      摘要:Taking Ding Jifeng, Zhu Chunting, Yan Juntao, and Fang Min as important representatives of the lineage of the Ding's Tuina school, this article outlines their inheritance and innovation, and also elaborates some thoughts on the development of contemporary Tuina: rooted in legacy inheritance, guided by reality, using inheritance and innovation as a method, and employing interdisciplinary approaches.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo investigate the mechanism of Chaihu Shugan Powder in treating functional dyspepsia (FD) in rats through exploring oxidative stress and the AMP-activated protein kinase/sirtuin 3(AMPK/SIRT3) signaling pathway.MethodsThirty-two SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: normal group, model group, Chaihu Shugan Powder group, and domperidone group, with eight rats in each group. The model group, Chaihu Shugan Powder group, and domperidone group were modeled using the modified tail-clamping stimulation method. The normal group and model group were administered 0.9% sodium chloride solution by gavage, while the Chaihu Shugan Powder group and domperidone group were administered Chaihu Shugan Powder aqueous decoction (4.8 g/kg) and domperidone suspension (4.5 mg/kg) by gavage for four consecutive weeks. After the intervention, the gastric emptying rate of the rats was detected, hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining was used to observe the histopathological changes in the gastric tissue, transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the mitochondrial ultrastructure of gastric interstitial cells (ICCs), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS), malondialdehyde (MDA), catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD), and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in the rat serum. The mRNA expression levels of AMPK, SIRT3, and manganese superoxide dismutase (MnSOD) in the rat gastric tissue were quantified using real-time fluorescence quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR). Additionally, Western blot assay was used to detect the protein expression levels of phosphorylated AMPK (p-AMPK), AMPK, SIRT3, MnSOD, microtubule-associated protein light chain 3 (LC3), and P62 in the rat gastric tissue.Results①The model group of rats exhibited a lower gastric emptying rate than the normal group (P<0.05). Additionally, the mitochondria of ICCs in the model group displayed characteristics such as swelling, irregular morphology, increased branching, vacuolization, and the presence of autophagic vesicles. The gastric emptying rate was higher in both the Chaihu Shugan Powder group and the domperidone group than that in the model group (P<0.05), and there was a reduction in damage to the ICCs mitochondrial structure in both groups. ②Compared with the normal group, the model group showed elevated serum levels of ROS and MDA (P<0.05) and decreased levels of SOD, CAT, and GSH-Px (P<0.05). However, compared with the model group, the Chaihu Shugan Powder group and the domperidone group exhibited decreased serum levels of ROS and MDA (P<0.05) and increased levels of SOD, CAT, and GSH-Px (P<0.05). ③The mRNA expression levels of AMPK, SIRT3, and MnSOD in the gastric tissues of rats were reduced in the model group compared with those levels in the normal group (P<0.05). However, both the Chaihu Shugan Powder group and the domperidone group showed higher mRNA expression levels of AMPK, SIRT3, and MnSOD in the rat gastric tissues than the model group (P<0.05). ④The protein expression level of LC3Ⅱ in the rat gastric tissues was higher in the model group than that in the normal group (P<0.05). Furthermore, the protein expression levels of SIRT3, MnSOD, P62, and the ratio of p-AMPK/AMPK were lowered (P<0.05). Conversely, the protein expression level of LC3Ⅱ in the rat gastric tissues was lower in both the Chaihu Shugan Powder group and the domperidone group than that in the model group (P<0.05), and the protein expression levels of SIRT3, MnSOD, P62, and the ratio of p-AMPK/AMPK were increased in both the Chaihu Shugan Powder group and the domperidone group (P<0.05).ConclusionChaihu Shugan Powder can effectively promote gastric motility in rats with FD by activating the AMPK/SIRT3 pathway, reducing mitochondrial oxidative stress, and inhibiting autophagy in ICCs.

      摘要:There is a closely relationship between the lung and the stomach. The lung is above the diaphragm while the stomach is below the diaphragm. They are connected by meridians, and generated by the five elements. Therefore, they depend on each other physiologically and influence each other pathologically. Although the stomach qi shows not descending, its pathogenesis is related to lung depression. The lung governs the body's qi, if the lung is blocked, the whole body's qi will be hindered, so that the function of stomach qi will be affected. As a result, it could be treated adverse rising of stomach qi from regulating lung qi, smoothing stagnation and lowering stomach qi.

      摘要:Based on theory of “all cold with contraction belong to the kidney” ,this paper has explored the treatment of myelosuppression after chemotherapy for gastric cancer from the kidney. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that “all cold with contraction belong to the kidney”, and kidney being congenital origin and generating marrow and dominating bone. The spleen and kidney belong to the innate and postnatal organs, support each other, which are the root of the human body to resist external evil. Studies have found that the development of myelosuppression is closely related to the kidney. Based on this article, around kidney yang deficiency, the feasibility of correcting bone marrow suppression in gastric cancer patients with warm kidney and tonifying yang is discussed. The previous experience is summarized and a medical case is presented.

      摘要:This paper introduces Liang Linjiang's experience in treating complex anal fistula. Before the surgery, the condition is assessed based on the condition of the fistula tract to choose the appropriate timing for the surgery. During the surgery, flexible selection of techniques such as seton placement, bridging, truncation, and incision is used, and the specific operations vary depending on the case and the individual. After the surgery, importance is placed on wound dressing change and wound cleanliness, and the use of powder and fumigants for topical application, as well as herbal prescription for oral intake is coordinated to accelerate wound healing, resulting in significant therapeutic effects. One proven case is presented.

      摘要:The purpose of the paper discusses the pathogenesis and clinical treatment experience of insomnia from the perspective of yin-yang balance. The fundamental pathogenesis of insomnia lies in the disharmony of yin and yang, with difficulty falling asleep often attributes to excessive yang energy, and frequent nighttime awakening dues to yin-deficiency failing to restrain yang, or liver fire disturbance. Treatment principles involve the suppression of excessive yang energy, or nourishing yin with clearing liver fire to restore yin-yang harmony. One proven case is presented.

      摘要:This paper explains the influence of Mozi's concept classification on disease classification in Huangdi Neijing from four aspects: the basic idea of concept classification in Mozi, the hierarchical understanding of disease classification in Huangdi Neijing, the logic of various “diseases classification” in Huangdi Neijing and the “similarities and differences” of “diseases classification” and clinical significance. The concept classification noun logic established by Mozi is reflected in cognition of “diseases classification” in Huangdi Neijing. The concept of “disease classification” is summarized and extracted by Huangdi Neijing from the similarities of etiology, pathogenesis, disease location and symptom manifestations of various clinical diseases. This concept plays an important role in grasping the rules, attributes and characteristics of such diseases. It is also the theoretical basis of different treatments for same disease and same treatment for different diseases.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo assess the clinical efficacy of external application of Taohong Siwu Decoction (THSWD) in improving the patency of arteriovenous fistulas (AVF) in patients undergoing hemodialysis.MethodsWe conducted a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial involving 84 patients with stage 5 chronic kidney disease who underwent AVF surgery. Participants were randomly assigned to either the treatment group, receiving external application of THSWD granules, or the control group, receiving placebo of THSWD granules for external application, with 42 patients in each group. The treatment duration for both groups was 12 months. We measured the maturation time of AVF, maturation rate after 90 days of intervention, and assessed abandonment rates, patency rates, blood flow, and outflow vein diameters of AVF post-treatment. Kaplan-Meier survival curves were generated and the Log-rank test was used to compare fistula patency and survival rates between two groups. Safety assessments were also conducted.Results①During the trial, 3 cases dropped out in the treatment group and 1 case dropped out in the control group, resulting in a final inclusion of 80 cases (39 in the treatment group and 41 in the control group). ②The abandonment rates of AVF were 5.13% in the treatment group and 17.07% in the control group, with patency rates of 84.62% and 78.05%, respectively. No statistically significant difference was observed in abandonment or patency rates between the two groups (P>0.05). However, survival analysis indicated a statistically significant difference in the survival rate of AVF between the two groups (P<0.05), but no statistically significant difference in fistula patency rate (P>0.05). ③The 90-day AVF maturation rates were 92.31% in the treatment group and 73.17% in the control group, showing a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The maturation time of AVF in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). ④After treatment, the treatment group exhibited higher fistula blood flow and larger outflow vein diameters than the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). ⑤There were no significant differences in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups (P>0.05).ConclusionsExternal application of THSWD effectively improved the survival rate and maturation rate of AVF, increased blood flow rates and outflow vein diameters. This treatment approach holds significant potential for enhancing the prognosis of AVF.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of the wearable ankle point stimulator combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training on foot and ankle function in children with spastic hemiplegic cerebral palsy (SHCP).MethodsForty-six children with SHCP were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=23) and the control group (n=23). The control group was given comprehensive rehabilitation training, and the treatment group was given the wearable ankle point stimulator besides the comprehensive rehabilitation training. The course of treatment for both groups was 12 weeks. The changes in gastrocnemius muscle tone, ankle active dorsiflexion range of motion (ROM) and abnormal angle of tibial torsion were compared between the two groups.Results①During the trial, one case dropped out respectively from treatment group and control group, and 44 cases finally completed the trial, with 22 cases each in treatment group and control group. ②After treatment, the muscle tone of the gastrocnemius muscle of the affected side decreased in both groups (P<0.05); and the muscle tone of the gastrocnemius muscle of the affected side was lower in the treatment group than that in the control group (P<0.05). ③After treatment, the ROM on the affected side increased in both groups (P<0.05); and the ROM on the affected side in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). ④After treatment, there was no significant change in the abnormal angle of tibial torsion on the affected side in both groups (P>0.05); and the difference between the two groups in the abnormal angle of tibial torsion on the affected side was not statistically significant (P>0.05).ConclusionThe combined use of wearable ankle point stimulator with comprehensive rehabilitation training can better improve foot and ankle ROM and relieve muscle tone than the single use of comprehensive rehabilitation training in children with SHCP.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo explore the mechanism of Astragaloside Ⅳ (ASⅣ) in inhibiting colorectal cancer liver metastasis and to investigate the effect of ASⅣ on extracellular vesicle-mediated Jumonji domain-containing protein-3 (JMJD3) /trimethylated histone H3 at lysine 27 (H3K27me3)/osteopontin (OPN) signaling pathway.MethodsMC38 cells at the logarithmic growth stage were taken, and MC38 cell extracellular vesicles (MC38-EVs) and MC38 cell extracellular vesicles after ASⅣ intervention (ASⅣ/MC38-EVs) were extracted by ultracentrifugation, and the particle size was identified and used for animal experiments. After establishing the orthotopic liver metastasis model of colorectal cancer, fifteen C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into model group, MC38-EVs group and ASⅣ/MC38-EVs group, with 5 animals in each group. The model group was injected with PBS in the tail vein 1 week before modeling, 100 μL per time, every other day for 3 weeks; the MC38-EVs group and the ASⅣ/MC38-EVs group were injected with 0.1 g/L,100 μL per time MC38-EVs and ASⅣ/MC38-EVs in the tail vein 1 week before modeling respectively, every other day for 3 weeks.The mice were executed after 4 weeks to observe the liver metastases of colorectal cancer; HE staining was performed to observe the pathological changes of liver metastases; Western blot was performed to detect the expression of JMJD3, H3K27me3 and OPN in liver metastases; immunofluorescence was performed to detect the infiltration of F4/80+,CD206+ macrophages and the expression of JMJD3, H3K27me3, and OPN in liver metastases; RT-qPCR detected JMJD3, OPN mRNA expression in the tumor.ResultsThe number of metastases and weight of liver were significantly higher in the MC38-EVs group compared with the model group (P<0.05), while those were significantly lower in the ASⅣ/MC38-EVs group compared with the MC38-EVs group (P<0.05); the immunofluorescence results showed that the extent of F4/80+,CD206+ macrophage infiltration in liver tissue was significantly higher in the MC38-EVs group compared with the model group (P<0.05), but that was significantly lower in the ASⅣ/MC38-EVs group compared with the MC38-EVs group (P<0.05); Western blot, RT-qPCR and immunofluorescence results showed that the expression levels of JMJD3 and OPN proteins and mRNA were significantly higher (P<0.05) and H3K27me3 protein expression level was significantly lower (P<0.05) in the MC38-EVs group compared with the model group. Compared with the MC38-EVs group, JMJD3 and OPN protein and the mRNA expression levels were significantly lower (P<0.05) and H3K27me3 protein expression level was significantly higher (P<0.05) in the ASⅣ/MC38-EVs group.ConclusionASⅣ can effectively inhibit liver metastasis of colorectal cancer by a mechanism related to the regulation of extracellular vesicle-mediated activation of the JMJD3/H3K27me3/OPN pathway.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo Study the effects of Xinqian Ganjie Decoction (XQGJD) on long strand non coding RNA small nucleolar RNA host gene 16 (lncRNA SNHG16), epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and mucin 5AC (MUC5AC) mRNA expression in mice with chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS).MethodsThirty-six C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into six groups: normal group, model group, low-dose XQGJD group, medium-dose XQGJD group, high-dose XQGJD group and Carbocisteine group, with 6 mice in each group. The CRS model was established by intranasal infusion of Staphylococcus aureus. Mice in the normal group and model group were given 0.9% NaCl solution by gavage (0.6 g·kg-1·d-1), mice in the XQGJD groups were treated with XQGJD by gavage (0.3, 0.6, and 1.2 g·kg-1·d-1 respectively), mice in the Carbocisteine group was treated with Carbocisteine by gavage (0.3 mL·kg-1·d-1). The treatment lasted for 14 days. The HE and AB-PAS staining were used to evaluate the structure of mouse nasal mucosa. The immunohistochemical staining was used to observe the expressions of EGFR and MUC5AC, and optical density IOD values were measured. The contents of interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8), and human matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) were determined by ELISA. The expressions of lncRNA SNHG16, EGFR, MUC5AC mRNA were detected by RT-qPCR.ResultsCompared with the normal group, the nasal mucosa epithelium in the model group was in disorder, with increased IL-6, IL-8, MMP-9 secretion (P<0.05), increased lncRNA SNHG16, EGFR, MUC5AC mRNA expressions (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the level of IL-6 in each dose group of XQGJD was significantly lower (P<0.05), the levels of MMP-9 and IL-8 in the medium and high dose groups of XQGJD were lower (P<0.05), and the expressions of lncRNA SNHG16, EGFR, MUC5AC mRNA in each dose group of XQGJD were significantly lower (P<0.05). Compared with Carbocisteine group, the expressions of lncRNA SNHG16 mRNA and EGFR mRNA in the high-dose XQGJD group were decreased (P<0.05).ConclusionXinqian Ganjie Decoction can reduce expressions of lncRNA SNHG16, EGFR and MUC5AC mRNA and EGFR and MUC5AC proteins, lower IL-6, IL-8 and MMP-9 secretion, and improve the pathological changes of nasal mucosa in chronic sinusitis model mice.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo explore the connection between the cerebral protective effect of acupuncture on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury (CIRI) rats and the differentially expressed core genes in hippocampus and the functions of messenger RNAs (mRNAs) in the transcriptional network, so as to provide relevant reference information for the regulation of circular RNAs by acupuncture to resist nerve injury after CIRI.MethodsFifty-four male SD rats were randomly divided into sham group, MCAO/R group and acupuncture group, with 18 rats in each group. Rats in the latter two groups were used to form middle cerebral artery occlusion and reperfusion model by the modified Longa thread embolism method, and rats in the sham group were stripped of the blood vessels only without inserting the thread embolism. During the intervention period, rats in the acupuncture group were bound and fixed, and received acupuncture treatment at GV14, GV20 and GV26. The needles were twisted 1 min (frequency 90 times/min) and repeated 15 min later, needles retained for 30 min in total. Acupuncture was performed once every 12 h for a total of 7 sessions. Rats in the sham group and MCAO/R group were only bound to the board and didn’t get needled. The modified Garcia score was used to detect the neurological function status of rats, and TTC staining was used to observe the area of cerebral infarction. Differentially expressed genes in the hippocampal tissue on the ischemic side were screened by gene microarray technology, and the differentially expressed cyclic RNAs (co-DE circRNAs) in the MCAO/R and sham group, and the acupuncture group and MCAO/R group were sorted out. The core co-DE circRNAs with high expression were screened according to P-value, Fold Change (FC) and enrichment number of gene ontology (GO) entries, and the GO function of the core co-DE circRNAs derived genes was analyzed. The number of Nissl's staining positive cells in the ischemic hippocampal CA1 region was counted, and the core co-DE circRNAs expression was verified by real-time fluorescence quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR). The circRNA with the same expression trend as that of the chip was selected for competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA) network prediction, and the mRNAs in the prediction network was analyzed for GO functional enrichment.ResultsBefore intervention, the modified Garcia neurological function score was significantly decreased in each modeling group compared with the sham group (P<0.05); after intervention, the cerebral infarction area ratio was significantly increased, and the modified Garcia neurological function score and the number of Nissl's staining positive cells in the CA1 area were significantly decreased in the MCAO/R group compared with the sham group (P<0.05); the cerebral infarct area ratio was significantly decreased, and the modified Garcia neurological function score and the number of Nissl's staining positive cells in CA1 area were significantly increased in the acupuncture group compared with the MCAO/R group (P<0.05); comparing before and after intervention within the group, the modified Garcia neurological function score in the acupuncture group was significantly increased (P<0.05). The microarray results showed there were 23 co-DE circRNAs that were down-regulated in the MCAO/R group/up-regulated in the acupuncture group and up-regulated in the MCAO/R group/down-regulated in the acupuncture group, and the core genes: circular RNA HDAC2 (circHDAC2) and circular RNA NTRK2 (circNTRK2) were screened out according to the Fold Change (FC>1.25) and the enrichment number of GO entries. GO analysis showed that both were enriched to neuron generation, nervous system development, neuronal differentiation, etc. Verification of their expression found that compared with the sham group, the expressions of circHDAC2 and circNTRK2 in the hippocampal tissue of the ischemic side of rats in the MCAO/R group were significantly down-regulated (P<0.05); compared with the MCAO/R group, the expressions of circHDAC2 and circNTRK2 in the hippocampal tissue of the ischemic side of rats in the acupuncture group were significantly up-regulated (P<0.05). The circHDAC2 expression trend was consistent with the microarray results, so the GO analysis of the mRNAs in the regulatory network of circHDAC2 was mainly enriched to the regulation of neuron generation, neuron differentiation, axon guidance, nervous system development, neuron death, and so on.ConclusionAcupuncture increases the modified Garcia neurological function score, decreases cerebral infarct area ratio in CIRI rats and reduces neuronal damage in the hippocampal tissue of the ischemic side in CIRI rats, which may be related to the regulation of circHDAC2 expression in the hippocampal tissue of the ischemic side by acupuncture and the stimulation of neuronal production, neuronal differentiation, and neuronal cell body of mRNAs in the regulatory network.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo investigate the key molecular mechanism of Huangqi Decoction against liver fibrosis based on network pharmacology and hepatic stellate cells (HSC) experiment validation.MethodsTraditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform (TCMSP) was used to obtain all the components from Astragali Radix and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma. Then, the potential active components were screened out with the criteria of bioavailability (OB)≥30% and drug-like (DL)≥0.18; Meanwhile, more potential active components were acquired by Chemsrc database and literature. The targets of chemical components, also called drug targets, were obtained through TCMSP database, Swisstarget prediction database and DrugBank. Then the targets of hepatic fibrosis, also called disease targets, were obtained through Gencards, OMIM. The potential targets of anti-hepatic fibrosis of Huangqi Decoction were obtained by the intersection of drug targets and disease targets. The signal pathway of Kyoto Encyclopedia of Gene and Genome (KEGG) was analyzed by enrichment analysis (Metascape) platform, and the key signal pathways of Huangqi Decoction were obtained, and the network map of “Huangqi Decoction anti-hepatic fibrosis target-signal pathway” was constructed by Cytoscape 3.8.1 software. Finally, the effects of Huangqi Decoction on the activation and key signal pathways of LX-2 cells were verified by human hepatic stellate cell LX-2 in vitro.ResultsA total of 153 potential targets of Huangqi Decoction against liver fibrosis were screened by network pharmacological analysis. The analysis of KEGG signal pathway suggests that the above targets may be closely related to interleukin-17 (IL-17) signal pathway, phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase-protein kinase B (PI3K-Akt) signal pathway and 5-adenosine monophosphate-dependent protein kinase (AMPK) signal pathway. PI3K-Akt signaling pathway plays an important role in the occurrence and development of liver fibrosis, especially in HSC activation. In vitro, Huangqi Decoction could down-regulate the gene and protein expression of α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) and type Ⅰ collagen (Col-Ⅰ) in human hepatic stellate cell line LX-2 cells, and inhibit cell activation. Further study showed that Huangqi Decoction could significantly inhibit the expression of PI3K gene and protein in LX-2 cells, and down-regulate the phosphorylation level of Akt, suggesting that it could inhibit the PI3K-Akt signal pathway.ConclusionNetwork pharmacology combined with cell experiment suggests that part of the mechanism of Huangqi Decoction in anti-hepatic fibrosis is related to down-regulating PI3K-Akt signal pathway and inhibiting the activation of hepatic stellate cells.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic effect of Yucan Granules (YCG) on diabetic nephropathy (DN) mice and explore its mechanism.MethodsEighty SPF male C57 mice were randomly divided into normal group and model group. Ten mice in the normal group were fed with normal diet, and 70 mice in the model group were fed with high-fat and high-sugar diet combined with intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ) to establish the model of DN mice. Among them, 50 mice were successfully molded and randomly divided into model group, losartan potassium group (losartan potassium 10 mg/kg) and YCG low, medium and high dose groups (YCG 1.5,3,6 g/kg) with 10 mice in each group. The treatment groups were given corresponding drug by gavage, and the normal group and model group were gavaged with 0.9% sodium chloride solution by mass fraction, once a day. After continuous administration for 4 weeks: ①The general state of mice was observed, and the changes of body mass of mice before and after administration were compared. Fasting blood glucose (FBG) was measured after administration. ②The pathological changes of renal tissue were observed by hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining, fuchsin-aniline blue (Masson) staining and PAS staining. ③The ultrastructural changes of glomerular podocytes were observed by transmission electron microscope. ④The expressions of nephrin, a podocyte marker protein and nephroblastoma gene 1 (WT1) protein were detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blot.Results①Compared with the normal group, the general state of the model group mice was poor, with a decrease in body mass and an increase in FBG (P<0.05); Compared with the model group, the state of mice in each treatment group improved, their body mass increased, and their FBG decreased. There was a statistically significant difference in FBG between the medium and high dose groups of YCG (P<0.05). ②HE, Masson and PAS staining showed that compared with the normal group, the renal tubule wall of the model group became thinner, the lumen dilated, the inflammatory cells infiltrated, the renal interstitial fibrous tissue proliferated. Compared with the model group, the wall of renal tubule became thinner, the lumen dilated, the proliferation of fibrous tissue decreased, the infiltration of inflammatory cells decreased in the YCG groups. ③Transmission electron microscopy observations showed that: compared with the normal group, the foot processes of glomerular podocytes in the model group merged with each other and some foot processes disappeared; Compared with the model group, the fusion and disappearance of podocytes in the YCG groups were obviously improved, and the improvement effect of podocyte damage in the YCG medium and high dose groups was obvious. ④The results of immunohistochemical staining and Western blot showed that compared with the normal group, the expression of Nephrin and WT1 proteins in the renal tissue was significantly decreased in the model group (P<0.05); Compared with the model group, the expression of Nephrin and WT1 proteins in the renal tissue was significantly increased in the YCG groups (P<0.05).ConclusionYCG can treat DN by reducing the level of blood glucose in DN mice and infiltrations of the inflammatory cells in renal tissue, and protecting damaged podocyte.

      摘要:This article reviews the research progress in the clinical efficacy and mechanism of action of Zhongjiefeng (Sarcandrae Herba) in anti-tumor treatment. Clinical studies have shown that Zhongjiefeng (Sarcandrae Herba) has a strong anti-tumor effect and can enhance the efficacy and reduce toxicity when used in combination with chemotherapy and radiation therapy. In vitro and in vivo studies have shown that Zhongjiefeng(Sarcandrae Herba) has cytotoxic and tumor inhibitory effects on digestive tract tumors, respiratory tract tumors, breast cancer, etc. Its anti-tumor mechanism is primarily associated with inhibiting cell proliferation, inducing cell apoptosis, inhibiting telomerase activity, and suppressing cell invasion and migration.

      摘要:Tumor microenvironment refers to the cells and physicochemical components surrounding tumor cells, whose changes are associated with tumor invasion, metastasis, and drug resistance. Non-tumor components in the tumor microenvironment have better genetic stability than tumor cells. Silibinin has been found to exhibit anti-tumor effects at different stages of tumors and has attracted widespread attention in colorectal cancer research. This article provides a comprehensive review of the targeted action of Silibinin on the tumor microenvironment of colorectal cancer in terms of angiogenesis, inflammatory response, immune cells, extracellular matrix and tumor-associated fibroblasts, aiming to provide references for the treatment of colorectal cancer.

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) external therapy has numerous methods for treating benign anorectal diseases, which are effective, convenient, and easy to perform. Taking commonly used TCM external treatment methods for benign anorectal diseases as the main theme, this article provides a comprehensive overview of the principles of action, clinical indications, precautions, research status, and other aspects of various treatment methods, and summarizes the TCM external therapy methods that can be chosen for common benign anorectal diseases such as hemorrhoids, perianal abscess, anal fistula, anal fissure, functional constipation, and ulcerative colitis. The aim is to provide reference for the clinical application of TCM external therapy in the treatment of benign anorectal diseases.
