      摘要:This paper introduces Professor Men Jiuzhang’s experience in the treatment of liver cirrhosis with Xiongshao decoction. It is considered that liver cirrhosis’s pathogenesis is failure of the liver in conveying and dispersing, failure of the spleen in transformation and failure of the kidney in qi transformation. Its pathological products include qi stagnation, blood stasis and water dampness. Long-term illness involve the kidney, resulting in the decline of fire in Mingmen (vital gate), finally the syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney will occur. The feature of the syndrome is deficiency in the root and excess in the branch. The treatment principle is warming yang and strengthening the spleen and the characteristic prescription of Xiongshao decoction is established. Professor Men Jiuzhang also pays attention to protecting stomach qi and is good at using the combined formulas. And two proven cases are presented.

      摘要:This paper introduces Zhu Shengliang’s experience in the treatment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease. It is considered that the difficulty of syndrome differentiation of the refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease lies in involving multiple Zang-fu organs, forming endogenous pathogens easily during the course of the disease, and the pathogenesis with similar symptoms and different natures often exist in combination. Based on the main contradictions, the paper proposes the dialectical thinking of distinguishing the characteristics of the pathogenesis of Zang-fu organs and the similar Zang-fu organs, clarifying the weight of deficiency and excess, and establishes therapeutic principles and makes up prescriptions on the basis of syndrome differentiation of Zang-fu organs combined with syndrome differentiation of qi, blood and body fluid. And two proven cases are presented.

      摘要:This paper explores the clinical experience of Professor Shi Guochen in the treatment of nervous system diseases by acupuncture combined with medicine based on Fenxiao Zouxie theory. The origins and definitions of Fenxiao Zouxie theory and the idea of acupuncture combined with medicine based on Fenxiao Zouxie theory are systematically analyzed. The basis and its application of Fenxiao Zouxie theory in the treatment of nervous system diseases are explained. The clinical effect of this method in the treatment of damp-heat type nervous system diseases is given with a case report.

      摘要:This paper discusses the clinical thinking in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) from three aspects: the concept of inverse excitation method, its role in the treatment of COPD and its clinical application in COPD. In the treatment of COPD, the inverse excitation method is displayed in seven aspects, that is, alternately using astringe and dispersion herbs, simultaneously using moistening and dryness herbs, simultaneously applying cold and heat herbs as well as simultaneously using nourishing and purgation herbs, dynamic and static herbs, ascent and descent herbs, and strength and weakness herbs. The clinical application value of inverse excitation method in the treatment of COPD is also evaluated.

      摘要:This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor Xuan Guowei in the treatment of atopic dermatitis in children by sour-astringe method. It is considered that both surface deficiency and surface dryness are the basic pathogenesis characteristics of the disease. Sour-astringe method can regulate lung qi, converge heart spirit and liver qi. In the treatment of the disease, both the dispersing and astringe herbs are used. The herbs such as Wumei (Fructus Mume),Wuweizi (Fructus Schisandrae) and Baishaoyao (Radix Paeoniae Alba) are the most commonly used sour-astringe herbs, which can regulate the function of the lung, heart and liver, and achieve the effect of astringing yin without pathogenic factors left, dispelling pathogenic factors without healthy qi consumed through the cooperation with dispersing pungent herbs such as Zisuye (Folium Perillae),Fangfeng(Radix Ledebouriellae) and Chantui (Periostracum Cicadae). And one proven case is presented.

      摘要:Multiple disciplinary team (MDT) has become an international trend in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors since 1990s. In recent years, satisfactory results have been achieved in the treatment of ovarian malignant tumors with traditional Chinese medicine. Analysis and exploration of the feasibility of treatment of ovarian cancer with integrated Chinese and western medicine in a multiple disciplinary team can provide new ideas and perspectives for diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer, so as to maximize the benefits of patients with ovarian cancer, and promote the TCM treatment of malignant tumors to the international stage.

      摘要:To explore the current situation, difficulties and key scientific problems of the standard of traditional Chinese medicines. The application of modern frontier analysis techniques such as liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, two-dimensional liquid chromatography, ion mobility mass spectrometry and desorption electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry imaging in quality evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine is introduced. It is believed that these cutting-edge technologies are expected to break through the bottleneck problem in the research of quality standards of Chinese medicine.

      摘要:Objective:To explore the medication rule of TCM master Liu Zuyi’s prescriptions for treating recovery phase of cerebral infarction and summarize his academic thoughts. MethodsProfessor Liu Zuyi’s prescriptions for treating recovery phase of cerebral infarction were collected to build a database based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS). Then TCMISS was used for data mining and the medication rule of prescription was analyzed.  Results:①This study totally included 147 prescriptions involving 179 medical herbs with a cumulative frequency of 2 164. ②There were 22 kinds of medical herbs with frequency of use more than 20 times. The top 10 were Huangqi(Radix Astragali), Danshen (Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae), Shanzha (Fructus Crataegi), Gegen (Radix Puerariae), Gouqizi (Fructus Lycii), Dilong(Lumbricus), Zhiheshouwu (Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata), Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong), Shichangpu (Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii) and Yinyanghuo (Herba Epimedii). ③The dosage of Huangqi(Radix Astragali) could be seen from 15 g to 120 g, the most commonly used dosage is 30 g, and the range of commonly used dosage is mainly 30 g to 60 g.④=4\*GB3The top herbs in the classification of herb efficacy were the herbs with the functions of tonifying deficiency, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis and the herbs of calming the liver and soothing wind, etc; ⑤The top 5 herb groups with high frequency of use were “Danshen (Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae)-Huangqi(Radix Astragali)”, “Huangqi(Radix Astragali)-Shanzha (Fructus Crataegi)”, “Gegen (Radix Puerariae)-Huangqi(Radix Astragali)”, “Gegen (Radix Puerariae)-Danshen (Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae)” and “Danshen (Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae)-Shanzha (Fructus Crataegi)”. The herb groups with high correlation degree were Dilong(Lumbricus)-Huangqi(Radix Astragali), Gegen (Radix Puerariae)-Dilong(Lumbricus)-Huangqi(Radix Astragali), Danshen (Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae)-Dilong(Lumbricus)-Huangqi(Radix Astragali),etc. ⑥=6\*GB3 Twelve core prescriptions were extracted by clustering analysis algorithm, and 6 potential new ones were evolved, such as a prescription including following herbs: Baishaoyao (Radix Paeoniae Alba),Weilingxian (Radix Clematidis), Guizhi (Ramulus Cinnamomi), Jixueteng (Caulis Spatholobi), Baijiezi (Semen Sinapis Albae)”and a prescripton including“Quanxie (Scorpio), Juhua (Flos Dendranthemae), Wugong (Scolopendra), Cijili(Fructus Tribuli).  Conclusion:The purpose of medication of TCM master Liu Zuyi in treating recovery phase of cerebral infarction is mainly nourishing qi and warming yang, replenishing essence and nourishing the kidney, activate blood circulation and dredge collaterals, calming internal wind and resolving phlegm, and the modified Qixian Tongluo prescription is used with heavy dosage of Huangqi(Radix Astragali) in it, which reflects Liu Zuyi’s academic thoughts of “Qi and yang dominating the life activities” and “mutual promotion between yin and yang in brain marrow”.

      摘要:This article explores the mechanism of Zhigancao decoction in the treatment of facial spasm due to yin deficiency leading to wind movement. It is believed that the movement of muscles always starts from the wind,and the decoction of Zhigancao can slow down the liver and tonify the deficiency,and when the blood flowing is activated the wind itself will stop. And one proven case is presented.

      摘要:By comparison of six channels and nine differentiation methods with the method of treatment based on triple energizer differentiation, the key points of syndrome and treatment at different levels of triple energizer is presented, the treatment method and prescriptions by later generations will be expanded, the clinical unity of cold and warm will be understood, and classical prescriptions and current prescriptions will be applied freely based on pathogenesis and principle of treatment.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation program on post-stroke depression (PSD) of liver qi stagnation pattern. MethodsA total of 62 patients with liver qi stagnation pattern PSD were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training of western medicine, and the treatment group was given the routine rehabilitation training of western medicine combined with the rehabilitation therapy of Chinese medicine (including self-designed Liqi Jieyu (qi-regulating and depression-relieving) formula, acupuncture and acupoint massage). The course of treatment was one month in both groups. The clinical effect was observed and the changes of HAMD, NIHSS and ADL scores were compared.  Results:①The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 93.5% and 74.2% respectively, and the clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). ②Compared before and after treatment, HAMD scores and NIHSS scores of both groups were significantly lower (P<0.05), and ADL score were significantly higher (P<0.05); after treatment, HAMD scores and NIHSS score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), and ADL score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).  Conclusion:The integrated Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation program for the treatment of liver qi stagnation pattern PSD can effectively improve the depression state of patients, promote the recovery of neurological function and improve the quality of life.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of Astragalus preparation on thyrotropin receptor antibody (TRAb) of patients with Graves’ disease. MethodsCollect 173 cases of patients with Graves’ disease from August 2016 to July 2018 and divide them into the control group (117 cases) and the treatment group (56 cases) according to the treatment used. Both groups were treated with methimazole and the treatment group was also given Astragalus preparations (Astragalus capsule, lingqishen oral liquid or TCM decoction containing Astragalus) for 6 months at least. The changes of serum TRAb,free thyroxine (FT4) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) were compared between the two groups.  Results:①=3\*GB3The results of ANOVA showed that there was significant statistical significance in the time factor of intragroup variation of TRAb, TSH and FT4 (P<0.05); there was significant statistical significance in the time × group factor of TRAb and TSH (P<0.05); there was no significant statistical significance in the time × group factor of FT4 (P>0.05). There was significant statistical significance in the group factors of TSH (P<0.05), but not in TRAb and FT4 (P>0.05). ②The differences of serum TRAb, TSH and FT4 levels in the treatment group were statistically cant beforesignifi and after one-month-treatment (P<0.05) and the differences of serum TSH and FT4 levels in the control group were also significant before and after one-month-treatment (P<0.05); The differences of serum TRAb, TSH and FT4 level in both groups were significant before and after two-month-treatment, three-month-treatment and six-month-treatment respectively (P<0.05). ③The differences of serum TRAb level between two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05) when compared after 2-month treatment and after 3-month-treatment; there were significant differences (P<0.05) in the level of serum TRAb, TSH and FT4 between two groups after six-month treatment.  Conclusion:With the prolongation of treatment time, compared with the use of methimazole alone, Astragalus preparations can better improve the thyroid function and reduce the serum TRAb level in patients with Graves’ disease.

      摘要:Objective:To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of different acupuncture methods in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis (PFP) at the acute stage. MethodsA total of 90 cases of patients with PFP at the acute stage were randomly divided into group A, group B and group C with 30 cases in each group. All groups were given basic western medicine treatment routinely while at the acute stage group A was also treated with shallow needling and group B with auricular acupuncture; after the acute stage, all groups were treated with acupuncture, electro-acupuncture and post-needling flash cupping on the affected side of face. The total treatment course was four weeks. The clinical effect, the Portmann criteria score and the change of Facial Disability Index Physiology (FDIP) before and after treatment in the three groups were compared.  Results:①After treatment, the Protmann criteria score and FDIP in the three groups all increased when compared with those before treatment respectively (P<0.01); the scores of Protmann criteria and FDIP in group A and group B were higher than those in group C with significant difference (P<0.01). ②The clinical efficacy rate in group A and group B was 86.7% and 83.3% respectively, higher than that of 56.7% in group C (P <0.05); the difference of clinical efficacy rate between group A and group B was not significant (P>0.05).  Conclusion:The application of shallow needling and auricular acupuncture to the treatment of PFP at the acute stage can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients compared to the single therapy of western medicine treatment and increase clinical efficacy rate without increasing the risk of hemifacial spasm.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of five animal exercises combined with calcium in the treatment of primary osteoporosis metabolism in osteoporosis patients. MethodsOne hundred patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into treatment group (n=50) and control group (n=50). The control group was given Caltrate calcium treatment while the treatment group was treated with five animal exercises combined with calcium. The treatment course was 6 months. Serum calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P), Bone Gla-protein (BGP), Procollagen I N-Terminal Propeptide (P1NP) levels were measured before and after treatment; changes in the bone mineral density (BMD) of lumbar spine 1-4 (L1-L4) and femoral neck were recorded and the low back pain score and SPPB were recorded and analyzed before and after treatment.  Results:①Serum Ca and P levels in the treatment group increased significantly (P<0.05), while BGP and P1NP levels decreased significantly (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in Ca, P, BGP and P1NP levels in the control group (P>0.05). After treatment, BGP and P1NP levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). ②Intramural comparison before and after treatment showed that BMD levels of lumbar 1-4 (L1-L4) and femoral neck in the treatment group increased significantly while BMD levels of lumbar 1-4 (L1-L4) and femoral neck in the control group were not statistically significant (P>0.05). After treatment,BMD levels of lumbar 1-4 (L1-L4) and femoral neck in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). ③Intra-group comparison before and after treatment showed that the low back pain score in the treatment group reduced significantly (P<0.05), while the SPPB score increased significantly (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference of the low back pain score and SPPB score in the control group (P>0.05) before and after treatment. After treatment,the scores of low back pain in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the SPPB scores were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).  Conclusion:Five animal exercises can exert a good therapeutic effect on osteoporosis by significantly improving the biochemical index of bone metabolism, increasing BMD, facilitating physical movement and reducing pain in patients with osteoporosis.

      摘要:Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of dearterialization rectopexy and closed hemorrhoidectomy in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids. MethodsRandomly divide 160 patients with severe mixed hemorrhoids into treatment group and control group with 80 cases in each group. PPH with closed external hemorrhoidectomy were performed in the control group while dearterialization rectopexy and closed hemorrhoidectomy were used in the treatment group. The operative time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative complications (pain, urinary retention, bleeding), continence score, length of stay, wound healing time and treatment cost were observed and compared in two groups.  Results:①A total of 152 patients completed the experiment, including 74 cases in the treatment group and 78 cases in the control group. ②=2\*GB3The amount of intraoperative bleeding and hospitalization cost in the treatment group were less than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ③=3\*GB3At the time of wound healing and 6 months after operation, the continence score of the two groups both decreased compared to that of the two groups before operation (P<0.05); but there was no significant difference between the two groups at each observation time point (P>0.05). ④=4\*GB3 There was no significant difference in operation time, postoperative complications and treatment, hospitalization time and wound healing time between the two groups (P>0.05).  Conclusion:It is safe, effective and economical to treat severe mixed hemorrhoids by dearterialization rectopexy and closed hemorrhoidectomy, and the operation is simple and convenient, which is worthy of clinical application.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the effect and mechanism of Fugan formula on regulating miR-424 expression to inhibit the angiogenesis of human hepatic sinusoidal endothelial cells (HHSEC). MethodsFirstly, Fugan formula extract was incubated with HHSEC in different doses (0~2 000 mg/L). The effect of Fugan formula on the cell activity was detected by CCK8 method, the range of the non-toxic effect of Fugan formula on the cell was analyzed and the dosage was used for the follow-up efficacy and mechanism evaluation. Then HHSEC were divided into the normal group,the CoCl2 model group, the miR-424 inhibitor group and the Fugan formula group (200 mg/L). After 24 h incubation, cell viability and proliferation were detected by CCK8. Cell migration was observed by Transwell and tube formation was evaluated by Matrigel. The expression of miR-424, HIF-1α, vWF and CD31 were detected by RT-PCR and Western Blot.  Results:Fugan formula of 0~400 mg/L had no obvious cytotoxicity. Compared with the normal group, 200 μmol/L CoCl2 can induce hypoxia injury model of HHSEC, and in the model group the expression of miR-424 and HIF-1 α increased, cell migration and lumen formation increased, and the expression of vWF and CD31 increased (P<0.01); Compared with the model group, after the intervention of miR-424 inhibitor and 200 mg/L Fugan formula, the expression of miR-424 and HIF-1 α decreased, the cell migration and tube formation were inhibited and the expression of vWF and CD31 decreased (P<0.01); and the comprehensive effect of Fugan formula was similar to that of miR-424 inhibitor.  Conclusion:Fugan formula could inhibit angiogenesis of HHSEC and its mechanism is related to the inhibition of miR-424 expression.

      摘要:Objective:To study the protective effect of Hanchuan Zupa granule on mice infected by influenza A virus lung adaptive strain FM1, and to carry out a preliminary discussion of its mechanism. Methods①A total of 60 ICR mice were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal group, model group, Tamiflu group, and low, medium and high dose groups of Hanchuan Zupa granule, 10 rats in each group. In addition to the normal group, mice in other groups were infected with nasal drops of influenza virus mouse lung adapted strain FM1 solution (virus original solution was diluted 4.0×103times). Tamiflu group was given Tamiflu 47 mg/kg, and the high,medium and low dose groups of Hanchuan Zupa granule were given 1.08 g/kg,0.54 g/kg and 0.27 g/kg of Hanchuan Zupa granule extractum respectively. The normal group and the model group were given the same volume of distilled water. Each group was continuously intervened for 5 days, and the body weight of the mice was weighed on the 6th day. The whole lung was extracted and the lung index and inhibition rate were calculated; the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) were measured by ELISA 24 hours after the last administration; and pathological changes in lung tissue of mice were observed by HE staining and scored. ②A total of 160 ICR mice were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal group, model group, Tamiflu group, and low, medium and high dose groups of Hanchuan Zupa granule, 10 rats in normal groups, and 30 rats each in other groups. In addition to the normal group, mice in the other groups were infected with nasal drops of influenza virus mouse lung adapted strain FM1 solution (virus original solution was diluted 3.5×103 times). Each group was administrated by gavage on the day of modeling, and the Tamiflu group was given 47 mg / kg Tamiflu, and the high, medium and low dose groups of Hanchuan Zupa granule were given 2.16 g/kg, 1.08 g/kg and 0.54 g/kg of Hanchuan Zupa granule extractum respectively. The normal group and the model group were given the same volume of distilled water. Each group was continuously intervened for 5 days, and the death of the mice was observed within 14 days. The survival time of the mice was recorded and the mortality was calculated.  Results:①Compared with the normal group, the body weight of mice in the model group decreased (P<0.01), the lung index increased (P<0.01), serum TNF-α level increased (P<0.01), and the pathological score of lung tissue increased (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the body weight of mice in the Tamiflu group and the high dose and medium dose groups of Hanchuan Zuopa granule increased (P<0.05, P<0.01), the lung index decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01), the serum TNF-α level decreased (P<0.01), and lung tissue pathological score decreased (P<0.01). There was no significant difference among Tamiflu group and Hanchuan Zuopa groups in the above indicators (P0.05). ②Compared with the normal group, the survival time of mice in the model group decreased (P<0.01) and the mortality increased (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the survival time of mice in the Tamiflu group and the high dose, medium dose and low dose groups of Hanchuan Zupa granule increased (P<0.01), and the mortality of mice in the Tamiflu group and the high dose group of Hanchuan Zupa granule decreased (P<0.01). Compared with the Tamiflu group, the survival time of mice in the medium dose and low dose groups decreased (P<0.05), the mortality of mice in the high dose, medium dose and low dose groups of Huanchuan Zupa granule increased (P<0.01). Compared with the high dose group of Hanchuan Zupa granule, the survival time of mice in the medium dose and low dose groups decreased and the mortality of mice increased (P<0.05).  Conclusion:Hanchuan Zupa granule has certain protective effect on mice infected by influenza A virus lung adaptive strain FM1, and the effect may be related to anti-inflammation response and decrease of the TNF-α content in the serum of mice.

      摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of Capparis Spinosa fruits pain gel paste on serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,VEGF,and the expression of MMP-9 protein in synovium in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) rats and to explore its mechanism of anti-inflammation and cartilage protection in RA. MethodsA total of 40 rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, positive drug group and Capparis Spinosa group with 10 rats in each group. The rat model of RA was established by injecting complete Freund’s adjuvant into the sole of the foot. The positive drug group and Capparis Spinosa group were treated with Shangshi Zhitong Gao (adhesive plaster for removing dampness and relieving pain) and Capparis Spinosa fruits pain gel paste, the model group was treated with blank gel paste, and the normal group was not given any treatment. The continuous intervention lasting 21 days (3 courses) was conducted in each group. AI index score, foot volume and thermal pain threshold were observed. The levels of TNF-α,IL-1β and VEGF in serum were detected by ELISA, and the expression of MMP-9 protein in synovium was detected by Western blot.  Results:Compared with the normal group, inflammatory lesions and thermal pain threshold decreased in all the rats after modeling, and the levels of serum TNF-α,IL-1β and VEGF increased significantly in the model group (P<0.05, P<0.01),and the expression of MMP-9 protein increased significantly (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the arthritis and thermal pain threshold sensitivity in the positive drug group and Capparis Spinosa group were significantly improved, the anti-swelling effect of Capparis Spinosa fruits pain gel paste was faster (7 days), and the serum VEGF level and the expression of MMP-9 protein in the synovium of rats reduced significantly (P<0.05) while there was no significant change in the positive drug group (P>0.05).  Conclusion:The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Capparis Spinosa fruits pain gel paste on rats may be related to the decrease of serum TNF-α, IL-1β and VEGF levels and the inhibition of the expression of MMP-9 in synovium.

      摘要:Objective:To prepare a novel intra-articular drug delivery system for injection by combining liposome with thermo-sensitive gel and study its pharmacokinetics. MethodSinomenine liposomes were prepared by reverse evaporation. The prescription was optimized by single factor investigation and central composite design-response surface methodology. Chitosan/β-glycerophosphate (CS/β-GP) was used as the thermosensitive gel preparation system and the release rate of sinomenine liposome therosensitive gel in vitro was determined by dialysis bag method. A model of intra-articular drug administration was established in rabbits and the data was processed with DAS 3.1.0 software for the research on its pharmacokinetics. ResultThe results revealed the optimal formulation ratios for the preparation of sinomenine liposome, i.e., the ratio of sinomenine to lipid was one to six, the ratio of SPC to CH was six to one and the ratio of oil to water was one to six. The in vitro release rate showed that sinomenine liposome thermosensitive gel had obvious sustained release effect and did not release completely to 114 h. In vivo pharmacokinetic studies showed that the bioavailability of sinomenine liposome thermosensitive gel was about 2 times higher than that of sinomenine injection (P<0.01), the peak time was significantly prolonged, about 3 times of that of sinomenine injection (P<0.01), and the peak concentration of plasma was decreased (P<0.05), and the sustained release effect was better than sinomenine injection.  Conclusion:The sinomenine liposome thermosensitive gel has stable properties and obvious sustained release effect. After injection into the articular cavity of rabbits, it can be self-dissolved by body fluid erosion and can be used for intra-articular injection.

      摘要:This paper reviewed the research progress on the pharmacological effects and clinical application of Xiaoxuming decoction. Pharmacological studies have found that Xiaoxuming decoction has the functions of protecting nerve cells, neurovascular units and mitochondrial function, reducing cerebral edema and preventing cerebrovascular diseases. Clinically, it can improve nerve injury after cerebral ischemia stroke, and is commonly used in the treatment of stroke, Guillain Barre syndrome, Alzheimer’s disease, rheumatoid arthritis, cervical spondylosis, and peripheral neuropathy, etc.
