摘要:This paper introduces Wang Yiqin’s clinical experience in the treatment of hypertension with Chinese medicine. It is considered that hypertension is not only related to the liver, the spleen and the kidney, but also related to the lung. The treatment should be focused on differentiating pathogenesis, reinforcing the kidney and calming the liver, protecting the function of the spleen and stomach, replenishing qi and promoting drainage of fluid, harmonizing blood and meridians, regulating qi and activating blood circulation. The patients should also pay attention to their living style, exercising their bodies and keeping their minds calm. The commonly used herbs are Tianma (Rhizoma Gastrodiae), Shayuanzi(Semen Astragali Complanati), Baijili (Fructus Tribuli), Niuxi(Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae), Sanqi(Radix Notoginseng), Danshen (Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae), etc. And one proven case is presented.

摘要:This paper introduces Professor Xu Lianwei’s clinical experience of treating climacteric syndrome with herbal paste. Professor Xu thinks that the pathogenesis of climacteric syndrome is the defieiency of the liver and kidney, the dysfunction of zang-fu organs and the imbalance of qi and blood. The treatment principle is to adjust the liver and kidney, to balance yin and yang, and to strengthen the spleen and harmonize the stomach as considering the restriction among the five viscera. Herbal paste for climacteric syndrome can specially nourish zang-fu organs as well as nourish yin and yang, qi and blood. One proven case is presented.  
摘要:This paper introduces the clinical experience of academic school of Kang’s hepatopathy in differentiating and treating liver fibrosis of chronic viral hepatitis B based on damp-heat and epidemic toxin. It considers that the etiology of this disease is epidemic toxin (hepatitis B virus), and the key pathogenesis are intermingled damp-heat and qi stagnation. In the treatment,the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is very important, and removing causes and clearing heat and promoting diuresis are emphasized, as well as regulating qi movement. One proven case is presented.

摘要:Through the treatment and observation on insomnia patients, except the classical syndromes, the other five common syndromes, including deficiency of middle-qi, deficiency of kidney-yang, yin deficiency and dampness-heat, qi stagnation and blood stasis, stagnation of liver qi and blood deficiency, are summarized. The characteristics of syndrome and treatment are discussed, and the experiences of treatment are shared.It suggests that the diagnosis and treatment of insomnia should be based on basic regularity combined with flexible syndrome differentiation.

摘要:Through the thorough investigation of the physiological function and characteristics of the liver in traditional Chinese medicine, Professor Wang Qingqi proposes that the liver is the “source of regulation” of the body. There are three reasons for this point of view. First of all, the liver is the most important one of the five zang-organs. Secondly, the liver belongs to shaoyang, which is the pivot of the body, so it can adjust the eyes, urethral orifice, seminiferous duct and anal orifice. Thirdly, the liver belongs to wood, which is born in water and can born fire, so it can adjust rise and fall of yingyang and water fire of the body. The connotation of the “source of regulation” includes regulating such physiological function as qi and blood circulation, emotion, bile secretion, water and liquid metabolism, defecation, reproduction, sleep, and muscle and bone movement.

摘要:Tendons adhere to bones and bones support tendons in physiological state, and the relationship between tendons and bones is tendon domination and bone subordination, which is determined by their own structures and functional characteristics, and is the premise and foundation of maintaining the harmony between tendons and bones. When tendons and bones suffer severe acute injury under direct or indirect violence, they should be paid equal attention in treatment. As for chronic tendon and bone lesions, the key pathological link is tendons deviating from groove, bone dislocation, and treatment should focus on tendon injury, therefore tendon domination and bone subordination is the therapeutic principle. Adhering to the concept of “tendon domination and bone subordination” in diagnosis and treatment of chronic tendon and bone diseases is helpful for early detection of lesions and improvement of clinical efficacy. The main purpose of this paper is to call for attention to “tendon injury” in diagnosing and treating diseases in orthopedics and traumatology.

摘要:The systematic analysis of differential expression factors and biological mechanisms in acupuncture treatment at the level of gene expression regulation will help to clarify the specific pathophysiological characteristics of acupuncture, and it is possible to find new biological phenomenon and medical development clues from clinical effects of acupuncture. Therefore, it is necessary to select acupuncture treatment methods showing clinical efficacy, set up reasonable controls to identify differential expression factors with scientific and credible programs, and clarify the specific biological mechanism of acupuncture treatment. A comprehensive explanation of the mechanism based on the study of material basis of acupuncture effect will help to improve the clinical effect, guide the correct development of the subject and it may contribute to the clinic with the form of drug-active small molecules (acupuncture medicine) in the future.

摘要:Objective:To analyze the general situation and trend of the research on Dachengqi Decoction in the past 10 years by visualizing the knowledge map. MethodsThe key words of “Da Chengqi Tang” were used to search the relevant documents in the China Knowledge Network (CNKI) database from January 1,9 to February 1,9. The included data were analyzed by CiteSpace software with authors, research institutions and keywords as nodes, and the frequency of their occurrence is counted. Results:A total of 1 275 data were included, and the main researchers and teams represented by Tang Wenfu were found. The research institutes were mainly Huaxi Hospital and Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Intestinal obstruction, acute pancreatitis and acute lung injury were the most relevant diseases with Dachengqi Decoction. Conclusion:In the academic literature of Dachengqi Decoction in the past 10 years, the research field involves many disciplines such as clinical, pharmacological and processing and so on. The mechanism of its active ingredients in treating diseases is still the main direction.  
摘要:This paper introduces the clinical experience of using classical prescriptions in the treatment of metabolic syndrome. It is considered that metabolic syndrome can be divided into two types: yang deficiency type which is treated by the prescriptions based on Zhenwu decoction and qi stagnation type which treated by the prescriptions based on Dachaihu decoction. And three proven cases are presented.  
摘要:The rule of nine for six channels is of a higher level based on syndrome differentiation of six channels. This paper describes briefly the basic framework and its origin of the rule of nine, presents the reasons for proposing the rule, and pays attention to the close link between the rule of nine for six channels and the overall method for syndrome differentiation and treatment.

摘要:Objective:To analyze the prognostic factors of patients with oral leukoplakia, discuss the preventive effect of Compound Jiaogulan Capsule on oral leukoplakia, and establish a prognostic model based on pathological grading. MethodsMedical records were collected from 192 patients with oral leukoplakia who had self-control samples in Department of Oral and Maxillofacial-Head and Neck Oncology in this hospital. The patients were divided into integrated Chinese and Western medicine group (98 cases) and Western medicine group (94 cases). The canceration rate was measured, the average time of canceration was calculated by Kaplan-Meier method and a univariate analysis was carried out. A Cox regression model was used to analyze the independent predictors for disease progression and canceration, data analysis was completed and a prognostic model was established. Results:①The canceration rate was 16.0% (15/94) and 26.5% (26/98) in the integrated Chinese and Western medicine group respectively. The average time of canceration was 125.2 and 75.1 months in the integrated Chinese and Western medicine group, respectively, with significant difference (P=0.005). ②Moderate dysplasia (P=0.03), severe dysplasia (P<0.01), drinking (P=0.022), taking Compound Jiaogulan Capsule (P=0.006) were independent predictors for progression or canceration of oral leukoplakia. ③The prognostic model h(t)=h0(t)Exp (0.767 × moderate dysplasia + 2.88 × severe dysplasia + 0.944 × drinking-0.934 × taking Compound Jiaogulan Capsule) was established. Conclusion:Moderate dysplasia, severe dysplasia and drinking are risk factors, and taking Compound Jiaogulan Capsule is a protective factor for oral leukoplakia. Regular follow-up and oral administration of Compound Jiaogulan Capsule are important means to prevent progression or canceration of oral leukoplakia.

摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Modified Bushen Naqi Formula combined with Western medicine in the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) of the lung-kidney qi deficiency type. Methods108 COPD patients of the lung-kidney qi deficiency type were randomly assigned into treatment group and control group, 54 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional Western medicine therapy, while the treatment group was treated with Modified Bushen Naqi Formula and conventional Western medicine therapy. The treatment course was 6 months in both groups. Changes in TCM syndrome score, modified Medical Research Council (mMRC) dyspnea score, related measures of respiratory muscle strength and related measures of pulmonary ventilation function were observed and compared. Results:①96 patients completed the trial finally, including 49 patients in the treatment group and 47 in the control group. ②After treatment, the TCM syndrome score decreased significantly in the treatment group (P<0.05), but there was no significant change in the control group (P>0.05). The TCM syndrome score was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). ③After treatment, P0.1 decreased significantly (P<0.05) and MEP increased significantly in both groups (P<0.05); MIP increased significantly in the treatment group (P<0.05), but there was no significant change in the control group (P>0.05). P0.1 was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05), while MIP and MEP were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05) after treatment. ④After treatment, IC increased and RV decreased significantly in the treatment group (P<0.05), but there was no significant change in the control group (P>0.05). IC increased and RV decreased significantly in the treatment group compared to those in the control group after treatment (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the level of FEV1% (P>0.05). ⑤After treatment, the mMRC score was significantly reduced in the treatment group (P<0.05), but there was no significant change in the control group (P>0.05). The mMRC score was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion:By enhancing respiratory muscle strength to increase deep inspiration and reduce residual volume, Modified Bushen Naqi Formula improves the function of “receiving qi” in COPD patients, relieves the chronic respiratory symptoms of failure of the kidney to receive qi, such as more exhalation than inhalation, shortness of breath and panting, and improves their quality of life.

摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shengdi Hongteng Decoction formulated by Shen Pian (a famous veteran teran doctor of TCM) in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis. Methods60 patients with acute gouty arthritis were randomly assigned into treatment group and control group, 30 patients in each group. The control group was given Celebrex capsules, and the treatment group was administered Celebrex capsules and Shengdi Hongteng Decoction. The two groups were treated for 1 week. Clinical efficacy was observed. Improvement in pain and swelling of joints, and changes in erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactive protein (CRP), serum uric acid (UA) and inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β and TNF-α) were compared. Results:The total effective rate was 90.0% and 76.7% in the treatment group and the control group, respectively. The clinical efficacy in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group (P<0.05). VAS and swelling scores decreased in both groups after treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, VAS and swelling scores were lower in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05). There were significant differences in the levels of ESR, CRP, UA, IL-1β and TNF-α in the two groups before and after treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, there were significant differences in the levels of ESR, CRP, UA, IL-1β and TNF-α between the treatment group and the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Shengdi Hongteng Decoction has good analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect on gouty arthritis, and lowers the level of uric acid in serum.

摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qi’s Yangluan Decoction in treating patients with diminished ovarian reserve (DOR) in the course of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET). MethodsOne hundred and twenty patients with DOR who were prepared for IVF-ET were included and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table, 60 cases in each group. After enrollment, the patients in the observation group were orally treated with Qi’s Yangluan Decoction, and the patients in the control group were orally treated with dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), with a course of three months. After treatment of 3 months, the patients in both groups entered the IVF-ET cycle. The levels of basal follicle stimulating hormone (bFSH), bFSH/luteinizing hormone (LH) and anti-mullerian hormone (AMH) and the antral follicle count (AFC) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. During the IVF-ET cycle, the dosage of gonadotropin (Gn) and its use days, the numbers of the obtained ovum and the mature ovum, the total number of embryos, the number of high-quality embryos, the rates of mature ovum and the high-quality embryos, the cancellation rate of the cycle and the rate of clinical pregnancy were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment, the levels of bFSH and bFSH/LH in the two groups were decreased compared with before treatment (P<0.05), the level of AMH and the AFC were increased compared with before treatment (P<0.05), and the level of bFSH in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). In the cycle of IVF-ET, the dosage of Gn in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group (P<0.05), the numbers of the obtained ovums and the mature ovums, the total number of embryos and the number of high-quality embryos in the observation group were more than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the rate of mature ovum in the observation group were was obviously higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Qi’s Yangluan Decoction can significantly improve the ovarian reserve function in patients with DOR, effectively enhance the ovarian responsiveness in the cycle of IVF-ET, and improve the outcome of assisted reproduction.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) with acupoint application in preventing and treating constipation caused by Oxycodone Hydrochloride. MethodsSeventy patients of malignant tumors, who were firstly orally treated with Oxycodone Hydrochloride sustained release tablets for relieving pain, were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with no preventive treatment for constipation, and lactulose oral solution was used for symptomatic treatment when constipation during the trial. On the basis of the intervention for the control group, the treatment group was treated with Dahuang by acupoint application at Shenque(CV 8) from the beginning until the end of trial. The treatment course of both groups was 10 days. The incidence of constipation was observed, and the scores of constipation symptoms were compared. Results:①The incidence rate of constipation was 57.1% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group. The incidence rate of constipation in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.(P<0.05). ②After treatment,there were statistically significant differences on the score of defecation difficulty and the total score of constipation symptoms(P<0.05). Conclusion:Dahuang with acupoint application can reduce the incidence of constipation caused by Oxycodone Hydrochloride, and improve the constipation symptoms of patients.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effect of honeysuckle on the expression of Caspase-3 and NF-κB in mice with viral myocarditis. MethodsA total of 80 male BALB/c mice were divided into 4 groups randomly with 20 mice in each group:normal control group,model group,honeysuckle low-dose group and honeysuckle high-dose group. Coxsackievirus B3 (CVB3) was injected intraperitoneally into mice in model group and both dose groups to establish viral myocarditis model. The low and high dose groups were given honeysuckle liquid 30 minutes after virus injection, once a day for 14 days; the model group was given saline by gastric lavage; the control group was given intraperitoneal injection of Equivalent Eagle liquid without virus and normal saline by gastric lavage. Totally 15 mice were randomly selected and executed from each group on the 14th day. The pathological changes of myocardium were observed by HE staining, and the expression of Caspase-3, NF-κB in myocardial tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results:The expression of Caspase-3 and NF-κB in the model group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The expression of Caspase-3 and NF-κB in the two dose groups was significantly lower than that in the model group. The expression of Caspase-3 and NF-κB in the honeysuckle high-dose group was significantly lower than that in the honeysuckle low-dose group. Conclusion:Honeysuckle can significantly inhibit the expression of Caspase-3 and NF-κB in mice with viral myocarditis, which provides the experimental basis for clinical application of honeysuckle in the treatment of viral myocarditis.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of Pingmu Decoction on apoptosis of retrobulbar adipocytes in a mouse model of Graves’ ophthalmopathy and the mechanism of action. MethodsFemale BALB/c mice were randomly divided into model group and low-, medium- and high-dose Pingmu Decoction groups, 15 animals in each group. A mouse model of Graves’ ophthalmopathy was established by immunizing the female BALB/c mice with hTSHR recombinant plasmid. After successful modeling, the low-, medium- and high-dose Pingmu Decoction groups were given crude drug at 7.75 g·kg-1·d-1, 15.5 g·kg-1·d-1 and 31 g·kg-1·d-1 respectively by gavage for 8 weeks. Apoptosis of retrobulbar adipocytes was observed, and the expression of Bax, Bcl-2, Fas, Fasl, Chop, Caspase-12 mRNA and protein of the cells was detected in mice. Results:Compared with the model group, the apoptotic rate of retrobulbar adipocytes increased in the Pingmu Decoction Groups (P<0.05). Except for Caspase-12 mRNA in the high-dose Pingmu Decoction group, the expression of Bax, FasL, Chop and Caspase-12 mRNA and protein increased in the remaining groups (P<0.05), even more evident in the medium-dose Pingmu Decoction group. Conclusion:Pingmu Decoction promotes apoptosis of retrobulbar adipocytes in mice with Graves’ ophthalmopathy, and the apoptotic pathway may be the combined action of the mitochondrial pathway, death receptor pathway and endoplasmic reticulum pathway.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the effect of berberine on adhesion of podocytes incubated with high glucose and to explore the action and molecular mechanism of the compound in improving podocyte injury induced by high glucose. MethodsDifferentiation culture and induced maturation of immortalized mouse podocyte cell line was performed in vitro by temperature-selective method. The cells were divided into normal control group (5 mmol/L glucose), model group (30 mmol/L glucose), hypertonic control group (30 mmol/L mannitol) and treatment group (30 mmol/L glucose + 1.25 μmol/L berberine). Cells were collected after treatment for 24 h, 48 h and 72 h. Cell viability was detected by MTT assay, cell adhesion was determined by centrifugation and the mRNA expression of adhesion molecules α3 and β1 was detected by Q-PCR. Results:Compared with the normal control group and the hypertonic control group, viability and adhesion of podocytes and mRNA expression of α3 and β1 were significantly reduced in a time-dependent manner at 3 time points (P<0.01), and were reduced further over time (P<0.05) in the model group. Compared with the model group, viability and adhesion of podocytes and mRNA expression of α3 and β1 were significantly increased in the treatment group (P<0.01). Conclusion:High glucose environment reduces viability and adhesion of podocytes, and changes the mRNA expression of adhesion molecules in these cells. Berberine inhibits and reduces the damage of podocytes induced by glucose at high concentration, enhances viability and adhesion of podocytes incubated with high glucose, and has remarkable protective effect on these podocytes.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the changes in concentration of norisoboldine hydrochloride (NOR HCl) cream after transdermal administration in rats and evaluate transdermal drug release performance of the cream by microdialysis technique. MethodsA UPLC-MS/MS method for the determination of NOR·HCl was established, and its specificity, stability, precision and matrix effect were investigated. The NOR·HCl cream was applied onto the bare abdominal skin of the animals. The microdialysis technique and UPLC-MS/MS were used to determine the concentration of the drug, and the drug concentration-time curve was compared between NOR·HCl cream and NOR·HCl normal saline solution. Results:Gradient elution was performed with sinomenine (m/z 330→239) as internal standard and acetonitrile -0.1% formic acid as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.4 mL·min-1 and a column temperature of 45 ℃. It was shown in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) that NOR·HCl (m/z 314→265) had good linearity over a range of 1~520 ng·mL-1, with R2=0.997, methodological RSD<10% and matrix effect of 86.89% - 100.80%, which met the standards. After administration of NOR·HCl cream and normal saline solution, the maximal drug concentration (Cmax) in microdialysis solution was (110.60±22.28) and (37.63±1.01) ng·mL-1 respectively and area under the concentration-time curve (AUC0-10) was (511.17±4.78) and (88.20±1.45) ng·h·mL-1 respectively. Compared with normal saline solution, NOR·HCl cream increased Cmax by 2.94 times and AUC0-10 by 5.80 times. Conclusion:The in vivo microdialysis technique can be used to evaluate the transdermal drug release performance of NOR·HCl cream and cream can significantly increase transdermal release of NOR·HCl.  
摘要:This paper reviews the role and research of 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type I (11β-HSD1) in metabolic syndrome. 11β-HSD1 mediates insulin resistance in adipocytes via c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) activation; hexose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase activates 11β-HSD1,causing insulin resistance; 11β-HSD1 on hippocampus (amygdala) -the HPA axis has a two-way adjustment. It has been found that some of Chinese medicine monomers and compounds can treat metabolic syndrome by regulating the level of 11β-HSD1.

摘要:This article reviews the research on the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with Astragalus polysaccharides, showing that Astragalus polysaccharide can be used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus effectively because of its many pharmacological effects, such as improving insulin resistance, increasing insulin sensitivity, regulating lipid metabolism, anti-inflammation, antioxidation, protecting islet β cells and so on.
