摘要:Professor GaoYanbin’s clinical experience in treating obesity-related glomerulopathy (ORG) based on collateral disease theory was introduced in this paper. According to Professor Gao’s theory, ORG, in the category of “collateral disease” in traditional Chinese medicine, has the nature of deficiency in root and excess in manifestation and should be treated based on syndrome differentiation and stage identification. Syndromes at the early stage (stasis and stagnation of kidney collaterals) include dampness abundance due to spleen deficiency syndrome, damp-heat accumulation syndrome, and liver depression and stomach heat syndrome. The treatment principle is mainly to eliminate pathogenic factors to dredge collaterals by adopting methods of invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness, resolving dampness and clearing heat, soothing liver and clearing heat.Syndromes at the middle stage (stasis and blockage of kidney collaterals) include lung and spleen qi deficiency with dampness accumulation syndrome, liver and kidney yin deficiency with downward flow of damp-heat syndrome. The treatment principle is to strengthen body resistance and eliminate pathogens by adopting methods of replenishing qi, resolving dampness and dredging collaterals, tonifying liver and kidney and clearing damp-heat.Syndromes at the late stage (kidney overstrain and exhaustion) include dual deficiency of qi and yin with accumulation of damp-heat and toxin syndrome, spleen and kidney yang deficiency with intermingled phlegm and blood stasis syndrome. The treatment principle is mainly to strengthen body resistance by adopting methods of invigorating qi and nourishing yin and simultaneously promoting diuresis and removing toxicity, warming and invigorating spleen and kidney and simultaneously eliminating phlegm, promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals.
摘要:The mathematical logic of Chinese classical philosophy has experienced the evolution process of “one”“two”and “three”. Everything originated from“one”,that is monism. Everything is unified, and everything is in a lifetime;from one to two, there is yin and yang, that isbinary (dualism);two begets three, things begin to be many, this is ternary (ternism),“three” means the diversity of the universe. Rooting deeply in the soil of Chinese classical philosophy, ternary mode is ultimately applied in the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine to interpret how life happens, human anatomy, physiology, the etiology and pathogenesis, theories of materiamedica, etc. Therefore,“ternary system” is the key to open the door of traditional Chinese medicine.

摘要:Objective:To explore the syndrome elements and medication rules of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) based on data mining. MethodsDatabases of China National Knowledge Network (CNKI), VIP and WanFang Data were searched, and relevant literatures from January 2010 to January 2020 were included. Excel databases containing syndrome elements of disease location, disease nature and medication was established. SPSS 20.0 was used for frequency analysis of Chinese herbal medicines (CHMs), and SPSS Modeler 18.0 was used for relational network model analysis and cluster analysis of relevant data. Results:①A total of 204 literatures were included, involving 364 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine. ②Through frequency analysis, 7 syndrome elements of disease location and 14 syndrome elements of disease nature were screened out. Stomach, liver and spleen were the top three syndrome elements of disease location with the highest frequency, while qi stagnation, qi deficiency and fire were the top three syndrome elements of disease nature with the highest frequency. ③Among the included 364 proved prescriptions, 208 CHMs were involved. There are 26 CHMs whose usage frequency was more than 10% of the total usage frequency, namely Gancao (Glycyrrhiza Glabra), Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae), Huanglian (Rhizoma Coptidis), Chaihu (Radix Bupleuri), Fulin (Poria Cocos), Chenpi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae), Wuzhuyu (Fructus Evodiae), Haipiaoxiao (Endoconcha Sepiae), Baishao (Radix Paeoniae Alba), Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae), Zhike (Fructus Aurantii), Houpo (Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis), Xuanfuhua (Flos Inulae), Dangshen (Radix Codonopsis), Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae), Zhebeimu (Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii), Daizheshi (Ochra Haematitum), Xiangfu (Rhizoma Cyperi), Duanwalengzi (Concha Arcae Preparata), Zhishi (Fructus Aurantii Immaturus), Sharen (Fructus Amomi), Ganjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis), Zhuru (Caulis Bambusae in Taeniam), Zhizi (Fructus Gardeniae), Yujin (Radix Curcumae) and Shengjiang (Zingiber officinale). ④The results of correlation analysis showed that CHMs groups with higher support were Huanglian (Rhizoma Coptidis)-Wuzhuyu (Fructus Evodiae)-Chaihu (Radix Bupleuri), Huanglian (Rhizoma Coptidis)-Wuzhuyu (Fructus Evodiae)-Haipiaoxiao (Endoconcha Sepiae), Huanglian (Rhizoma Coptidis)-Wuzhuyu (Fructus Evodiae)-Banxia (Rhizoma Pinelliae)-Gancao (Glycyrrhiza Glabra), and Chaihu (Radix Bupleuri)-Zhike (Fructus Aurantii)-Baishao (Radix Paeoniae Alba). Conclusion:With stomach as the disease location, GERD is also closely related to liver and spleen. Qi stagnation, Qi deficiency and fire are the main syndrome elements of disease nature. The pathogenesis of GERD is mixed with deficiency and excess, together with the intermingling of cold and heat. When it comes to the treatment, the main methods are soothing liver and purging heat, harmonizing stomach and lowering adverse qi, invigorating spleen and supplementing qi. Once the transportation and transformation function of the middle energizer is restored, the clear qi will ascend and the turbid qi will descend spontaneously.

摘要:From three aspects of “blood should be activated instead of stopped”“liver should be tonified instead of attacked”and“qi should be cut down rather than dropped fire”,the application of Miao Xiyong’s three methods of blood-stanching in the treatment of renal hematuria was analyzed. The course of renal hematuria was usually long, therefore pathogenic factors would enter the collateral. Activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis should be applied in the whole treatment process. Activating blood drugs were easily damage yin and blood,so they were often compatible with the drugs of soft liver and nourishing blood. Renal hematuria often mixed with damp heat and wind heat, which obstructed the kidney collaterals,so a little upraised and divergent drugs could restore the whole body qi and remove the pathogenic factors.
