摘要:Based on the following three experiences, that is, the experience of soothing the liver and relieving depression in the treatment of male sexual dysfunction, the experience of nourishing the liver and softening the liver in male climacteric syndrome and the experience of “Jinhong tablet” for acute abdomen in male prostatitis, This paper discusses the exertion and application experience of the idea of “treating from the liver aspect”, which is put forward by Professor Zhu Peiting of Gu’s Surgery of Shanghai School, in the department of TCM urology and andrologyof traditional Chinese medicine. And 3 proven cases are presented.  
摘要:This paper explores Professor Yu Jianer’s experience in the treatment of infantile fever. It is considered that the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease can be divided into exogenous attack or internal injury, exterior syndrome or interior syndrome, deficiency syndrome or excess syndrome. The core of the treatment is to expel pathogenic factors and support healthy qi. For those with exuberant heat, the method of clearing away heat is applied; for those with pathogenic factors in Shaoyang channel, the method of reconciling is indicated; for those with lingering of pathogenic factors due to asthenia of healthy qi, the methods such as reinforcing deficiency, strengthening healthy qi and eliminating pathogenic factors are used. The commonly used prescriptions include Qingyan prescription, Xiao Chaihu decoction and Maimendong decoction, etc., and three proven cases are presented.  
摘要:This paper introduces Professor Gao Yueqiu’s clinical experience in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. It is believed that the pathogenesis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease lies in the liver. The key to the pathogenesis is the spleen failure in transportation, turbid phlegm deposition, chronic disease involving the kidney, finally resulting in the spleen and kidney deficiency, phlegm accumulation and blood stasis syndrome. It is suggested that the treatment should be based on the spleen. The clinical symptoms were treated with self-made Shenge formula, combined with diet adjustment and exercise guidance, and the curative effect was satisfactory. One proven case is presented.

摘要:This article introduces professor Ying Senlin ’s experience in rheumatoid arthritis treatment. Professor Ying considers that “evil,deficiency,toxin,stasis” are the key pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis. He puts forward the principle of treatment as building toxin theory and emphasizing on dispelling stasis. In the clinical therapy,he is adept at keeping the compatibility of the cold and the heat,giving attention to both excess and deficiency,focusing on different treatment methods in different periods and using experienced prescriptions and insect drugs flexibly.  
摘要:This paper introduces Professor Shi Yumin’s experience in the treatment of chronic idiopathic neutropenia of children. It is believed that the disease is based on the deficiency of the spleen and kidney, and syndrome of intermingled deficiency and excess. In the treatment of the disease, attention should be paid to both root causes and symptom causes, and the disease should be treated by stages. At the stage of infection, the main treatment method is dispelling pathogenic factors and treating symptom causes with light, clearing and dispersing medical herbs, followed by the herbs with the function of strengthening healthy qi; at the stable stage, the main treatment method is treating the root causes and reinforcing deficiency, namely invigorating the spleen and tonifying the kidney, invigorating the lung and replenishing defensive qi, replenishing qi and supplementing blood, promoting blood circulation and generating blood. The disease is often treated with modified Yigong powder, Shiquan Dabu decoction combined with Zuogui pill. And one proven case is presented.

摘要:The main cause of death in colorectal cancer is invasion and metastasis. It is important to control the metastasis for prolonging the survival period of patients with advanced colorectal cancer. Based on the etiology and pathogenesis, combined with classical medical records, various medical theories, clinical and basic experimental literature, this paper puts forward the TCM concept of recurrence and metastasis of colorectal cancer. Deficiency of healthy qi (especially spleen deficiency) is its internal root cause, cancer toxin (phlegm, blood stasis, toxin, latent pathogenic factor) is its necessary condition, meridian transmission and injection is its main way, and inducement can be the fuse. Finally, it causes the transmission of cancer toxin between meridians and collaterals, Zang organs and Fu organs, and meridians and Zang-Fu organs. It is proposed that the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer invasion and metastasis should be based on strengthening the spleen, combining with various means of eliminating pathogenic factors (reducing phlegm, softening hardness, detoxifying, removing stasis, etc.) to dredge repair the damaged collaterals.

摘要:The gut dysbiosis is closely associated with the development and progression of many diseases. Therefore, targeting gut microbiome has become an important strategy for disease prevention and treatment. Meanwhile, gut microbiome is probably an important way to understand the modern scientific connotation of traditional Chinese medicine. TCM formulae are usually taken orally, in which the chemical components within in TCM formulae will inevitably interact with gut microbiome producing functional metabolites or being metabolized by gut microbiota, which is often the key to their efficacy. Traditional Chinese medicine can restore the gut microbiome under the diseased condition and play a role in the treatment by promoting the proliferation of beneficial bacteria or inhibiting pathogenic bacteria, and increasing the production of metabolites such as SCFA; Besides, the metabolic transformation of gut microbiota can affect the efficacy of TCM and result in toxicity. Therefore, in this paper, we proposed the “Three Models” hypothesis for understanding the interaction among TCM formulae, gut microbiome and host, i.e., the responsive model of microbiome, the microbiome-dependent model and the microbiome metabolism model, and also discussed the opportunity and challenge of current research on gut microbiome.

摘要:Objective:To observe the changes of tongue image parameters in patients with early non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) treated by Chinese herbal medicine(CHM) combined with chemotherapy. MethodsTotally 149 postoperative NSCLC patients with stage Ib-IIIa were randomly divided into two groups with 79 cases in the treatment group and 70 in the control group. Both groups were treated with chemotherapy after operation. Based on syndrome differentiation, the treatment group was also treated with CHM and the control group with placebo. Twenty-eight days was considered as one course of treatment,and the treatment consisted of 4 courses. Before the treatment and after the first, second, and third chemotherapy, tongue image data was collected by the TDA-1 small tongue imager to observe the change of tongue image. Results:①After the first course of treatment, compared with the group before chemotherapy, there was no significant difference in tongue parameters in the treatment group (P> 0.05); the tongue coating index taiClrL taiClrR, taiClrG, taiClrB, taiClrI, and taiClrY increased (P<0.05), and the tongue quality index zhiClrY increased (P<0.05) in the control group. After the second course of treatment, compared with the group before chemotherapy, there was no significant difference in tongue parameters between the two groups (P> 0.05). After the third course of treatment, compared with the group before chemotherapy, there was no significant difference in tongue parameters in the treatment group (P> 0.05);the tongue quality index zhiClrL, zhiClrB, zhiClrG, zhiClrI and zhiClrY increased (P<0.05), and the values of zhiClrLa, zhiClrS decreased in the control group (P<0.05); the tongue coating indexes taiClrL, taiClrR, taiClrG, taiClrB, taiClrI, and taiClrY increased (P<0.05), and the values of taiClrLa and taiClrS decreased in the control group (P<0.05). ②Compared between groups after the first course of treatment, the values of taiClrLb and taiClrH in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the values of zhiClrCb and taiClrCb were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in tongue parameters between the groups after the second course and after the third course (P>0.05).③In the subgroup analysis of patients with qi deficiency syndrome, after the first course of treatment and compared with those before chemotherapy, the values of ZhiR and TaiR decreased in the treatment group (P<0.05),the values of taiClrL,TaiG, zhiClrB, zhiClrG, taiClrR, taiClrG, taiClrB, taiClrI and taiClrY increased (P<0.05), and the values of taiClrLa, ZhiR, TaiR, zhiClrS and taiClrS decreased in the control group (P<0.05); after the second course of treatment, there was no significant difference in tongue parameters in the treatment group compared with those before chemotherapy (P>0.05); in the control group, the values of ZhiGr and TaiG were higher than those before chemotherapy (P<0.05),and the values of zhiClrLa, taiClrLa, ZhiR, zhiClrS, zhiClrCr, and taiClrCr were lower than those before chemotherapy (P<0.05); after the third course of treatment, compared with those before chemotherapy, there was no significant difference in the parameters of tongue in the treatment group (P>0.05); after the third course of treatment, the values of zhiClrL,taiClrL,ZhiG,TaiG,zhiClrB, zhiClrR, zhiClrG, taiClrR, taiClrG, taiClrB, zhiClrI, taiClrI, zhiClrY and taiClrY increased (P<0.05), and the values of zhiClrLa, taiClrLa, ZhiR,TaiR, zhiClrS, taiClrS and taiClrCr decreased (P<0.05) in the control group .④In the subgroup analysis of the patients qi deficiency syndrome, the values of zhiClrL, zhiClrR, zhiClrI, zhiClrY, zhiCon, zhiENT, zhiMEAN, taiClrH, taiCon, taiENT and taiMEAN were lower (P<0.05), and zhiASM value was higher in the treatment group than in the control group after the first course of treatment (P<0.05); After the second course of treatment, the values of TaiG and taiClrH in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05),and taiClrLa value of the red tongue coating was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); after the third course of treatment, the value of ZhiClrI was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:After chemotherapy, the tongue quality of early NSCLC patients became pale and purple and tongue coating thickened . The treatment based on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome differentiation can increase the red component of tongue quality, reduce the brightness of tongue quality, and make tongue color change from light to light red, tongue quality, tongue coating texture become more delicate, tongue coating change from thick to thin.  
摘要:This paper introduces Professor Lin Xingdong’s experience in clinical application of Wumei pills. It is considered that Wumei pill is effective in the treatment of nervous system diseases with the patterns of deficiency of liver yin and yang, internal stirring of liver-wind and mixture of cold and heat. The connotation of Jueyin disease, the elucidation of Wumei pill and the characteristics of correspondence between prescription and syndrome are analyzed. At the same time, This paper also points out some notes in the application of Wumei pills. And four proven cases are presented.  
摘要:Combined with the method of six channels and nine differentiation methods of febrile diseases, this paper discusses the inheritance of clinical classics of traditional Chinese medicine. It is considered that we can grasp the position of classical narration from a macro perspective, control the prescriptions provided by classics with basic laws, and supplement the shortcomings of classical content with the experience of later generations. Understanding the clinical classics of traditional Chinese medicine from the point of view of diagnosis and treatment of febrile diseases can facilitate the education and clinic of traditional Chinese medicine.

摘要:From the discussion of the “Yangming’s cold and warm” of the Records of Tradition Chinese and Western Medicine in Combination written by Zhang Xichun and combined with the medical cases, this paper analyzes Zhang’s thought of unification of febrile disease and warm disease. In the opinion of the “In the febrile disease and warm disease,the beginning is different but the end is the same”,it is suggested that the methods of six-channel differentiation of febrile diseases should be used to treat warm diseases,and the “febrile disease and warm disease” concept should be paid attention to in the course of treating the disease. In the meantime, Zhang’s self-created prescription for febrile diseases or warm diseases and detailed records of clinical medical cases in the book are also analyzed to prove the theory.

摘要:Combing the notes of the past dynasties to the “San Jiao Jie Bu” in Medical Treasure of the Golden Chamber, the author makes a textual research on the meaning of “Jie(exhaustion)”. In LYU’s Commentaries of History and other ancient Chinese documents, “Jie” is connected with “Wang(death)”, that is to say, it has the meaning of “Ii Qu(departure)”. Combined with the Song version of Treatise on Febrile Diseases, the author holds that “San Jiao Jie Bu ” is the meaning of “San Jiao Bu Gui Qi Bu(Sanjiao does not belong to its part)”, is not the so-called “Shuai Jie (exhaustion)” and “Xu Jie( asthenia exhaustion)”.

摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jinbi granules in the treatment of cervical spondylosis radiculopathy (CSR). MethodsA randomized, double-blind and double-dummy controlled clinical trial was conducted with 72 patients being randomly divided into 2 groups (36 patients per group). The experimental group was administered the Jinbi granules and Celebrex simulated capsules, while the control group was given the Celebrex capsules and the Jinbi granules placebo. VAS, NDI and SF-36 quality of life scores were recorded before treatment, and at 1 week, 2 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment respectively. Patients’ adverse reactions were recorded and their clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated. Results:①There was one drop-out case in the experimental group and two drop-out cases in the control group. ②The difference between VAS scores of pain in the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the VAS scores gradually decreased, indicating a time effect; There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups at different time points (P>0.05), indicating there was no grouping effect. There was no interaction between time factor and grouping factor (P>0.05). The 95 % confidence interval of the VAS scores difference between the two groups after 14 days of treatment and before treatment was in the range from 2.45 to 2.81. According to the preset non-inferiority standard of 20 %, the non-inferiority test was passed. ③The difference of NDI scores between the two groups compared before and after treatment at different time points was statistically significant (P<0.05), and NDI scores gradually decreased, suggesting a time effect. There was no significant difference in NDI scores between the two groups at different time points (P>0.05), i.e., there was no grouping effect. There was no interaction between time and grouping factors (P>0.05). The 95 % confidence interval of NDI score difference between the two groups after 14 days of treatment and before treatment was in the range from 4.88 to 9.78. According to the preset non-inferiority standard of 20 %, the non-inferiority test was passed. ④There was significant difference in SF-36-PCS score between the two groups at different time points after treatment and before treatment (P<0.05), and SF-36-PCS score gradually increased, suggesting a time effect; there was no significant difference in SF-36-PCS score at different time points between the two groups (P>0.05), i.e., there was no grouping effect. There was no interaction between time and grouping factors (P>0.05). ⑤There was significant difference in SF-36-MCS score between the two groups at different time points after treatment and before treatment (P<0.05), and SF-36-MCS score gradually increased, indicating a time effect. There was no significant difference in SF-36-MCS scores between groups before and 7 days after treatment (P>0.05); there was significant difference in SF-36-PCS scores between groups after 14 days of treatment and 2 months of follow-up (P<0.05), suggesting a grouping effect. There was interaction between time and grouping factors (P<0.05). ⑥No serious adverse events occurred in the experimental group and the control group. Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Jinbi granules in the treatment of CSR, which is not inferior to that of Celebrex. Jinbi granules can reduce the pain of neck and shoulder, improve the dysfunction of cervical vertebra and the quality of life of patients, and improve the mental health problems in particular, reflecting the characteristics of “treating both mind and body” in traditional Chinese medicine.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shao’s yang deficiency asthma patch combined with low-dose salmeterol fluticasone in patients with chronic persistent bronchial asthma of kidney-yang deficiency pattern. MethodsA total of 65 patients with chronic duration of bronchial asthma of kidney-yang deficiency pattern were randomly divided into the treatment group (33 cases) and the control group (32 cases). The control group was treated with salmeterol fluticasone powder inhalation (Seretide), and the treatment group was treated with Shao’s yang deficiency asthma patch and low-dose Seretide. The course of treatment in both groups was 42 days. Cases were followed for 6 months to observe the clinical effect. The changes in TCM syndrome score, asthma control level (ACT) score, lung function, and exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) level were compared. Results:① The total effective rate in the treatment group was 87.9%, and the total effective rate in the control group was 81.3%. Comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups, the treatment group showed better clinical efficacy than the control group (P<0.05). ② After treatment, follow-up for 3 months, and follow-up for 6 months, the total scores of TCM syndromes and secondary symptoms in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment and follow-up for 3 months, the total scores of TCM syndromes and secondary symptoms in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total scores of TCM syndromes between two groups after 6-month follow-up (P>0.05), the score of secondary symptoms in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). ③ After treatment, follow-up for 3 months, and follow-up for 6 months, the ACT scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in ACT scores between groups at each observation time point (P>0.05). ④ The differences in FEV1, FeNO levels, and FEV1 / FVC values between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05) when compared before the treatment and after 6-month follow-up; Compared after 6-month follow-up between groups, the differences in FEV1, FeNO levels, and FEV1 / FVC values were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion:Shao’s yang deficiency asthma patch combined with low-dose Seretide showed satisfactory effects in the treatment of patients with chronic duration of persistent bronchial asthma of kidney yang deficiency pattern. Compared with conventional dosage of Seretide, it can better alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients by simple operation, which is worthy of clinical promotion.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of Jianpi Qinghua recipe on clinical indicators and arachidonic acid metabolism in patients suffering from metabolic syndrome (MetS) with impaired glucose regulation (IGR). MethodsSixty MetS patients with IGR were randomly assigned into control group and treatment group, 30 patients in each group. The control group received only lifestyle intervention and the treatment group were given oral treatment with Jianpi Qinghua recipe in addition to lifestyle intervention. The treatment course was 6 months in both groups. Changes were observed in waist circumference (WC), body mass index (BMI), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), blood lipid (TC, TG and LDL), carotid artery intima-media thickness (IMT) and arachidonic acid metabolites. Results:①After treatment, the levels of WC, BMI, HbAlc and TG decreased in the treatment group (P<0.05), whereas there were no significant changes of indicators in the control group (P>0.05). The levels of WC and HbAlc decreased significantly in the treatment group compared to those in the control group (P<0.05). ②After treatment, IMT decreased in the treatment group (P<0.05), whereas there were no significant changes in the control group (P>0.05). The difference in IMT between the groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05). ③After treatment,the levels of 11-dehydroTXB2,11-dehydroTXB2/6-ketoPGF1a and 12-HETE decreased (P<0.05), whereas there were no significant changes in the control group (P>0.05). After treatment, 11-dehydroTXB2,11-dehydroTXB2/6-ketoPGF1a, 12-HETE, 9-HODE and 13-HODE decreased significantly in the treatment group compared to those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Jianpi Qinghua recipe reduces body weight, improves blood sugar metabolism and delays the development of atherosclerosis. Its effect may be related to the regulation of different metabolic pathways of arachidonic acid in patients suffering from metabolic syndrome with impaired glucose regulation.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chuanxiong Hualiu mixture on uterine myoma of qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern. MethodsA total of 80 patients with uterine myoma of qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern were randomly divided into two groups, 40 in each group. The research group (n=40) was administered Chuanxiong Hualiu mixture, and the control group (n=40) was given Guizhi Fuling capsules. The treatment course was three months. The clinical effects were observed and the changes of TCM syndrome score, uterine myoma volume, estradiol (E2), progesterone (P) were compared between the two groups. Results:①The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 85.0% and 62.5% respectively, and the clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). ②TCM syndrome score of the two groups both decreased after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The difference of TCM scores before and after treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). ③The volume of uterine myoma in the two groups decreased after treatment, and the difference of uterine myoma volume in the treatment group compared before and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05), while the difference in the control group was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The difference of uterine myoma volume change between the groups before and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05). ④There were no significant differences in the levels of estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) in the two groups (P>0.05) or between the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion:Compared with Guizhi Fuling capsules, Chuanxiong Hualiu mixture is more effective in reducing the volume of uterine myoma and improving clinical symptoms.

摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of horseshoe-shaped perianal abscess treatment by the way of sphincter approach and tunnel thread-drawing therapy. MethodsA total of 78 hospitalized patients of horseshoe-shaped perianal abscess were divided into treatment group and control group randomly, 39 cases in each group. The treatment group used the way of inter sphincter approach and tunnel thread-drawing therapy while the control group used multi-incision drainage. The clinical effect was observed, and the wound exudation, bleeding, anal pain and fever of the two groups on the 1st, 7th, 10th and 14th day after operation were compared; and those patients were followed for half a year with the recurrence rate, fistula rate and anal fistula type of the two groups being observed and compared. Results:①The number of cured, effective and non-cured cases in the treatment group was 21,17 and 1 respectively, while that in the control group was 12,19 and 8 respectively. The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). ② The recurrence rate of the treatment group and the control group was 2.6% and 20.5% respectively, the fistula rate was 46.2% and 69.2% respectively, and the proportion of complex anal fistula was 33.3% and 70.4% respectively. The recurrence rate, fistula rate and complex anal fistula rate of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). ③ On the 10th and 14th day after operation, cases with wound exudation in the treatment group were fewer than those in the control group (P<0.05); on the 7th, 10th and 14th day after operation, cases with anal pain in the treatment group were fewer than those in the control group (P<0.05); on the 1st day after operation, the fever degree in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Compared with the traditional multi-incision drainage, the treatment of horseshoe-shaped perianal abscess by the way of sphincter approach combined with tunnel thread-drawing therapy is more conducive to postoperative recovery, and can effectively reduce the recurrence rate and the formation of postoperative anal fistula, especially the occurrence of complex anal fistula.  
摘要:Objective:To study the metabonomics of coix seed oil intervention on tumor growth in tripe negative breast cancer 4T1-bearing mice based on LC-MS. MethodsOrthotopic xenograft of 4T1 was established and randomly divided into control group, model group and coix seed oil administration group (7.5 mL/kg/d of Coix seed oil was given by gavage). After 14 days of administration, the mice in each group were executed to take tumor tissue and serum. HPLC-LTQ-Orbitrap Elite LC/MS was used to detect metabolic changes in the serum of each group of mice and identify differential metabolites. Results:Coix seed oil significantly inhibited the growth of 4T1 in vivo (P<0.05). The levels of serum metabolites in normal mice, model mice and mice treated with coix seed oil showed different distributions. By orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA), the differential metabolite was selected by VIP values >1 among control group, the model group and the coix seed oil administration group (P<0.05). Compared with the normal group, 16 metabolites changed significantly in the model group, including pregnanetriol, LysoPC [18∶3 (9Z,12Z,15Z)],lysophosphatidylethanolamine [0∶0/22∶6 (4Z,7Z,10Z,13Z,16Z,19Z)], LysoPC [22∶5 (7Z,10Z,13Z,16Z,19Z)], LysoPC [22∶4 (7Z,10Z,13Z,16Z)], Pyruvic acid, 2,6-diamino-4-hydroxy-5-(N-methylformamido) pyrimidine, N-Acetyl-L-phenylalanine, Margaric acid, Oleic acid, Stearic acid, Arachidonic acid, Dihomo-gamma-linolenic acid, Retinyl acetate, 6-hydroxy-5-methoxyindole glucuronide, 1-stearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine, among which the metabolite N-Acetyl-L-phenylalanine increased, other metabolites decreased and these differential metabolites showed a significant correction trend after coix seed oil administration (P<0.05). Conclusion:Coix seed oil may have an anti-tumor effect on mice bearing 4T1 tumor by regulating arachidonic acid metabolism, biosynthesis of unsaturated fatty acids, mutual conversion of pentose and glucuronic acid and pyruvate metabolism.

摘要:Objective:To study the effect of curcumin on osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) in high glucose environment and its possible mechanism. MethodsRat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were isolated and cultured in vitro. The cells were divided into normal glucose concentration group,high glucose concentration group and high glucose + curcumin group. CCK-8 was used to detect the cell proliferation activity; The nuclear translocation of NF-kappa B p65 was detected by immunofluorescence staining and the expression of NF-kappa B p65 was detected by Western blot. The osteogenic ability was divided into three groups:normal glucose concentration osteogenic induction group, high glucose concentration osteogenic induction group and high glucose + curcumin osteogenic induction group, in which 2 mmol/L glutamine, 10 mmol/L β-glycerophosphate, 10 nmol/L dexamethasone and 50 mg/L ascorbic acid were added into every 100 ml α-MEM medium. Alizarin red staining was used to detect the formation of calcium nodules. The expression of Runx2 and OCN mRNA was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results:After 7 days of inoculation and culture, BMSCs were found to grow clonally under inverted microscope, and after subculture, the cells extended into long fusiform. CCK-8 results showed that there was no significant difference in cell proliferation activity between the high glucose group and the normal group on day 1 and day 3 (P>0.05); The cell proliferation activity in the high glucose group was significantly lower than that in the normal group on day 5 (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in cell proliferation activity between the curcumin group and the high glucose group on day 1, day 3 and day 5 (P>0.05). Compared with the normal glucose concentration group, the activation of NF - κB p65 increased in the high glucose concentration group, while the curcumin group inhibited the nuclear translocation of NF - κB p65 in the high glucose concentration. Western blot showed that curcumin could inhibit the nucleoprotein expression of NF - κ B p65. After 14 days of osteogenesis induction, alizarin red staining showed a large number of mineralized nodules in the normal glucose concentration group, and only a small number of mineralized nodules in the high glucose concentration group. Curcumin treatment could significantly promote the formation of calcium nodules in the high glucose concentration group. The results of PCR showed that the expression of Runx2 and OCN mRNA in high glucose concentration group was significantly lower than that in normal glucose concentration group (P<0.05); The expression of Runx2 and OCN mRNA in osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs was significantly promoted in the high glucose + curcumin group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Curcumin could promote osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in high glucose environment. The mechanism may be related to the inhibition of activation of NF-κB p65 in high glucose concentration.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the protective effects of Epimedium on photoreceptor cells and to provide a pharmacodynamic basis for Epimedium that used with other drugs to treat retinal degenerative diseases in clinic. MethodsFemale Balb/C mice were randomly divided into three groups: no light group, light vehicle group and Epimedium intervention group, 6 in each group. A mouse model of photoreceptor cell degeneration was prepared by light injury, and the decoction of Epimedium was given twice to the light-injured mice by intraperitoneal injection before and after the light injury. The retinal structure was examined by optical coherence tomography, and the retinal function was analyzed by electroretinogram. Retinal histopathological sections were prepared to analyze the expression of rhodopsin, opsin-M, PKC-α, calbindin-D and GFAP in retina, respectively, and TUNEL assay was conducted to analyze apoptosis of retinal cells. Results:After the light exposure, the outer nuclear layer (ONL) of the retina was absent and the retinal function was impaired; the expression of retinal protein including rhodopsin, opsin-M, PKC-α, calbindin-D and GFAP was absent or abnormal, respectively; and a large number of TUNEL positive cells were observed in the ONL. Among Epimedium-treated mice, the structure of mouse retina was intact with proper function, the expressions of above proteins were normal compared with no-light injured mice, and the retinal apoptosis was not observed in the ONL. Conclusion:Epimedium has a significant therapeutic effect on the photoreceptor cell degeneration induced by light injury.  
摘要:Objective:To elucidate the effect and mechanism of ZhuSha AnShen pill on fear memory in conditioned fear rats. MethodsA total of 90 male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups:blank group, model group and administration group, with 30 rats in each group; rats in the administration group were given Zhusha Anshen pill suspension by gavage (the volume of administration was 0.9 ml per 100 g of rat body weight), rats in the blank group and model group were given equal amount of double distilled water, and rats in each group were continuously intervened for 7 days. The conditioned fear model was reproduced after the last administration. The effects of Zhusha Anshen pill on fear memory was investigated by observing the rigidity response time of rats via the conditioned fear monitoring experiment system and the plasticity of hippocampal functional structure was studied by electrophysiological experiments and transmission electron microscopy. Results:Zhusha Anshen pill can effectively promote the extinction of fear memory in conditioned fear rats as manifested in the following:the response time of rigidity in the stage of fear memory acquisition and the phase of regression was significantly reduced; the exercise time and distance increased significantly; the amplitude of PS in the hippocampus reduced significantly (P<0.05, P<0.01); the number of synapses in hippocampal neurons increased, the structure of each part of synapse was intact and the boundaries were clear,the length of synaptic active area and the thickness of PSD in hippocampus increased obviously, and the width of synaptic gap reduced obviously (P<0.05, P<0.01); the structure of hippocampal neurons was complete and clear, the nucleus was large, and the organelles in cytoplasm were more in number with better shape. Conclusion:Zhusha Anshen pill can promote the fading of fear memory and its mechanism is related to the protection of hippocampal neurons, the regulation of hippocampal synaptic structure and functional plasticity.

摘要:The research progress on the relationship between PI3K-AKT signaling pathway and the research progress on depression and the effect of TCM intervention was reviewed. It was found that the pathogenesis of depression is closely related to PI3K-AKT signaling pathway. By promoting the activation of PI3K-AKT signaling pathway, synaptic plasticity can be improved to facilitate the improvement of depression behaviors. Acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine and formulas have a certain effect on the treatment of depression with the mechanism of improving synaptic plasticity via the activation of PI3K-Akt signaling pathway.
