      摘要:Professor Wei Guikang, a national Chinese medicine master, believes that the spine is closely related to the Governor Vessel(GV), and that the two affect each other in spine-related diseases. Therefore, he refined his academic viewpoint and proposed the "spine-GV integration theory" . Professor Wei explains the clinical application of the "spine-GV integration theory" from four aspects: taking unblocking as the manifestation of normal functions based on the "theory of six unblockings" , the synergistic identification of the spine and GV which focuses on the function of internal organs, softening tendons and setting bones with the priority of softening tendons, the treatment and nourishment integrated method with the major role of external manipulation and supplementary role of internal administration of Chinese medicine. One proven case is presented.

      摘要:With the development of the times, the disease spectrum of orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) begins to change, and the incidence of chronic tendon and bone diseases increases rapidly. As the traditional concepts of tendons and bones in traditional Chinese medicine cannot fully satisfy the needs of clinical application, Professor Lin Dingkun combines the TCM concept of tendon-bone disharmony with modern anatomical knowledge to differentiate the involved tissues into "tendons, joints, marrow and bones" . The chronic tendon and bone diseases are therefore classified into four syndromes, i.e., tendon injury, joint dislocation, marrow injury and bone disease. In terms of treatment, Professor Lin follows the treatment principles of tendon regulation, joint adjustment, marrow protection and bone treatment, and specifically adopts internal and external treatment methods(manipulation, surgery and TCM oral administration, etc.). The application of tendon-bone disharmony theory based syndrome differentiation and classification to the diagnosis and treatment of chronic tendon and bone diseases can facilitate the clarification of its pathological mechanism, improve the therapeutic effect, and provide theoretical basis for modern applied research and clinical practice of TCM orthopedics and traumatology.

      摘要:Three biomechanical properties of tendons [synchronization and reinforcement(compensatory), segmentation and connectivity, and memorability]ensure the normal physiological function of the bone and joint, and it is the three properties that lead to stress concentration and the development and progression of chronic tendon and bone lesions. In the clinical management, the strategy of "through the tendons to the bones" is emphasized. By orienting targeted adjustments around the three properties, redistribution of stress in the diseased segment can be achieved to stop the process of chronic tendon and bone lesions.

      摘要:ObjectiveThe correlation between different thermodynamic distribution characteristics in various regions of the body surface of patients and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndromes of knee osteoarthritis was investigated to provide an innovative and objective method for the diagnosis of TCM syndromes of knee osteoarthritis.MethodsPatients were divided into wind-cold-damp Bi syndrome group, wind-damp-heat Bi syndrome group and static blood blockage syndrome group after syndrome differentiation, with 20 cases in each group. Another 20 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group. By collecting the infrared thermograms and temperatures of each organ’s projection area of enrolled subjects, the differences in temperature and heat-cool deviation between the observation groups and the control group were compared.Results①Compared with the condition in the control group, the body surface temperatures of the stomach and epigastrium, left lower back and right lower back were significantly lower with a cool deviation in the wind-cold-damp Bi syndrome group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); The body surface temperatures of the lower abdomen, left and right lateral lower abdomen were significantly higher with a heat deviation in the wind-damp-heat Bi syndrome group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); The body surface temperature of Xuli(apex of heart) was significantly lower with a cool deviation, and the body surface temperatures of the left hypochondrium and right hypochondrium were significantly higher with a heat deviation, and the differences were statistically significant differences(P<0.05). ②Based on qualitative analysis of the temperature changes, the body surface temperatures of the stomach and epigastrium, upper abdomen, left lower abdomen, right lower abdomen, left lower back and right lower back in the wind-cold-damp Bi syndrome group were significantly lower than those in the wind-damp-heat Bi syndrome group; the body surface temperature of Xuli in the wind-cold-damp Bi syndrome group was significantly higher than that in the static blood blockage syndrome group and the body surface temperatures of the left hypochondrium, right hypochondrium, stomach and epigastrium, left lower back and right lower back were significantly lower than those in the static blood blockage syndrome group; Compared with the condition in the static blood blockage syndrome group, the body surface temperatures of Xuli, the lower abdomen, left lateral lower abdomen and right lateral lower abdomen were significantly higher while the body surface temperature of the left hypochondrium and right hypochondrium were significantly lower in the wind-damp-heat Bi syndrome group.ConclusionCompared with those of healthy people, the thermodynamic characteristics of knee osteoarthritis patients with wind-cold-damp Bi syndrome, wind-damp-heat Bi syndrome, and static blood blockage syndrome are significantly different and these differences can be objectively assessed by infrared thermography, which can provide an innovative method and reference for objectified diagnosis of TCM syndromes of knee osteoarthritis.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the prevention and treatment of deep veinous thrombosis after major orthopedic surgery by Meta-analysis.MethodsDatabases including CNKI, WANFANG DATA, VIP, SinoMed, EMbase, PubMed and The Cochrane Library and other databases were systematically retrieved. Randomized controlled clinical trials were screened according to pre-set inclusion and exclusion criteria. Risk assessment tools were used to evaluate the quality of the study. Data were extracted and Meta analysis was carried out with Revman 5.3 software.ResultsA total of 102 articles were retrieved and 13 studies were included, with a total sample of 1 280 cases, including 640 cases in the experimental group and 640 cases in the control group. Buyang Huanwu Decoction could prevent and treat deep venous thrombosis after major orthopedic surgery. Compared with the control group treated with Western medicine alone, Buyang Huanwu Decoction could increase the overall efficiency [OR=4.25, 95% CI(2.86, 6.30), P<0.000 01], reduce D-dimer [SMD=-2.95, 95% CI(-4.66, -1.23),P<0.000 01], PT[MD= -1.71, 95% CI(-3.24, -0.17), P=0.03] and fibrinogen [MD=-0.42, 95% CI(-0.72, -0.12), P=0.006]. It could also decrease drainage volume[MD=-96.84, 95% CI(-123.09, -70.59), P<0.000 01]. However, there was no statistically significant difference in activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT) and blood viscosity(PV)(P>0.05). Adverse reactions were mild.ConclusionBuyang Huanwu Decoction is more effective than Western medicine in preventing and treating deep venous thrombosis after major orthopedic surgery. However, the conclusion of the study still needs to be verified by more high-quality randomized controlled trials.

      摘要:Combined with a case of reabsorption of protruding nucleus pulposus after cervical disc herniation, this paper briefly discusses the ideas and methods of clinical diagnosis and treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in Shi’s department of traumatology. It is considered that consultation, palpation, observation and imaging data should be organically combined to fully evaluate the patient’s condition in order to clarify the etiology and pathology, and strictly grasp the best indications of conservative treatment and surgical treatment.

      摘要:The purpose of this paper is to introduce Professor Zhan Hongsheng’s clinical experience in treating chronic diseases related to sinews and bones by the method of resolving stasis and unblocking collaterals. Clinically, based on the concept of "tendon domination and bone subordination" and the theory of "harmony in four aspects" , the diseases are treated by the methods of pacifying the liver to stop pain, simutaneously regulating qi and blood, and resolving stasis and unblocking collaterals, mostly with insect medicines. And two proven cases are presented.

      摘要:Study on syndrome differentiation and treatment of type 2 diabetes based on the theory of incubating pathogens in Sanjiao. Because of the evil was hidden in Sanjiao, diabetes was happened and developed by the deficiency of healthy qi, or the six exogenous factors, seven emotions, improper diet, overstrain and other factors, then the associated symptoms were appeared.In the treatment, we should clear heat of Sanjiao, invigorate spleen and supplement qi as the treatment methods. In the early stage, it was mainly excess syndrome, focusing on clearing heat of Sanjiao,resolving turbidity and removing toxicity, with invigorating spleen and replenishing qi. In the middle and late period, it mainly invigorated the spleen and qi, and clearing heat of Sanjiao ran through all the process. In the acute complication period, the methods of clearing heat and producing fluid and directly folding heat were taken, also clearing heat and detoxifying was the most important.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo observe the compliance of children with supracondylar fractures of humerus in using Xiao’er Shangke Recipe and Xiao’er Shangke Granules, aiming to guide the optimization of the subsequent treatment plan for supracondylar fracture of humerus.MethodsA total of 84 children with supracondylar fractures of humerus admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to July 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 42 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine treatment. On this basis, the control group was treated with Xiao’er Shangke Recipe, and the observation group was treated with Xiao’er Shangke Granules. Both groups were treated continuously for 1 month, and the pain degree, fracture healing and elbow joint function of the two groups were evaluated and compared before treatment, 3 days, 15 days and 1 month after treatment. Self-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the treatment compliance of the two groups, and the adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded during the treatment.ResultsThe visual analogue scale(VAS) scores of the two groups at 3 d, 15 d and 1 month of treatment were gradually lower than those before treatment, and the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at each time point(P<0.05); the fracture healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the callus X-ray score of the observation group at 1 month of treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05); the excellent and good rate of elbow joint function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05); the total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionCompared with Xiao’er Shangke Recipe, the compliance of children with supracondylar fracture of humerus treated with Xiao’er Shangke Granules is better, which is more conducive to improve the overall curative effect and promote fracture healing. And taking Xiao’er Shangke Granules is more safe and reliable with less adverse reactions.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of extracorporeal shock wave combined with bone-setting and tendon-regulating manipulation on plantar fasciitis.MethodsNinety patients with plantar fasciitis were randomly divided into an extracorporeal shock wave therapy group(n=30), a manipulation treatment group(n=30) and a combined treatment group(n=30). The extracorporeal shock wave therapy group was administered with the extracorporeal shock wave, the manipulation treatment group was administered with bone-setting and tendon-regulating manipulation, and the combined treatment group was administered with extracorporeal shock wave therapy combined with bone-setting and tendon-regulating manipulation. All groups were treated for 2 weeks, and the changes in the visual analogue scale(VAS) score of pain, maximum sustainable walking time and plantar fascia thickness were observed and compared.Results①During the trial, there were no drop-out cases in any group, and all 90 patients completed the trial. ②The differences in pain VAS score and maximum sustainable walking time were statistically significant(P<0.05) in each group before and after treatment and at the week 12 follow-up visit. After treatment and at the week 12 follow-up visit, the pain VAS score in the manipulation treatment group was higher than that in the extracorporeal shock wave therapy group(P<0.05), while the pain VAS score in the combined treatment group was lower than that in the extracorporeal shock wave therapy group and that in the manipulation treatment group, and the maximum sustainable walking time was longer than that in the extracorporeal shock wave therapy group and that in the manipulation treatment group(P<0.05). ③According to the intra-group comparison before treatment and at the week 12 follow-up visit, the plantar fascia thickness was significantly lowered in all groups, and the difference in plantar fascia thickness was statistically significant(P<0.05). The difference in plantar fascia thickness was not statistically significant when compared among groups at the week 12 follow-up visit(P>0.05).ConclusionThe extracorporeal shock wave therapy combined with Li’s bone-setting and tendon-regulating manipulation in the treatment of plantar fasciitis has achieved good clinical effects, which is better than the single use of extracorporeal shock wave therapy or Li’s bone-setting and tendon-regulating manipulation.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo explore the effect of Bushen Huoxue Formula combined with low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) and other measures in the prevention and treatment of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis (LDVT) after the hip fracture surgery in the elderly.MethodsTwo hundred and twenty elderly patients with postoperative hip fracture were randomly divided into treatment group (n=110) and control group (n=110). The control group was administered with subcutaneous injection of LMWH combined with elastic bandage and functional exercises after surgery, while the treatment group was administered with Bushen Huoxue Formula in addition to the treatment measures of the control group. Both groups were treated for 14 days. During the trial, we observed the incidence of LDVT and its complications, and compared the changes of plasma prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), D-dimer (D-D) levels, as well as the pain visual analogue scale (VAS) score in the affected extremities and the degree of swelling reduction of the lower extremities (differences in circumference of thigh and calf).Results①Finally 210 cases completed the trial, 105 cases in the treatment group and 105 cases in the control group. ②During the trial, there were 3 cases of LDVT in the treatment group (2.86%) and 11 cases in the control group (10.48%); the incidence of LDVT in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). ③The PT and APTT were significantly longer and D-D levels were significantly lower after treatment in both groups; the improvement of PT, APTT and D-D levels in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). ④The VAS scores of the affected extremities were significantly lower after treatment in both groups (P<0.05); after treatment the VAS scores of the affected extremities in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). ⑤According to the inter-group comparison after 7 days and 14 days of treatment, the differences in circumference of the thigh and calf in the treatment group were significantly greater than those in the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionIn the elderly patients, the combined use of Bushen Huoxue Formula with LMWH and other measures can improve the hypercoagulable state of blood and reduce the incidence of LDVT more significantly than the single use of LMWH and other measures, and it can also improve their lower limb pain and swelling.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of Sanse Paste and Sanhuang Paste combined with electro-moxibustion in the treatment of tenosynovitis of the long head of the biceps (LHB).MethodsOne hundred patients with tenosynovitis of LHB were randomly divided into treatment group (n=49) and control group (n=51). The control group was administered with microwave therapy, while the treatment group was administered with Sanse Paste, Sanhuang Paste and electro-moxibustion. Both groups were treated continuously for 2 courses, and the changes of the area of fluid or roughness in the tendon sheath of LHB, range of motion of shoulder joint, and visual analogue scale (VAS) score of pain were observed and compared between the two groups.Results①According to the intra-group comparisons before and after treatment, the area of fluid or roughness in the tendon sheath of LHB decreased in both groups (P<0.05); The inter-group comparison after treatment showed that the difference in the area of fluid or roughness in the tendon sheath of LHB was not statistically significant (P>0.05). ②According to the intra-group comparisons after 1 course of treatment, after 2 courses of treatment and before treatment, the angles of posterior extension and elevation of shoulder joint increased in both groups (P<0.05), but the differences in angles of forward flexion and abduction of shoulder joint were not statistically significant (P>0.05). After 1 course of treatment, the elevation angle of shoulder joint in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group (P<0.05); after 2 courses of treatment, the angles of posterior extension and elevation in the treatment group were greater than those in the control group (P<0.05). ③According to the intra-group comparisons after 1 course of treatment, after 2 courses of treatment and before treatment, the pain VAS scores decreased in both groups (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the pain VAS scores between the two groups after 1 course of treatment (P>0.05); The pain VAS scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group after 2 courses of treatment (P<0.05).ConclusionThe efficacy of Sanse Paste and Sanhuang Paste combined with electro-moxibustion in the treatment of tenosynovitis of LHB is satisfactory, and it can significantly improve the range of motion of shoulder joint and relieve the pain of patients.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Bushen Yifei Decoction on airway mucus hypersecretion and lung function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in the stable stage.MethodsNinety patients with lung and kidney deficiency syndrome in the stable stage of COPD were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=45) and the control group (n=45). Both groups were administered with conventional medication (salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation). The treatment group was additionally administered with Bushen Yifei Decoction, while the control group was administered with the placebo of traditional Chinese herbal medicine (TCHM). The course of treatment in both groups was 12 months. The annual frequency of acute exacerbations was observed, and changes in lung function-related indicators like FEV1, FEV1/FVC% and FEV1%, as well as the changes in levels of MUC5AC, scores of sputum nature, and levels of peripheral blood neutrophil elastase (NE) were compared.Results①Finally 85 patients completed the trial, 43 cases in the treatment group and 42 cases in the control group. ②There was significant difference in the annual frequency of acute exacerbations between the two groups (P<0.05). ③According to the inter-group comparisons after 6 months of treatment, the levels of FEV1, FEV1/FVC% and FEV1% in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05); According to the inter-group comparisons after 12 months of treatment, the levels of FEV1, FEV1/FVC% and FEV1% in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). ④According to the inter-group comparisons after 6 months of treatment, the level of sputum MUC5AC, the score of sputum nature, and the level of peripheral blood NE in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); According to the inter-group comparisons after 12 months of treatment, the level of sputum MUC5AC, the score of sputum nature, and the level of peripheral blood NE in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). ⑤During the trial, there were no serious adverse events in both groups, and no abnormality in safety indicators were found.ConclusionBushen Yifei Decoction combined with salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation is effective and safe in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable stage, which can significantly reduce patients’ annual acute exacerbation frequency, improve their lung function, sputum nature and airway mucus hypersecretion, and delay the decline of lung function.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of "Yang-warming and kidney essence-replenishing" herbal paste on withdrawal of inhaled corticosteroids (ICS) in asthmatic patients controlled by low-dose ICS therapy. MethodsOne hundred and forty patients with asthma treated with low-dose ICS as maintenance treatment were randomly divided into a treatment group (n=71) and a control group (n=69). ICS was withdrawn upon the case enrollment in both groups, and in the treatment group, "Yang-warming and kidney essence-replenishing" herbal paste was applied on withdrawal of ICS therapy. The herbal paste was used for 8 weeks. The total follow-up period lasted 16 weeks from the day of case inclusion. We observed and compared the rate of treatment failure, as well as the changes in the frequency of asthma symptoms, the dosage of relieving drugs, the Asthma Control Test Scale (ACT) score, peak expiratory flow rate (PEF), forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1), and FEV1 percentage (FEV1%).Results①Treatment failure occurred in 8.45 % of patients in the treatment group, which was lower compared with 24.64% in the control group (P<0.01). ②After ICS withdrawal, frequency of weekly daytime symptoms, weekly dosage of relieving drugs increased for patients of the treatment group (P<0.05), frequency of weekly daytime symptoms, frequency of weekly night symptoms, frequency of weekly activity restriction, weekly dosage of relieving drugs increased for patients of the control group (P<0.05). After ICS withdrawal, the frequency of weekly daytime symptoms, the frequency of weekly night symptoms, the frequency of weekly activity restriction and the weekly dosage of relieving drugs in the treatment group were less than those in the control group (P<0.01). ③After ICS withdrawal, ACT score in the treatment group decreased (P<0.01); while in the control group ACT score, PEF, FEV1 and FEV1% values decreased (P<0.01). After ICS withdrawal, ACT score, PEF, FEV1 and FEV1% values in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.01).ConclusionBy applying "Yang-warming and kidney essence-replenishing" herbal paste, patients with asthma controlled by low-dose ICS can maintain sound condition control during the withdrawal of ICS.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo study the clinical efficacy of Mahuang Shengma Decoction in treating patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS).MethodsTotally 66 patients with COPD and OSAHS were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method. Thirty-two patients in the control group were given general treatment and routine Western medicine therapy, and 34 cases in the treatment group were additionally given Mahuang Shengma Decoction besides the treatments in the control group. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. After treatments, changes of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score, apnea hypopnea index (AHI), the lowest oxygen saturation at night (LSaO2), the longest time of apnea, apnea index (AI), forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1), and FEV1 over forced vital capacity (FEV1/FVC) in both groups were evaluated, and comparisons were made between groups.Results①The expectoration score, nocturnal snoring with apnea score, arousal score, and daytime sleepiness score in the treatment group were reduced significantly after treatment (P<0.05), and were remarkably lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). ②In treatment group, AHI, LSaO2, the longest time of apnea and AI reduced significantly after treatment (P<0.05, or P<0.01). There were significant differences in AHI, LSaO2, longest apnea time and AI between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05, or P<0.01).③FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the treatment group increased significantly after treatment (P<0.05), and were remarkably higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionMahuang Shengma Decoction can effectively improve clinical symptoms, lung function and LSaO2, and reduce AHI, the longest time of apnea and AI in patients with COPD and OSAHS, having good therapeutic effect for COPD and OSAHS.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo explore the effect of resveratrol on IL-1β induced apoptosis of growth plate chondrocytes, and to screen the optimal concentration of resveratrol and verify the effect of resveratrol on delaying the closure of the rat epiphysis and promoting the growth of long bones.MethodsThe growth plate chondrocytes of 4-week-old SD rats were isolated and cultured. The cells were identified by type Ⅱ collagen immunofluorescence. The chondrocytes were randamly divided into 9 groups: normal control group(ordinary medium), model control group(containing 20 ng/mL IL-1β), positive control group(containing 20 ng/mL IL-1β and 5 μmol/L letrozole), DMSO control group(DMSO added with resveratrol in culture medium), experimental group 1(only 40 μmol/L resveratrol), experimental group 2 to experimental group 5(containing 20 ng/mL IL-1 β and 10, 20, 40, 60 μmol/L resveratrol, respectively). MTT colorimetric method was used to screen the optimal concentration of resveratrol to inhibit chondrocyte apoptosis and promote cell proliferation. Flow cytometry was used to detect the optimal concentration of resveratrol to inhibit chondrocyte apoptosis. The effects of resveratrol on epiphyseal closure and tibial growth of tibial plateau in rats were observed by intragastric administration of appropriate concentration of resveratrol.ResultsChondrocytes of growth plate were isolated and cultured. MTT assay results showed that compared with the normal control group, the proliferation ability of the model control group was significantly decreased(P<0.05); compared with the model control group, letrozole and resveratrol at different concentrations could antagonize the apoptosis induced by IL-1β, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). The intervention effect of resveratrol was better than letrozole, and the optimal concentration was 40 μmol/L. The results of flow cytometry showed that the apoptosis rate of the model control group was significantly higher than that of the normal control group(P<0.05). Resveratrol at 40 μmol/L could reduce the apoptosis rate of rat growth plate chondrocytes induced by IL-1β, and the intervention effect was better than letrozole. Resveratrol could delay the epiphyseal closure of tibial plateau and promote the growth of tibia in rats by intragastric administration of resveratrol at 100 mg/kg.ConclusionResveratrol at 40 μmol/L can inhibit the apoptosis of chondrocytes induced by IL-1β significantly and gavage of 100 mg/kg resveratrol in rats can delay the epiphyseal closure of the tibial plateau and promote bone growth in the developmental stage by prolonging the time of bone growth.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of cinobufagin on human osteosarcoma (HOS) cells migration and invasion, and explore its potential mechanism.MethodsHOS cells were transfected with LV-vector and LV-over/PLOD2 to establish stable transfected cell lines HOS/NC and HOS/PLOD2. Scratch test and Transwell invasion assays were applied to detect the effects of cinobufagin on the migration and invasion ability of osteosarcoma cells. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reactions(qRT-PCR) was adopted to detect the effects of cinobufagin on PLOD2 mRNA expression. Western blot assays were used to detect the effect of cinobufagin on the expressions of PLOD2 and FAK-JAK/STAT3 signal pathway related proteins(PLOD2, FAK, p-FAK, JAK, p-JAK, STAT3, p-STAT3).ResultsThe results of scratch test and Transwell invasion assays showed that cinobufagin could reduce the migration and invasion ability of HOS cells, and compared with the control group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). However, overexpression of PLOD2 significantly attenuated cinobufagin-induced suppression of migration and invasion in HOS cells, and the difference was statistically significant compared with HOS/NC cells(P<0.01). The result of qRT-PCR showed that the expressions of PLOD2 mRNA were significantly down-regulated in HOS cells which were treated by different doses cinobufagin. The Western blot analysis showed that cinobufagin significantly down-regulated the expressions of PLOD2 and FAK-JAK/STAT3 signal pathway related proteins p-FAK, p-JAK and p-STAT3 in HOS/NC cells, but the effect on those proteins in HOS/PLOD2 cells was significantly weakened.ConclusionThe mechanism of cinobufagin inhibiting the invasion and migration of osteosarcoma may be related to the down-regulation of PLOD2, which in turn blocks the FAK-JAK/STAT3 signal pathway.

      摘要:This paper reviewed the research progress on the mechanism of Chinese medicine regulating macrophages against atherosclerosis(AS). The adhesion and aggregation of macrophages and the regulation of lipid metabolism in macrophages were the key factors in the formation of AS. The polarization and autophagy of macrophages regulated the progression of AS. The apoptosis and inflammation of macrophages accelerated the occurrence of AS. Chinese medicine of activating blood and eliminating phlegm could regulate the adhesion and aggregation of macrophages and lipid metabolism in macrophages. Chinese medicine of reinforcing deficiency could regulate macrophages polarization and autophagy. Chinese medicine of clearing away heat and toxic materials could regulate macrophages apoptosis and inflammation.

      摘要:This paper reviewed the research progress on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) regulating renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system(RAAS) in prevention and treatment of chronic heart failure (CHF) . Studies had shown that RAAS was involved throughout the whole process of CHF and TCM regulated RAAS through multiple targets such as renin, angiotensinⅠ(AngⅠ), angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ), angiotensinⅡ type 1(AT1) receptors, aldosterone(ALD) receptors, angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE) and angiotensin converting enzyme 2(ACE2) for prevention and treatment of CHF.
