      摘要:Objective:To explore the active compounds of Qinsu Capsule for treatment of the COVID-19. MethodsThe compounds and action targets of four herbal medicines(Scutellariae Radix,Perillae Fructus,Sophorae Flavescentis Radix and Radix Salviae)in Qinsu Capsule were collected by TCMSP. The targets of COVID-19 were queried by the UniProt and GeneCards and OMIM database. Then,the same targets were screened from Qinsu Capsule and COVID-19.The STRING platform was used to build the target PPI network. DAVID was used to perform GO biological processes and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis. The key compounds were combined with SARS-CoV-2 3CL hydrolase and ACE2 through molecular docking.  Results:Results showed that the “herbal medicine-compound-target” network contained 121 compounds and 274 targets,including 14 key compounds and 33 key targets.GO function enrichment analysis revealed 527 items,including response to drug,inflammatory response,positive regulation of transcription from RNA polymerase Ⅱ promoter,etc. KEGG pathway enrichment screened 111 signal pathways,then collected 20 signal pathways including Hepatitis B,Influenza A,Tuberculosis,etc. Most of signal pathways are related to viral infection.The results of molecular docking showed that the key compounds had a certain degree of affinity with SARS-CoV-2 3CL hydrolase and ACE2.The key compounds had similar affinities with those recommended by COVID-19.  Conclusion:The effective compounds in Qinsu Capsule regulate multiple signaling pathways via binding SARS-CoV-2 3CL hydrolase and ACE2 and acting on targets such as IL-6,TNF,TP53 for the prevention of COVID-19.

      摘要:The phenomenon of labeling “academic thoughts with one’s name” in the current inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine was discussed and my own understanding and views on “innovation” and “integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine” were put forward by summarizing practical examples of “developing the new through critical assimilation of the old” in the academic and clinical research of my department and expounding my own academic style.

      摘要:The idea of external treatment of malignant bowel obstruction (MBO) by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) was discussed based on multi-mode concept through reviewing relevant literatures and summarizing clinical practice experience. At present, TCM external treatment of MBO mostly limited to the combination of enema/anal drip and acupuncture, mainly including TCM enema/anal drip, acupuncture and moxibustion, and acupoint application. Under the background of comprehensive treatment of malignant tumors, it is recommended to adopt the thinking mode of “integrating disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation”. For elderly patients with advanced tumor in a critical condition manifesting cachexia, end-stage malignant tumor with MBO and having no surgical indications, it is recommended to select and apply TCM enema/anal drip, acupuncture and moxibustion, acupoint application, Tuina massage, fumigation and steaming, blood-letting and cupping and other external treatment methods in an early, whole-process and organic manner.

      摘要:Programmed death receptor-1(PD-1) has been one of the frontier hotspots in tumor therapy in recent years. PD-1 inhibitors are often used in combination with various tumor therapies clinically, but there are still many patients who do not respond to the treatment or whose tumors recur due to drug resistance after treatment, or whose toxic and side effects are too strong to complete the treatment. Therefore, their compliance and quality of life are significantly reduced. Professor Xu Zhenye believes that the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine in patients during the course of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor treatment can effectively reduce the toxic and side effects of immunotherapy, help patients complete the course of immunotherapy, and may have the effect of enhancing the efficacy of immunotherapy. Two proved cases are attached.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the distribution and clinical characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes of male infertility (MI) (oligospermia and asthenospermia) among the middle-aged and elderly in Shanghai. MethodsA total of 434 middle-aged and senile MI patients in Shanghai were selected for the investigation of the distribution of TCM syndromes. The clinical symptoms were evaluated by PADAM scale, and the serum total testosterone (TT) level was tested and semen routine test was conducted.  Results:①The majority of 434 patients were aged from 35 to 45 years old, up to 91.24%. Among all the identified TCM syndromes, kidney essence deficiency syndrome accounted for the highest proportion (31.11%), followed by downward flow of damp-heat syndrome, spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome, other syndromes, qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, and dual deficiency of qi and blood syndrome. There was a difference of TCM syndrome distribution between patients with hypoandrogenism and the overall patients (P<0.05). Patients with hypoandrogenism accounted for 28.57% of all patients, and kidney essence deficiency syndrome was the most common. ②Among the main TCM syndromes, ISS scores (physical fitness symptoms, vasomotor symptoms and sexual function symptoms) of spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome were significantly higher than those of kidney essence deficiency syndrome and downward flow of damp-heat syndrome (P<0.05), total sperm vitality of spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome was also significantly lower than that of kidney essence deficiency syndrome and downward flow of damp-heat syndrome (P<0.05), and TT level was significantly lower than that of downward flow of damp-heat syndrome (P<0.05). ③Among the two main TCM syndromes with the highest proportion in non-hypoandrogenism patients, the hypoandrogenism group and non-hypoandrogenism group of spleen-kidney yang deficiency had more serious physical and sexual symptoms (P<0.05), less severe vasomotor symptoms (P<0.05), and significantly weaker total sperm vitality (P<0.05) than those shown in the kidney essence deficiency group with the same androgen level. ④In the kidney essence deficiency group, only vasomotor symptoms were different between the two groups with different androgen levels (P<0.05), while other clinical features did not show significant statistical differences (P>0.05). However, the hypoandrogenism group of the spleen-kidney yang deficiency showed more serious physical symptoms, sexual function symptoms and sperm vitality damage (P<0.05).  Conclusion:TCM syndromes of MI (oligospermia and asthenospermia) of the middle-aged and senile patients in Shanghai are mainly identified as kidney essence deficiency syndrome, downward flow of damp-heat syndrome and spleen-kidney yang deficiency type. Intervention should be strengthened for vasoconstriction symptoms of patients with kidney essence deficiency syndrome, while improvement in physical symptoms and sexual function should be considered for patients with spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome. In addition, the corresponding specific symptoms of TCM syndromes may be more serious for patients with hypoandrogenemia, which must be paid attention to clinically, especially for patients with spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome.

      摘要:The generation of acupuncture effect is closely related to the structural integrity and normal function of nervous system. Neurotransmitters are the material basis for the generation of acupuncture effect. We reviewed the literature of neurobiological mechanism of acupuncture effect and summarized the regulatory mechanism of acupuncture on neurotransmitters under different body states. Neurotransmitters participate in the activation of acupuncture signals locally at acupoints, the transmission and integration of acupuncture information at the central level, and the regulation of diseases in effector organs. The regulation of neurotransmitters by acupuncture is closely related to the body state and has the characteristics of normalizing regulation effect. The acupuncture effect generated by neurotransmitters at acupoints is nonspecific. In a specific body state, neurotransmitters participate in the functional regulation of target organs and effector organs, reflecting the specific effect of acupuncture.

      摘要:To introduce Ni Juxiu’s clinical experience in the treatment of infantile febrile disease from both aspects of the lung and spleen. Taking the typical medical records of respiratory and digestive system diseases as an example, it is considered that in the treatment of infantile febrile disease, we should not only pay attention to the protection of yin and fluid, but also take into account the declination and exuberance of yang, and more importantly, observe the survival of stomach qi. If the cold Chinese medicine is used for a long time, it will consume stomach fluid, so it is appropriate to use some Chinese medicines with sweet-cold property and treat the disease from both aspects of the lung and spleen, and after the treatment was taken effect, it is necessary to stop using this kind of drugs.

      摘要:This paper introduces professor Chen Xiangjun’s experience in treating scleroderma,and holds that the key to the pathogenesis of scleroderma is “kidney deficiency and blood stasis”. The main treatment is to warm the kidney and disperse cold. If there is deficiency of nourishing blood,nourishing the kidney and nourishing the blood is the main treatment,no matter warming or nourishing yin,it is the pathological key to qi deficiency and blood stasis. Therefore,replenishing qi and activating blood is used through all the time.

      摘要:To introduce the clinical experience of Professor Zhan Hongsheng in the treatment of chronic sinew-bone with plaster prescription. Professor Zhan Hongsheng thinks that chronic sinew-bone lesion is caused by deficiency of qi and blood,obstruction of meridians and collaterals due to stasis. The pathogenesis is the obstruction of the meridians and collaterals of the liver, spleen and kidney. The plaster prescription,which has the slow action of nourishing qi-blood and dredging meridians and collaterals,is effective in the treatment of chronic sinew-bone lesion.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Suanzaoren Decoction on insomnia due to liver blood deficiency in patients with primary liver cancer (PLC) and its regulation on neuroendocrine-immune network. MethodsSeventy PLC patients complicated with liver blood deficiency insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 35 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with conventional integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for PLC. The treatment group was also given Suanzaoren Decoction granules, while the control group was given placebo. Both were treated for 28 days. The changes of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score, TCM syndrome score, hemoglobin (Hb), platelet (PLT), prealbumin (PAB), serum 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), melatonin (MT), interleukin-2 receptor (IL-2R), interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) levels were compared.  Results:①The total effective rate was 88.2% in the treatment group and 27.3% in the control group. The overall therapeutic effect of Suanzaoren Decoction was better than that of placebo, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ②After treatment, the total score of PSQI, the level of each serum component and TCM syndrome score in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group and before treatment (P<0.05), and the difference of each score before and after treatment in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group (P<0.05). ③Serum 5-HT and MT levels in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group and before treatment (P<0.05). The levels of serum IL-2R, IL-8 and TNF-α in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group and before treatment (P<0.05). The differences of the above indexes before and after treatment in the treatment group were greater than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, there was no significant difference in serum IL-6 level between the treatment group and the control group (P>0.05), and the differences before and after treatment showed no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05). ④After treatment, the levels of Hb and PAB in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group and those before treatment (P<0.05), and the differences before and after treatment were greater than those in the control group (P<0.05).  Conclusion:Suanzaoren Decoction can effectively improve the sleep condition, nutrition level and liver blood deficiency symptoms of PLC patients with liver blood deficiency insomnia, increase the levels of serum 5-HT and MT, reduce the levels of serum IL-2R, IL-8 and TNF-α, regulate the neuroendocrine-immune network and improve the inflammatory environment in PLC patients to control the occurrence and development of tumors, indicating that tranquilizing mind and strengthening body resistance have therapeutic auxiliary effects in the treatment of deficiency syndrome of malignant tumor.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of Fuzheng Jiedu Granules on immune function and quality of life of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) during postoperative chemotherapy. MethodsIt’s a prospective randomized controlled study in which 80 patients after radical resection of stage IB ~IIIA NSCLC were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with adjuvant chemotherapy combined with placebo, while the treatment group was treated with adjuvant chemotherapy combined with Fuzheng Jiedu Granules. After 4 cycles of chemotherapy, the immune function (CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+, NK cells), and quality of life scale (QLQ-C30, QLQ-LC13) within and between the two groups were compared.  Results:①During the trial, 4 cases in the treatment group dropped out and were removed, while 3 cases in the control group dropped out and were removed. In total, 73 cases finally completed the trial, including 36 cases in the treatment group and 37 cases in the control group. ②The improvement rate of CD4+ T cells in the treatment group and the control group was 50.0% and 24.3% respectively, and the improvement rate of CD4+ T cells in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); The improvement stability rate of CD4+/CD8+ in the treatment group and control group was 80.6% and 54.1% respectively, and the improvement stability rate of CD4+/CD8+ in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). ③The levels of CD3+ T cells and CD4+ T cells in the treatment group increased after treatment (P<0.05). In the control group, the levels of CD3+ T cells and the CD8+ T cells increased after treatment (P<0.05), and the levels of NK cells and CD4+/CD8+ decreased after treatment (P<0.05). ④In the treatment group, the scores of physical function, emotional function and global health status in QLQ-C30 increased (P<0.05), while the scores of cognitive function, fatigue and insomnia decreased after treatment (P<0.05). In the control group, the physical function score increased (P<0.05) and the cognitive function score decreased after treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, there were significant differences in global health status and fatigue score between two groups (P<0.05). ⑤The cough score in the QLQ-LC13 in the treatment group decreased after treatment (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in the scores of the control group compared before and after treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, there was no significant difference in the scores of QLQ-LC13 between two groups (P>0.05).  Conclusion:During the adjuvant chemotherapy after radical operation for NSCLC patients, the application of Fuzheng Jiedu Granules based on syndrome differentiation and the theory of “reinforcing healthy-qi and treating cancer” can help regulate the immune function of the body, improve fatigue and overall health status of patients, and further improve their quality of life.

      摘要:Objective:To study the clinical effect of Huatan Qufeng (resolving phlegm and dispelling wind) Prescription on chronic cough (phlegm-dampness syndrome) in children after respiratory tract infection. MethodsA total of 92 children with chronic cough (phlegm-dampness syndrome) after respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 46 cases in each group. The control group was given montelukast sodium chewable tablets, and ambroxol oral solution was added to patients with severe cough. The treatment group was given Huatan Qufeng Prescription in granule form for oral intake. The course of treatment was 14 days in both groups. The clinical symptoms, signs, cough visual analogue scale (VAS) and serological indexes (leukocyte, hemoglobin, eosinophil count) were observed to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety.  Results:①There were significant differences in VAS between two time points (D5 and D0, D10 and D5, D14 and D10) in the treatment group (P<0.05); In the control group, there were significant differences in VAS between two time points (D5 and D0, D10 and D5, D14 and D10) (P<0.05); Compared between the two groups at the same observation time points, differences in VAS at D5, D10 and D14 were statistically significant (P<0.05). ②There were significant differences in the total score of main symptoms, the total score of secondary symptoms and the quantitative score of physical signs before and after treatment in both groups (P<0.05); After treatment, the total score of main symptoms, the total score of secondary symptoms and the quantitative score of cough physical signs of the treatment group were less than those of the control group (P<0.05). ③The total effective rates of the main symptoms in the treatment group and the control group were 87.0% and 65.2% respectively, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); The total effective rates of secondary symptoms in the treatment group and the control group were 89.1% and 60.9% respectively, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); The total effective rates of quantitative evaluation of cough signs in the treatment group and the control group were 69.6% and 39.1% respectively, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). ④After treatment, there was no significant difference in leukocyte and hemoglobin indexes between the two groups (P>0.05). The absolute eosinophil count in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). ⑤In the course of study, 2 cases of adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group and 3 cases in the control group. There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).  Conclusion:Huatan Qufeng Prescription can effectively reduce the frequency and degree of cough and expectoration in children with chronic cough (phlegm-dampness syndrome) after respiratory tract infection, and improve their mental state, diet, defecation and other related symptom groups. The curative effect is remarkable, safe and effective, and is worthy of clinical application and further standardized research.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the curative effect of Modified Danggui Powder combined with Shoutai Pill on the abnormal anti-phospholipid antibodies in patients of recurrent abortion. MethodsEighty patients of recurrent abortion with abnormal anti-phospholipid antibodies were enrolled and randomly divided into the treatment group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases). The patients in the treatment group were treated with Modified Danggui Powder combined with Shoutai Pill with a course of three months,each month was one treatment course,and three treatment courses were continued after pregnancy. The patients in the control group were treated with aspirin,each month was one treatment course,the treatment course was not more than three months before pregnancy,and three months treatment was continued after pregnancy. The clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated; After one treatment course,two treatment courses,and three treatment courses,the anti-cardiolipin antibodies(ACA)and anti-β2 glycoprotein 1 antibodies(anti-β2-GP-1 Ab)were detected,and the negative conversion rates of the antibodies were compared between the two groups; after pregnancy of one month,two months,and three months,the levels of plasma fibrinogen(FIB)and D-dimer(DD)were tested; all the pregnant women were followed up until the end of pregnancy,and the pregnancy success rate was compared between the two groups; the incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.  Results:After three courses of treatment,the clinical total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 85.0% and 65.0% respectively,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). After two courses and three courses of treatment, the negative conversion rates of ACA and anti-β2-GP-1 Ab in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01). In the first three months of pregnancy,the levels of D-D and FIB in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01). After treatment,the pregnancy success rates of the treatment group and the control group were 82.5% and 62.5% respectively,and the pregnancy success rate of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). In the course of treatment,the incidences of adverse reactions in the treatment group and the control group were 5.0% and 27.5% respectively,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was obviously lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).  Conclusion:Modified Danggui Powder combined with Shoutai Pill can effectively promote the ACA and anti-β2-GP-1 Ab to change to negative,improve the hypercoagulability in pregnancy period,and enhance the pregnancy success rate in patients of recurrent abortion with abnormal anti-phospholipid antibodies.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of alcoholic moxibustion in the treatment of children with mesenteric lymphadenitis(cold type of middle energizer). MethodsEighty-eight cases of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children with cold type of middle energizer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 44 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment only, and the treatment group was given alcoholic moxibustion combined with conventional Western medicine treatment. After 5 days of treatment, the indexes such as the clinical efficacy, total symptom score, length and transverse diameter of intestinal lymph nodes, duration of abdominal pain, recurrence rate and safety were observed.  Results:① The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 95.4% and 88.6% respectively, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). ② There were statistically significant differences in the total score of TCM syndrome and the long diameter and transverse diameter of mesenteric lymph nodes within groups before and after treatment in two groups(P<0.05). After treatment, there were significant differences in the total score of TCM syndrome and the long diameter and transverse diameter of mesenteric lymph nodes between two groups (P<0.05). ③ the disappearance time of abdominal pain in the treatment group (23 cases) was significantly shorter than that in the control group (14 cases). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ④ the recurrence rates in the treatment group and the control group were 8.7% and 57.1%, respectively. There was significant difference in recurrence between the two groups (P<0.05). ⑤ during the trial, no abnormal urine routine, abnormal liver and kidney function and abnormal ECG occurred in all the children in the two groups.  Conclusion:The clinical effect of alcoholic moxibustion in the treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children with cold type of middle energizer is obvious. It can shorten the duration of abdominal pain, improve the total score of symptoms, reduce the value of the long and transverse diameter of mesenteric lymph nodes, and reduce the recurrence rate. It is simple in operation, no adverse reactions, worthy of further clinical promotion.

      摘要:Objective:To analyze the differences in the composition of Plantagoasiatica L.seeds and Plantagodepressa Willd. seeds and compare their therapeutic effects on C57BL / 6 diabetic mice induced by STZ(streptozotocin)in order to provide an experimental basis for the quality evaluation on Plantaginis Semen. MethodsThe composition of Plantagoasiatica L.seeds and Plantagodepressa Willd. seeds were compared qualitatively by TLC. A quantitative method for the determination of geniposidic acid and acteoside was established by HPLC. At the same time,the diabetic model was made by intraperitoneal injection of STZ in mice. After drug intervention,fasting blood glucose was measured,blood and pancreatic tissue were collected,serum biochemical indexes were measured,and the effects of two different primordial plantain on the model mice were compared.  Results:The results of chemical composition analysis showed that the seeds of Plantagoasiatica L.and Plantagodepressa Willd. contain not only phenylethanolic glycoside acteoside,iridoid terpenoid geniposidic acid,plantagoamidinic acid A,but also other specific components. The content of geniposidic acid and acteoside in Plantagoasiatica L. seeds was significantly higher than in Plantagodepressa Willd. seeds by HPLC. In the experimental diabetic mice,the weight of the mice was significantly increased in both groups of Plantagoasiatica L.seeds and Plantagodepressa Willd. seeds,the blood glucose was significantly reduced,the total serum antioxidant capacity was enhanced,and the overexpressed TNF-α and IL-1β in serum was decreases(P<0.01). Among them, Plantagoasiatica L.seeds could significantly reduce blood glucose of mice than Plantagodepressa Willd. seeds, and could increase the content of insulin in serum and repair the damage of islet β cells(P<0.05),while Plantagodepressa Willd. seeds had no obvious effect.  Conclusion:The chemical constituents of Plantagoasiatica L. seeds and Plantagodepressa Willd. seeds are different and the contents of geniposidic acid and acteoside in Plantagoasiatica L.seeds are higher than those of Plantagodepressa Willd. seeds. Both Plantagoasiatica L. seeds and Plantagodepressa Willd. seeds have good effects on STZ induced diabetic mice model. However,the effect of Plantagoasiatica L. seeds is better than that of Plantagodepressa Willd. seeds.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the inhibitory effect of 6-gingerol on the invasion and migration of human gastric cancer BGC-823 cells, and to explore its possible mechanism. MethodsHuman gastric cancer BGC-823 cells were cultured and cultured with 6-gingerol at different concentration of 10, 20, 50 μmol / L for 24 h. The cell proliferation was detected by MTS method. The effect of 6-gingerol on cell migration ability was detected by the cell scratch test. The effect of cell invasion ability was detected by Transwell chamber, and the expression of MMP-2, MMP-9, E-cadherin and N-cadherin by Western blotting.  Results:MTS assay showed that 6-gingerol inhibited the growth of BGC-823 cells, and the inhibitory effect increased with the increase of drug concentration (P<0.05 or P<0.01).The results of scratch test showed that 6-gingerol was able to reduce the planar motor motility of BGC-823 cells. The results of Transwell invasion chamber showed that 6-gingerol had a strong inhibitory effect on the invasiveness of BGC-823 cells in vitro. Western blotting results showed that 6-gingerol administration inhibited the expression of MMP-2, MMP-9 and N-cadherin proteins in BGC-823 cells, while the expression of E-cadherin protein increased.  Conclusion:6-gingerol can inhibit the proliferation of BGC-823 cells and inhibit cell invasion, and its mechanism may be related to affecting the expression of EMT-related proteins.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the intervention effect of Xiayuxue Decoction(XYXD) on acute liver injury induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS). MethodsTwenty-four male C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into normal group(n=8),model group(n=8) and XYXD group (n=8). The mice in the XYXD group were given intragastric administration of XYXD at a dose of 0.4 678 g/kg (equivalent to 10 times that of the adult body mass of 75 kg), and the mice in the normal group and the model group were given the same amount of double distilled water. Four hours later, the mice in the XYXD group and the model group were injected intraperitoneally with LPS (10 mg/kg). After 18 hours, the liver function and histopathology were detected. The expressions of myeloperoxidase (MPO) and CXC chemokine ligand 15 (CXCL15) were detected by immunohistochemistry, and the gene expressions of tumor necrosis factor (TNF- α), monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1), CXC chemokine ligand 2 (CXCL2), CC chemokine ligand 3 (CCL3), CXC chemokine receptor 1 (CXCR1) and interleukin 6 (IL-6) were detected by real-time PCR.  Results:Compared with the normal group, the levels of ALT and AST in the model group were significantly increased (P<0.001), and XYXD could significantly improve the liver function injury induced by LPS (P<0.05). Histopathology showed that the infiltration of inflammatory cells in liver tissue was obvious in the model group, and the positive expressions of MPO and CXCL15 were significantly increased after LPS treatment (P<0.001), mainly distributed in interlobule and hepatic sinusoid, and XYXD significantly inhibited neutrophil infiltration. The results of real-time quantitative PCR showed that the mRNA expressions of TNF- α, IL-6 inflammatory cytokines and chemokines including MCP-1, CXCL2, CCL3 and CXCR1 in the model group increased significantly (P<0.001), and XYXS could significantly inhibit the increase of inflammatory cytokines / chemokines induced by LPS (P<0.01).  Conclusion:LPS induces neutrophil infiltration and up-regulates the expressions of inflammation cytokines and chemokines. XYXD has a significant inhibitory effect on liver injury induced by LPS.

      摘要:The research progress on compatibility and mechanism of Jiaotai Pill in the treatment of type 2 diabetes was reviewed. Jiaotai Pill was often used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. The dissolution and bioavailability of the active components of coptis-cinnamon in different proportions were different, and the clinical efficacy was also different. Studies had shown that Jiaotai Pill played a hypoglycemic effect by protecting pancreas islet,improving insulin sensitivity,inhibiting insulin resistance, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation.

      摘要:To review the clinical and basic research progress on Jixuecao(Centellae Herba) in the treatment of connective tissue disease-related pulmonary disease based on the understanding of connective tissue disease-related pulmonary disease in traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical research is carried out around clinical observation and mechanism research of traditional Chinese medicine compound containing Jixuecao (Centellae Herba ) in the treatment of connective tissue disease-related pulmonary disease. The basic research focuses on pharmacological effects of Jixuecao (Centellae Herba) and its extracts. It is suggested that the mechanism of Jixuecao (Centellae Herba) in the treatment of connective tissue disease-related pulmonary disease is closely related to its anti-inflammatory, anti-pulmonary fibrosis and anti-pulmonary hypertension effects.
