      摘要:The purpose of this paper is to introduce Professor Liu Yanchi’s clinical experience in the treatment of lung cancer after operation with Ziyin Sanjie Prescription, a self-made formula, under the guidance of the academic thought of nourishing yin. It is considered that the etiology and pathogenesis of postoperative lung cancer is healthy qi deficiency and pathogenic factors excess mainly caused by dual damage of qi and yin. The essence of tumor is pathogenic heat in tradition Chinese medicine, which is easy to consume essential substances, blood, body fluid and healthy qi, and the deficiency of healthy qi is injured again after surgery. Although the tumor was removed after operation, there are still excess-pathogens such as phlegm and fluid in the body, which can easily lead to deterioration and other risks. The principle of treatment is reinforcing healthy qi as the key point, such as tonifying the spleen and replenishing the lung, that is to reinforcing the qi and yin of the spleen and stomach to generate the qi and yin of the lung, and dispelling pathogens as a supplement, such as resolving phlegm and softening hardness, dissipating bind and subduing swelling and regulating qi. The self-made Ziyin Sanjie Prescription on the basis of Xiaoluo Pills is used as the basic prescription for the postoperative treatment of lung cancer, and then modified according to different syndromes . And one proven case is presented.

      摘要:The holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) emphasizes the unity of the internal and external environment and the organic integrity of human body. The formation of a tumor also constitutes an organic whole with its natural environment, social environment, internal environment, local microenvironment and intracellular environment, which presents characteristics of ecological medicine. It is beneficial to clarify the biological connotation of TCM prevention and treatment of tumor and lay the foundation for explaining mechanisms in tumorigenesis and guiding the clinical treatment of tumor by understanding the ecological principles in the process of tumor formation from the perspective of holistic view of TCM.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo analyze and summarize the clinical acupoint selection laws of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating asthma for the purpose of providing reference for clinical practice and scientific research activities of acupuncture and moxibustion.MethodsClinical research literatures on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of asthma published from January 2000 to December 2019 were retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang, PubMed and other academic databases. Excel 2010 software was used to sort out the following data of acupoints in the literatures, including the frequency, distribution sites, meridian tropism and specific acupoint categories. Furthermore, SPSS 24.0 software was used to cluster the correlations among commonly used clinical acupoints (top 22 acupoints in the frequency of use and with use frequency greater than 1%).Results①A total of 190 literatures were selected, including 170 Chinese literatures and 20 English literatures. ②The total number of acupoints in acupuncture prescription reached 94, and the total use frequency of acupoints was 990. According to the use frequency from high to low, these acupoints were as follows: Feishu (BL13), Dingchuan (EX-B1) and Dazhui (GV14), etc. ③Specific points were widely used in acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of asthma, especially back-shu points, confluent points and five-shu points were acupoints used more frequently. ④All 14 meridians were involved in the selection of acupoints, and the commonly selected meridians were bladder meridian, lung meridian, ren meridian, etc. The use frequency of acupoints in bladder meridian ranked the highest, and the use frequency of extra-meridian points was also relatively higher. The use frequency of yang meridians was significantly higher than that of yin meridians. ⑤The distribution of commonly used acupoints was mainly in chest, back and four limbs. ⑥Two main acupoint clusters were obtained through cluster analysis. The first cluster included 6 commonly used acupoint groups [such as "Hegu (LI 4)- Dazhu (BL 11)- Zhongfu (LU 1)" ], and the second cluster included 3 core acupoint groups [such as "Shenshu (BL 23)- Pishu (BL 20)" ].ConclusionsThrough data analysis, it can be concluded that acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of asthma follows the following clinical acupoint selection laws: "Treat the lung first while the spleen and kidney are also taken into account; Select most acupoints from the bladder meridian; Select symptomatic points for the treatment and treat both the root cause and symptoms." These laws provide important references to the acupoint selection in the clinical and fundamental research on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of asthma.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo explore the active ingredients, targets, potential action mechanism of Yiqi-Sanyu-Jiedu Formula in the treatment of osteosarcoma with network pharmacology and molecular docking technology.MethodsAll the active ingredients and action targets of astragalus, paris polyphylla and coptis were searched by TCMSP, TCMID and published literatures. Target genes related to osteosarcoma were obtained by Genecards, OMIM and TTD databases. The drug target and disease target were intersected, and the drug-target-disease network was constructed by using Cytoscape 3.7.2. PPI network for the treatment of osteosarcoma with Yiqi-Sanyu-Jiedu Formula was obtained by using the String database, and the Network Analyzer was used for topology analysis. The GO function enrichment analysis were obtainea by and KEGG pathway enrichment andysis of the wre taryets. The compound was molecularly docked with proteins associated with osteosarcoma by using AutoDock Vina.Results:A total of 49 active ingredients and 23 key active ingredients were screened. 93 potential targets for the treatment of osteosarcoma were screened. PPI network was used to obtain 42 key target proteins of Yiqi-Sanyu-Jiedu Formula for the treatment of osteosarcoma. The key targets involved Akt1, MAPK1, PTGS2 and VEGFA. GO functional enrichment analysis resulted in 1720 GO items (P<0.05), including 1583 BP items, 60 CC items, and 107 MF items. KEGG pathway enrichment analysis resulted in 112 signaling pathways (P<0.05), involving PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, MAPK signaling pathway, and hypoxia-inducible factor-1 signaling pathway. Molecular docking results showed that kaenophenol, berberine and quercetin had strong affinity with Akt1 and MAPK1 proteins of osteosarcoma.ConclusionThe active ingredients in Yiqi-Sanyu-Jiedu Formula can act on Akt1, MAPK1 and other targets, so as to regulate multiple signaling pathways and play an important role in the treatment of osteosarcoma.

      摘要:This paper introduces the experience of Professor Kang Liangshi in the diagnosis and treatment of fatty liver with the theory of "turbid lipid" . It is considered that "turbid lipid" is not only the pathogenic factor of fatty liver, but also the pathological product of the pathological process of fatty liver. "Turbid lipid" first remains in the body and then depress qi movement, resulting in stagnation of triple energizer. Clinically, fatty liver is divided into three types: hidden syndrome (no clinical symptoms), dampness and heat accumulation and binding syndrome, and deficiency and stagnation complex syndrome. The series of treatment methods and prescriptions are established such as softening the liver and moving qi, removing turbidity and purifying fat, differentiating syndrome to identify cause, and combining disease and syndrome. And one proven case is presented.

      摘要:This paper introduces Professor Yin Kejing’s clinical experience in the treatment of breast lump (hyperplasia of mammary glands)with acupuncture. It is considered that the pathogenesis of the disease is mostly due to liver depression and qi stagnation, obstruction of meridians and vessels,qi and blood stasis of breast. In clinical diagnosis, Professor Yin is good at palpation and inspection by using the diagnostic method of meridians and collaterals, and is expert in hand diagnosis by using Jiugong(nine-grid pattern) and Bagua (eight diagrams). The acupoints of hand and foot Jueyin Meridian and foot Yangming Meridian are commonly selected mostly based on the theory of "extraordinary communication of meridians and collaterals" . In establishing the method of acupuncture, it is emphasized that qi should be first regulated when treating breast diseases, and the spleen should first fortified when resolving phlegm.

      摘要:This article introduces Professor Liu Min’s clinical experience of using Guizhi plus Longgu Muli Decoction to treat hypothyroidism-related alopecia. It is considered that the pathogenesis of hypothyroidism-related alopecia is yang deficiency and insecurity, imbalance between yin and yang, which can be treated with Guizhi plus Longgu Muli Decoction. With the function of subduing yang to prevent prostration as well as regulating and harmonizing yin and yang, Guizhi plus Longgu Muli Decoction can improve the symptoms of hair loss by regulating autoimmunity and improving vascular endothelial function. And two proven cases are presented.

      摘要:This paper introduces Zhang Peiqiu’s clinical experience in treating a case of Stevens-Johnson Syndrome induced by carbamazepine from liver aspect. According to the history of medication and clinical characteristics, it is considered that Stevens-Johnson Syndrome is caused by liver heat due to yang toxin in the skin, which is treated by nourishing the liver and emolliating the liver, clearing the liver and cooling the liver, and modified Siwu Decoction is used.

      摘要:This paper discussed the origin and development of TCM qi theory, and analysed the medical theory of pectoral qi assisting breathing and the pathogenesis and pathological characteristics of chronic severe dyspnea (CSD). The close relationship between sinking of pectoral qi and CSD was explained in detail from the consistency of their pathogenesis evolution. Based on the above analysis, this paper summarized the thinking and clinical application of the method of invigorating qi and ascending qi in the treatment of CSD,as well as the clinical application of Shengxian Decoction in the treatment of CSD.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo investigate the radiosensitization effect of cinobufacin capsule on patients with intermediate and advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy and its influence on the expression of serum macrophage inflammatory protein-3α (MIP-3α) and cystatinA.MethodsA total of 122 patients with intermediate and advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into observation group (n=61) and control group (n=61). Patients in the control group were administered with radiotherapy alone, while patients in the observation group were additionally administered with cinobufacin capsules besides radiotherapy. The treatment course of the two groups was one radiotherapy cycle. The therapeutic effects on solid tumors and adverse reactions were observed, and the changes of serum MIP-3α and cystatinA levels were compared. Meanwhile, the progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) were followed up, and multiple linear regression (MLR) was used to analyze the influencing factors of prognosis.Results①There were 2 drop-out cases in the observation group and 1 drop-out case in the control group, and 119 cases finally completed the trial, including 59 cases in the observation group and 60 cases in the control group. ②The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.44% at the end of treatment and 77.97% one month after treatment, while that of the control group was 71.67% and 60.00% respectively. At the end of treatment and one month after treatment, the therapeutic effect on solid tumors in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). ③According to the intra-group comparison before and after treatment, the levels of serum MIP-3α and cystatinA in both groups decreased (P<0.05); According to the inter-group comparison after treatment, the levels of MIP-3α and cystatinA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). ④In terms of adverse reactions, the nasopharyngeal discomfort degree in the observation group was milder than that in the control group (P<0.05). ⑤The PFS of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (χ2=4.266,P=0.039), but there was no significant difference in OS between the two groups (χ2=0.834,P=0.361). ⑥The results of Cox multivariate analysis showed that combined use of cinobufacin capsule and radiotherapy was an independent protective factor for the prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.ConclusionCinobufacin can improve the radiosensitivity, reduce the adverse reactions of radiotherapy and prolong the PFS of patients with intermediate and advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of MIP-3α and cystatinA expression.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo observe the influence of Cai’s menstruation periodic treatment on lipid metabolism and the levels of serum leptin(LEP) and adiponectin(ADP) in obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).MethodsA total of 67 obese patients with PCOS were included and randomly divided into the treatment group (33 cases) and control group (34 cases). The patients in the treatment group were treated with Cai’s menstruation periodic treatment, and the patients in the control group were orally treated with metformin tablets. The treatment course of the two groups was 3 months. Before and after treatment, the waist-hip-ratio (WHR) and body mass index (BMI) of the two groups were calculated and compared; the levels of lipid metabolism indexes including triacylglycerol (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL) and free fatty acid (FFA), and the levels of LEP and ADP in the two groups were detected; the levels of serum luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and testosterone (T) were detected, and the LH/FSH ratio was calculated.Results①After treatment, the levels of TC and LDL in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), but with no significantly statistical differences between the two groups (P>0.05). ②After treatment, the level of LEP in the two groups was decreased (P<0.05) and the level of ADP was increased (P<0.05), but with no significantly statistical differences between the two groups (P>0.05). ③After treatment, the WHR and BMI of the two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01), but with no significantly statistical differences between the two groups (P>0.05). ④After treatment, the levels of T and LH and the LH/FSH ratio in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05, P<0.01), and the level of LH and the LH/FSH ratio in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionCai’s menstruation periodic treatment can effectively regulate the lipid metabolism disorder in obese patients with PCOS, better improve the sex hormone levels, decrease the LEP level, WHR and BMI, and increase the level of ADP, without obvious toxic and side effects.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo explore the curative effect of Chen’s Zhimu San combined with intravenous infusion in the treatment of suspicious oligohydramnios.MethodsA total of 141 pregnant women with suspicious oligohydramnios were included and randomly divided into the western medicine group (66 cases) and the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group (75 cases). The patients in the western medicine group were treated with intravenous infusion, and the patients in the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group were orally treated with Chen’s Zhimu San based on intravenous infusion. The treatment course was 7 days. Before and after treatment, the whole blood viscosity and plasm viscosity were detected, the amniotic fluid index (AFI) and ratio of end systolic peak (S) to end diastolic peak (D) of fetal umbilical artery blood flow (S/D ratio) were measured and calculated by B-mode ultrasonography, and the scores of Chinese medical syndrome in both groups were evaluated and compared.Results①After treatment, the AFI was increased and the fetal umbilical artery S/D ratio was decreased in the two groups (P<0.05), and the AFI in the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was higher than that in the western medicine group (P<0.05), the fetal umbilical artery S/D ratio was lower than that in the western medicine group (P<0.05). ②After treatment, the scores of Chinese medical syndrome in the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and the scores of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group were lower than those of the western medicine group (P<0.05). ③After treatment, the whole blood viscosity (low shear, medium shear, high shear) and plasm viscosity in the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group were decreased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), the whole blood viscosity (low shear) and plasm viscosity in the western medicine group were also decreased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and the whole blood viscosity (low shear, medium shear, high shear) in the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was lower than that in the western medicine group (P<0.05).ConclusionCompared with intravenous infusion therapy, Chen’s Zhimu San combined with intravenous infusion therapy can better decrease the blood viscosity in the treatment of suspicious oligohydramnios, increase the amniotic fluid volume, and improve the fetal umbilical artery blood flow, thus regulate the local microcirculation of placenta.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Bushen Jiedu Recipe combined with palliative chemotherapy on cancer-related fatigue (CRF) in patients with advanced colorectal cancer (ACC).MethodsIn a prospective, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial design, 72 ACC patients with cancer-related fatigue were randomly divided into treatment group (n=36) and control group (n=36). The control group was administered with palliative chemotherapy combined with Bushen Jiedu Recipe placebo, while the treatment group was administered with palliative chemotherapy combined with Bushen Jiedu Recipe. The treatment lasted until the expiration of 6 chemotherapy cycles or the disease progression. The score changes of the Piper Fatigue Scale (PFS) and a Chinese version of the Brief Fatigue Inventory (BFI-C) were compared between the two groups, and the incidence of adverse reactions was observed and recorded.Results①The treatment group and the control group each shed 4 cases, and the remaining 64 subjects completed the trial, 32 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group. ②The intra-group comparison before and after treatment showed that there were significant differences in the scores of each dimension (behavioral fatigue, affective fatigue, somatosensory fatigue, cognitive emotional fatigue) and the total scores of PFS between the two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of each dimension and the total scores of PFS in the treatment group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). ③According to the intra-group comparison before and after treatment, the BFI-C scores of fatigue now, usual fatigue at 24 hours, worst fatigue at 24 hours, impact on life (general activities, mood, walking, normal work, relations with other people, enjoyment of life) and the total scores differed significantly in the treatment group (P<0.05), while in the control group, only differences in the BFI-C scores of worst fatigue at 24 hours, impact on general activities and mood were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of each dimension and total scores of BFI-C in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). ④There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups (P>0.05), and major adverse reactions were of grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ.ConclusionBushen Jiedu Recipe combined with palliative chemotherapy can significantly reduce the serverity of cancer-related fatigue in patients with advanced colorectal cancer with good safety.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Modified Fulingwan Decoction on the expression of MMP-3, MMP-13 and TIMP-1 in rabbit knee osteoarthritis model.MethodsTwenty-four Japan big ear white rabbits were randomly divided into normal group, model group, diclofenac sodium group and Modified Fulingwan Decoction group, 6 rabbits in each group. Except for the normal group, the modified Hulth method was used on the left posterior knee joint in other groups. After successful modeling, each group was intervened for four weeks. After the treatment cycle, and pathological observation was performed after the treatment. At the same time, ELISA was used to detect the levels of MMP-3, MMP-13 and TIMP-1 in the knee joint fluid of each groups’ subjects.ResultsThe contents of MMP-3, MMP-13 and TIMP-1 in model group were significantly increased than those in the normal group (P<0.01) . The contents in diclofenac sodium group and modified Fulingwan group were significantly decreased than those in model group (P<0.01) .ConclusionsMMP-3, MMP-13 and TIMP-1 are closely related to the pathogenesis of KOA. Modified Fuling Decoction may have a therapeutic effect on the pathogenesis of KOA by inhibiting their pathological increase.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction on endometrial morphology in rats with thin endometrium treated by transplantation of endometrial stem cells (EDSCs).MethodsEDSCs were isolated from the endometrium of 8-week-old female SD rats by the methods of mechanical separation and two-step enzyme elimination. The third generation cells with high purity were selected and transplanted into the experimental rats by tail vein and intrauterine injection respectively. The combined model of thin endometrium with kidney deficiency and blood stasis was established by infusing 95% ethanol without water into the uterine cavity and injecting hydroxyurea and high molecular dextran into the tail vein of female SD rats. The experimental rats were divided into normal control group, model group, estradiol valerate group, EDSCs + IV group, EDSCs + IU group, EDSCs + IV+ traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) group and EDSCs+IU+TCM group, with 8 rats in each group. After intervention with corresponding methods, the rats in each group were killed after 3 estrous cycles. HE staining was used to observe the thickness of uterus, the number of glands and blood vessels, and the expressions of keratin and vimentin by immunohistochemistry and Western blot.ResultsIn terms of improving endometrial thickness, the endometrial thickness in the EDSCs+IU group, the EDSCs+IV+TCM group and the EDSCs+IU+TCM group was significantly higher than that in the model group(P<0.01); in terms of increasing the number of endometrial glands, the number of glands in the EDSCs+IV group was significantly higher than that in the model group (P<0.05), and that in the EDSCs+IU group, the EDSCs+IV+TCM group and the EDSCs+IU+ TCM group was significantly higher than that in the model group (P<0.01); in terms of increasing the number of endometrial blood vessels, the number of blood vessels in the EDSCs+IV group, the EDSCs+IU group, the EDSCs+IV+TCM group and the EDSCs+IU+TCM group was significantly higher than that in the model group (P<0.01); in terms of improving the expression of keratin, the expression of keratin in the EDSCs+IV group, the EDSCs+IU group, the EDSCs+IV+TCM group and the EDSCs+IU+TCM group was significantly higher than that in the model group (P<0.01); in terms of improving the expression of vimentin, the expression of vimentin in the EDSCs+IV group, the EDSCs+IU group, the EDSCs+IV+TCM group and the EDSCs+IU+ TCM group was significantly higher than that in the model group (P<0.01). There was significant difference between intrauterine injection of EDSCs and tail vein injection of EDSCs in improving the thickness of endometrium and the expression of vimentin detected by immunohistochemistry (P<0.01). The endometrial thickness in the EDSCs+IV+TCM group was significantly higher than that in the EDSCs+IV group, and that in the EDSCs+IU+TCM group was significantly higher than that in the EDSCs+IU group (P<0.01).ConclusionIntrauterine injection of EDSCs is better than tail vein injection in increasing endometrial thickness and vimentin expression detected by immunohistochemistryl, and adding Bushen Huoxue Decoction helps to increase the thickness of endometrium.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo observe the effects of the Chinese medicine Sijunzi Decoction and Siwu Decoction, two prescriptions for invigorating qi and blood, on the expression of EGF, EGF mRNA, VEGFA and VEGF mRNA in cultured human skin fibroblasts in vitro.MethodsThere were three groups divided in this experiment, this is, blank control group, Sijunzi Decoction group and Siwu Decoction group. The cells in the blank control group was cultured with complete DMEM culture medium, and the cells in the Sijunzi Decoction group and Siwu Decoction group were cultured with complete DMEM medium respectively contained 10 μg/L, 100 μg/L, 1 mg/L, 10 mg/L, 100 mg/L, 1 g/L corresponding Chinese medicine freeze-dried powder. CCK-8 method was used to determine the effects of Sijunzi Decoction and Siwu Decoction on the proliferation of human skin fibroblasts, and determine the drug concentration and medication time. Western blot method was used to detect the expression of EGF and VEGFA, and RT-PCR to detect the expression of EGF mRNA and VEGF mRNA.ResultsSijunzi Decoction and Siwu Decoction were able to promote the proliferation of human skin fibroblasts. When the concentration of corresponding Chinese medicine in each group was 100 mg/L, the effect of promoting cell proliferation was obvious, and the effect of drug intervention for 24 h on promoting cell proliferation was quite obvious. Compared with the blank control group, the expression of EGF, EGF mRNA, VEGFA and VEGF mRNA in Sijunzi Decoction group and Siwu Decoction group was increased (P<0.05, P<0.01). Compared with Sijunzi Decoction group, the expression of EGF and EGF mRNA in Siwu Decoction group was decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01), and the expression of VEGFA was not significantly different (P>0.05), while the expression of VEGF mRNA was significantly increased (P<0.01).ConclusionsSijunzi Decoction and Siwu Decoction can promote the proliferation of human skin fibroblasts cultured in vitro, upregulate the expression of EGF mRNA and VEGF mRNA, promote the synthesis and secretion of EGF and VEGFA, and then promote angiogenesis, granulation tissue growth, and accelerate wound healing. There are differences in the effects of Sijunzi Decoction and Siwu Decoction, which may be related to the different effects of qi and blood, the relationship between qi and blood, and the theory of viscera.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo study the plasma protein binding rates of bufalin, cinobufagin and resibufogenin in different kinds of toad skin extracts.MethodsThe plasma protein binding rates of bufalin, cinobufagin and resibufogenin in two extracts of toad skin and control solution with different concentrations of bufogenin, cinobufagin and cinobufagin were determined by equilibrium dialysis and LC-MS/MS method.ResultsThe LC-MS/MS method showed good linearity, the accuracy, precision, recovery and stability of the analytes all met the methodology requirements. The plasma protein binding rates of bufalin in three different concentrations of control solution and in two kinds of toad skin extracts were (75.03±1.97) %, (72.33±2.51) %, (71.80±1.53) %, (-16.67±1.58) % and (71.93±1.48) %, respectively. The plasma protein binding rates of cinobufagin in three different concentrations of control solutionand in two kinds of toad skin extracts were (52.33±4.13) %, (52.47±3.84) %, (47.60±2.46) %, (-51.23±3.53) % and (40.93±1.29) %, respectively. The plasma protein binding rates of resibufogenin in three concentrations of control solution and in two kinds of toad skin extracts were (91.27±1.09) %, (93.60±0.85) %, (88.13±0.76) %, (52.67±3.58) % and (80.13±2.38) %, respectively.ConclusionsThe results show that the plasma protein binding rates of bufalin, cinobufagin and resibufogenin are not dependent on the drug concentration. The plasma protein binding rates of them in extract 1 are significantly lower than those of control solution, while the plasma protein binding rates of them in toad skin extract 2 are basically the same as those of the control solution. It is suggested the mixture system of toad skin extract 1 leads to the change of plasma protein binding rates of bufalin, cinobufagin and resibufogenin.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo explore the protective effect and mechanism of Shizhifang Formula on renal tubular injury in hyperuricemia rats.MethodsThirty two rats were randomly divided into 4 groups according to their body weight: normal group, model group, Shizhifang Formula group and allopurinol group, 8 rats in each group. The rats were given 750 mg/kg OA suspension to establish hyperuricemic model. At the end of the 3rd, 5th, 7th and 11th week of the experiment, 24-hour urine was taken in each group with 10 rats, and 24-hour urine protein quantification, renal tubular function index NAG and RBP were further detected. Immunohistochemistry, real time PCR and Western blot were used to detect the expression of collagen Ⅲ and osteopantin(OPN).ResultsAt the end of the 11th week, NAG in the model group was significantly higher than that in the normal group (P < 0.05) . RBP in hyperuricemic rats was higher than that in normal rats in 5 weeks, 7 weeks and 11 weeks (P<0.05) . Compared with the allopurinol group, the expression of collagen Ⅲand OPN mRNA in Shizhifang Formula group and allopurinol group increased significantly (P<0.01, P<0.05) from three weeks, and there was no difference in the expression of OPN mRNA between the two groups at each time node (P>0.05) . Compared with the model group, the expression of collagen Ⅲ in renal tissue of rats in the normal group was decreased significantly (P<0.05) . Except for 3 weeks, the expression of OPN in renal tissue of rats in each group decreased significantly (P<0.01) . There was no difference in the expression of collagen Ⅲ between the two treatment groups at the end of the 3th week (P>0.05) , and there was no difference in the expression of OPN between the two treatment groups at the end of the 3th week and the 7 the week (P>0.05) . The expression of collagen Ⅲ and OPN in renal tubules and interstitium in the model group was observed by immunohistochemistry, and there was a little expression in glomerulus in the later stage of the model.ConclusionsIn this study, the excretion of urinary microproteins in hyperuricemia rats was significantly increased, suggesting that there was obvious damage to renal tubules and interstitium in hyperuricemia. Shizhifang Formula has the effect of inhibiting renal interstitial inflammation and alleviating renal fibrosis.

      摘要:Diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D) is a common intestinal dysfunction disease in clinic. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) pathogenesis may vary in different cases, for instance, liver-spleen imbalance, liver hyperactivity and spleen deficiency and liver depression and spleen deficiency, but it is the liver and spleen that are always affected and the most common syndrome is liver depression and spleen deficiency. The TCM research progress of IBS-D (liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome) was reviewed from three aspects: etiology and pathogenesis, clinical research and mechanism of action. TCM prescription with the effect of regulating liver and spleen, represented by Tongxie Yaofang, can improve symptoms of abdominal pain and diarrhea, psychological and behavioral state of patients with IBS-D of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome, and then improve their quality of life. When it comes to the mechanism of action, the therapeutic effects of TCM can be realized by regulating brain-gut axis, visceral hypersensitivity and related ion transport.

      摘要:This paper summarized the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine treated myocardial hypertrophy based on mitochondrial dysfunction. It reviewed the structure and function of mitochondria and the main manifestations of mitochondrial dysfunction. At the same time, it summarized the effects of mitochondrial dysfunction on myocardial hypertrophy from 5 aspects: mitochondrial energy metabolism disorder, oxidative stress, dynamic disorder, mitochondrial DNA mutation, and calcium homeostasis imbalance. The application of traditional Chinese medicine treated myocardial hypertrophy based on mitochondrial dysfunction provided a new theoretical basis and new perspective for the future.
