between attack and supplementation， so that the dampness and toxicity have no source. In critical practice， according to the deficiency and excess of positive qi and pathogenic qi， we should use drugs flexibly， eliminating the evil without forgetting to support the positive qi， and supporting the positive qi， without forgetting to eradicate the evil.A proven case is provided.
