摘要:This paper discusses Professor Lin Shuimiao’s thoughts and methods in treating malignant tumors in elderly. It is considered that the occurrence of malignant tumors in elderly is due to the functional (essential qi) and organic (essential blood) deterioration of zang-fu viscera,and it emphasizes the differentiation and treatment from deficiency and decline of essence and blood. The quick and slow process of tumor progression and metastasis can also reflect the deficiency-excess property of lesion. Meanwhile,based on relevance theory of various zang-fu viscera,the treatment strategies for tumors are applied flexibly. A proven case is presented.

摘要:This paper analyzes the reasons why the refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease is hard to treat. It is considered that part of them is the wrong treatment due to the wrong diagnosis,but most of them are mistreatment due to the wrong direct of treatment. The main contradiction of gastroesophageal reflux disease is not the over secretion of gastric acid,but the wrong distribution of gastric acid,which is called acid dislocation. The acid suppression therapy only reduces the acidity of reflux content, but shows no effect on reflux. In essence,except the minority of reflux caused by structural factor,the gastroesophageal reflux disease is a disease due to gastrointestinal dynamic disorder. The methods of western medicine in regulating the gastrointestinal motility are limited,while Chinese medical acupuncture therapy shows obvious advantages and is worth further research and promotion.  
摘要:This paper explains the pathogenesis,syndrome and treatment of menstrual syndromes due to depression syndrome. The ones that internal damage by excess of seven emotions involved in the onset of disease,with the characteristics of depression syndrome,and effectively treated by relieving depression,all can be regarded as menstrual syndromes due to depression syndrome. The pathogenesis is mainly stagnation of liver qi,liver depression transforming into fire,deficiency of heart and spleen,stagnation of blood stasis and accumulated phlegm and dampness. Maybe for some patients,the internal damage by excess of seven emotions and emotional manifestations are not obvious,but the various somatic symptom itself is one of the clinical features of depression syndrome. No matter whether there is a dominant depression syndrome,as long as the effective treatment by relieving depression,it can be judged as menstrual syndromes due to depression. Part of pyretic invasion of uterus is the special type of menstrual syndromes due to depression. Menstrual syndromes due to depression can be found in premenstrual syndrome and premenstrual dysphoric disorder caused by the psychological factors in modern medicine,it can also be found in the menstrual periodic psychosis and some depression or somatic disorders.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the correlation between blood stasis syndrome and severity of coronary artery lesions and endothelial function in patients with coronary atherosclerosis. Methods79 patients who performed the first coronary angiography and diagnosed as coronary atherosclerosis were recruited. Gensini score was calculated according to the results of angiography,and the brachial artery endothelium-dependent vasodilation function was detected by flow-mediated dilatation (FMD). The scores of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome and blood stasis syndrome were recorded. The distribution of TCM syndrome elements and the correlation between blood stasis syndrome and FMD and Gensini score were analyzed. Results:Among the TCM syndrome elements of patients with coronary atherosclerosis,blood stasis syndrome was the most common syndrome. The FMD value of patients with blood stasis syndrome was lower than that of patients without blood stasis syndrome,and the Gensini score was higher than that of patients without blood stasis syndrome (P<0.05,P<0.01). The blood stasis syndrome score was negatively correlated with FMD value (r=-0.597,P<0.01),and positively correlated with Gensini score (r=0.693,P<0.01). The blood stasis syndrome score was positively correlated with fasting blood glucose (r=0.358,P<0.01),and positively correlated with glycosylated hemoglobin (r=0.264,P<0.05). The FMD value was negatively correlated with Gensini score (r=-0.700,P<0.01). Conclusion:The more obvious the blood stasis syndrome is in patients with coronary atherosclerosis,the more serious the degree of coronary artery lesion and the damage of endothelial function are.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum IL-1β level and deficiency and excess syndrome in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB),and provide new objective basis for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment on chronic hepatitis B. Methods156 patients with CHB were included,among which 120 cases in the abnormal liver function group and 36 cases in the normal liver function group. The abnormal liver function group was further divided into the deficiency syndrome group and excess syndrome group according to the clinical manifestations. The peripheral blood of patients was collected. The expression level of IL-1β in peripheral blood was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),and the correlation between IL-1β level and liver function,deficiency syndrome,excess syndrome was analyzed. Results:①The serum IL-1β expression level in the abnormal liver function group was obviously higher than that in the normal liver function group (P<0.05). ②Among the CHB patients with abnormal liver function,the IL-1β expression level in the deficiency syndrome group was obviously higher than that in the excess syndrome group (P<0.05). Conclusion:IL-1β may be an objective indicator for classification of deficiency and excess syndrome and a new pointcut for immunological therapy in CHB patients.

摘要:This paper introduces the experience in treating postpartum placenta residue with Qi’s Xiatai Prescription. It is considered that the pathogenesis of this disease is deficiency of qi and blood and stagnation of blood stasis. The treatment principles are benefiting qi and blood,warming channels and activating blood circulation,benifiting kidney and spleen. Qi’s Xiatai Prescription is used for the treatment. A proven case is presented.

摘要:This paper introduces Zhang Zhaohui’s experience in treating diabetic foot based on theory of “Wei Qi Ying Xue”. It is considered that the root cause of diabetic foot is disharmony of Wei-Qi-Ying -Xue,which manifests as phlegm,turbidity and stasis. The treatment should be based on and guided by the theory of “Wei Qi Ying Xue”. According to the accompanying symptoms such as blood stasis and blood deficiency,Guizhi Decoction,Siwu Decoction,Buyang Huanwu Decoction,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and so on can be used for syndrome differentiation and treatment.  
摘要:This paper introduces Professor Liu Jianqiu’s experience in treating asthma of remission period with acupoint application of Fuxue Huatan Ointment. Through the analysis on the etiology and pathogenesis of asthma in remission period,it is considered that phlegm abundance due to yang deficiency is the root cause of onset of asthma in the remission period. Based on the theory of “winter disease treated in summer”,the acupoint application of Fuxue Huatan Ointment shows the efficacy of warming yang and benefiting qi,relieving cough and resolving phlegm,which reflects from compatibility analysis,modern pharmacology and acupoint selection.

摘要:Combined with two proven cases,this paper discusses the features of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction in the treatment of intractable hiccup. It is considered that the indications include stomach injury due to pathogen eliminating,internal stagnation of phlegm fluid,stomach failing to descending qi. It shows good efficacy in the treatment of intractable hiccup with syndrome of intermingled deficiency and excess. The key of prescription efficacy is the balance of relationship among descending adverse qi,resolving phlegm fluid and tonifying deficiency.  
摘要:This paper analyzes the main annotations of “treating yin in yang disease and treating yin in yang disease”in past dynasties. It is wrong to understand this as the treatment methods for yin deficiency and yang deficiency syndromes,because this yin and yang refer to different parts of the body. It is considered that the whole sentence means the disease of yang part of the body can be treated from yin part,and the disease of yin part can be treated from yang part,which contrasted with“treating yang in yang disease and treating yin in yin disease”. Its thinking characteristic is that the local pain is surveyed in the overall relationship,and the role of various parts of the body in the treatment of diseases is emphasized and fully played.

摘要:The theory of acupuncture and moxibustion involved in Biaoyou Fu is discussed from five aspects including theory of channels and collaterals,acupuncture acpoints,time factor and correspondence of human body and natural environment,treating spirit and arrival of qi,acupuncture contraindication. There are two kinds of theory of channels and collaterals in Biaoyou Fu,including theory of cycling and theory of root-branch. The specific acupoints are considered to be important. The time factor is emphasized as well as the correspondence of human body and natural environment. The manipulation is paid attention. The treating spirit and arrival of qi are emphasized as well as the acupuncture contraindication.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tiaopi Shugan Yishen Decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of postoperative recurrence of triple-negative breast cancer. Methods50 patients with postoperative recurrence of triple-negative breast cancer were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the XEC chemotherapy program (cyclophosphamide + epirubicin + capecitabine),and the treatment group was treated with Tiaopi Shugan Yishen Decoction based on the treatment for the control group,with a course of 6 months. The clinical efficacy on tumor and adverse reactions after chemotherapy were observed. The changes on life quality scores and levels of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets were compared. Results:①The total effective rates were 84.0% in the treatment group and 64.0% in the control group. The efficacy on tumor in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group (P<0.05). ②After treatment,the life quality scores of all items in the treatment group were obviously higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). ③After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the treatment group were obviously higher than those in the control group,while the CD8+ level was obviously lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). ④The myelosuppression degree in the treatment group was obviously slighter than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the gastrointestinal toxic and side effects in the treatment group was also obviously slighter than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Tiaopi Shugan Yishen Decoction combined with chemotherapy shows satisfactory efficacy in the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer,which can improve the life quality of patients,ameliorate the immune function (peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets) and reduce the myelosuppression and gastrointestinal toxic and side effects caused by chemotherapy alone.

摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Erxian Xiaoying Decoction combined with levothyroxine sodium in the treatment of hypothyroidism secondary to Hashimoto’s thyroiditis (Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism). Methods60 patients with Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with levothyroxine sodium(Euthyrox),and the treatment group was treated with Erxian Xiaoying Decoction based on the treatment for the control group. 4 weeks were taken as a course,and both groups were treated for 3 courses. The clinical efficacy was observed,the changes on the dosage of Euthyrox,thyroid function indexes including total triiodothyronine (TT3),total thyroxine (TT4),thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH),free triiodothyronine (FT3),free thyroxine (FT4),and related antibodies including anti-thyroid globulin antibody (TGAb) and anti-thyroid microsomal antibody (TMAb) were compared. Results:①The total effective rates were 93.3% in the treatment group and 66.7% in the control group,and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). ②Compared with treatment before,the levels of TT3,TT4,FT3 and FT4 were increased in both groups after treatment (P<0.05),while the TSH level was decreased after treatment (P<0.05). After treatment,there were statistically significant differences on the levels of all thyroid function indexes between the two groups (P<0.05). ③Compared with treatment before,the levels of TGAb and TMAb and the dosage of Euthyrox were decreased in both groups after treatment (P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of TGAb and TMAb and the dosage of Euthyrox in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Erxian Xiaoying Decoction combined with levothyroxine sodium shows satisfactory efficacy in the treatment of Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism,which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and thyroid function of patients,and reduce the levels of related antibodies.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Nazhi acupuncture of midnight-noon ebb-flow combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of limb dysfunction in patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods84 patients of cerebral apoplexy with limb dysfunction were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,42 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Nazhi acupuncture of midnight-noon ebb-flow combined with rehabilitation training,and the control group was treated with common acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training,with a course of 1 month. The changes on simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)score,modified Barthel index(MBI)and Berg balance scale(BBS)score were observed and compared. Results:①Finally 39 cases in the treatment group and 39 cases in the control group completed the trial. ②8 weeks,12 weeks and 16 weeks after treatment,the FMA score in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). ③8 weeks,12 weeks and 16 weeks after treatment,the MBI in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). ④8 weeks,12 weeks and 16 weeks after treatment,the BBS score in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Nazhi acupuncture of midnight-noon ebb-flow combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of limb dysfunction in patients with cerebral apoplexy can obviously improve the limb movement function and balance capability and enhance the self-care ability. Its efficacy is better than the therapy of common acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint massage combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. MethodsSixty patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the acupuncture group and acupoint massage plus acupuncture group,30 cases in each group. The acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture on the specific acupoint. The acupoint massage plus acupuncture group was treated with acupoint massage based on the treatment for the acupuncture group,with a course of 10 days. The changes on JOA scores and VAS score were compared. Results:①There were statistically significant differences on the JOA score and VAS score in both groups between treatment before and after (P<0.05). After treatment,the D-values of JOA score and VAS score in the acupoint massage plus acupuncture group were greater than those in the acupuncture group (P<0.05). ②Compared with treatment before,except the sensory disorders,the JOA scores of all items were increased in both groups after treatment (P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of lower back pain and activity limitation in the acupoint massage plus acupuncture group were higher than those in the acupuncture group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Compared with acupuncture alone,acupoint massage combined with acupuncture in the treatment of the lumbar disc herniation can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients and relieve the pain,which is worth further research and promotion.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of external washing recipe for eczema in treating infantile eczema with syndrome of excessive dampness-heat. Methods68 infants of eczema with syndrome of excessive dampness-heat were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with calamine lotion by external application,and the treatment group was treated with external washing recipe for eczema by wet compress,with a course of 14 days. The clinical efficacy was observed. The changes on eczema area and severity index (EASI) score and TCM syndrome score were compared. Results:①The total effective rates were 94.1% in the treatment group and 76.5% in the control group. There was statistically significant difference on the clinical efficacy between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group (P<0.05). ②In both groups,there were statistically significant differences on the ESAI score and TCM syndrome score between treatment before and after (P<0.05). After treatment,the ESAI score and TCM syndrome score in the treatment group were obviously lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). ③No adverse reactions such as redness,swollen and allergy were observed in the local drug-treated skin of patients in both groups. Conclusion:Compared with calamine lotion,external washing recipe for eczema shows better efficacy in the treatment of infantile eczema with syndrome of excessive dampness-heat,which can alleviate the symptoms of skin pruritus and skin lesions,with no adverse reactions.

摘要:Based on the theory of “excess Shaoyin”, combined with the modern pathogenesis of cholinergic urticaria, the etiology, pathogenesis, treatment and prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine are discussed. The basic pathogenesis of this disease is hyperactivity of heart fire caused by excessive heart fire or deficient kidney water of Shaoyin, one by restricting lung, the other by burning vessels, the injury impacts the skin and then becomes the urticaria. The diagnose and treatment of Chinese medicine on this disease should focus on hyperactivity of heart fire, on the other hand, it should pay attention to adjusting the mind. The treatment should be based on clearing heart fire for tranquillization or intercourse between heart and kidney, combined with psychological counseling.

摘要:Objective:To clone the protein phosphatase (PP) 2A gene in Dendrobium officinale, and analyze the bioinformatics and expression characteristics. MethodsThe RACE technology was used to clone the gene. A series of bioinformatics tools were used to analyze the physiochemical properties of nucleic acids and proteins, conserved domains and subcellular localization. The DNAStar 7.0 and MEGA 6.0 software were used for protein sequence comparison and phylogenetic analysis respectively. The quantitative PCR was used for the analysis of gene expression pattern. Results:The homology of DoPP2A (GenBank accession KT957552)cDNA, 1 410 bp in length, was 89%~94% with PP2A from other plants. The ORF encoded a peptide chain composed of 306 amino acid with a molecular weight of 35.19 kD and an isoelectric point of 4.79. The deduced protein contained the metallo-dependent phosphatase conserved domains. The DoPP2A did not contain signal peptides or trans-membrane domain, and located in the cytosol. The DoPP2A was highly conservative compared with PP2As from other plants, and was clustered into group A of the PP2A evolutionary tree. The gene transcripts in the roots and stems were 4.41 and 1.45 times respectively than that in the leaves. Conclusion:The molecular clone and characterization of DoPP2A can provide basis for the research on molecular function during the growth and development of Dendrobium officinale.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of medicated serum of Liuwei Dihuang Pill on the proliferation of MC3T3-E1 cells and mRNA expressions of Runx2 and FOXO1. MethodsThe suspension of Liuwei Dihuang Pill was prepared. The adult Wistar rats were treated with the suspension of Liuwei Dihuang Pill by intragastric administration, and then the medicated serum of Liuwei Dihuang Pill was collected. After conventional culture of MC3T3-E1 cells for 24 hours, the culture medium was replaced by 10% medicated serum with different concentrations. The proliferation of MC3T3-E1 cells was detected by CCK-8 after incubated for 48 and 72 hours respectively. The MC3T3-E1 cells were starved for 24 hours after culture with osteoblast-inducer for 22 days, and then the culture medium was replaced by 10% medicated serum with different concentrations. After cultured for 72 hours, the mRNA expressions of Runx2 and FOXO1 were detected. Results:The medicated serum of Liuwei Dihuang Pill could promote the proliferation of MC3T3-E1 cells in a certain dose-dependent manner. Meanwhile, the mRNA expression of Runx2 was significantly increased in the medicated serum of Liuwei Dihuang Pill groups with different doses (P<0.01), and the expression in the high-dose group was significantly higher than that in the low-dose group (P<0.01). The mRNA expression of FOXO1 in the high-dose group was significantly higher than that in the other three groups (P<0.01). Conclusion:The medicated serum of Liuwei Dihuang Pill can promote MC3T3-E1 cells proliferation and increase the mRNA expressions of Runx2 and FOXO1.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the inhibitory effects of Juanyin Xiefei Formula on airway mucus hypersecretion induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and its mechanism. MethodsThe human bronchial epithelial cells 16HBE were cultured. The cells were treated with lipopolysaccharide for 6 hours and/or 0.005% Juanyin Xiefei Formula, and the cells were transfected with suppressor of cytokine signaling 1 (SOCS1)-siRNA. The transfection effect was detected by RT-PCR and Western blot. According to the different treatment measures, the cells were divided into the blank control group, experiment 1 group (only lipopolysaccharide stimulation), experiment 2 group (lipopolysaccharide stimulation plus SOCS1-siRNA transfection), experiment 3 group (lipopolysaccharide stimulation plus Juanyin Xiefei Formula), experiment 4 group (lipopolysaccharide stimulation plus SOCS1-siRNA transfection plus Juanyin Xiefei Formula). The expressions of SOCS1, MUC5AC, phosphorylated JAK1 and STAT1 in the cell lysate of each group were detected by Western blot, and the total proteins of JAK1 and STAT1 was detected, with the protein expression of glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GADPH) as the internal parameter. Results:The effect of SOCS1-siRNA transfection was obvious detected by RT-PCR and Western blot. Compared with the blank control group, the expression of SOCS1 in the experiment 1 group was inhibited, the expression of MUC5AC and the phosphorylation levels of JAK1 and STAT1 were increased (P<0.001). The inhibition on SOCS1 expression and the increase of MUC5AC expression, JAK1 and STAT1 phosphorylation in the experiment 2 group were more significant (P<0.001). Compared with the experiment 1 group, the SOCS1 expression was increased, the MUC5AC expression and the phosphorylation levels of JAK1 and STAT1 were decreased in the experiment 3 group (P<0.001). Compared with the experiment 2 group, the SOCS1 expression was increased, and the MUC5AC expression and the phosphorylation levels of JAK1 and STAT1 were decreased in the experiment 4 group (P<0.001). After the treatment of Juanyin Xiefei Formula, the inhibition of lipopolysaccharide and SOCS1-siRNA on SOCS1 expression was improved, the phosphorylation levels of JAK1 and STAT1 and the expression of MUC5AC were decreased. Conclusion:Juanyin Xiefei Formula can inhibit the high expression of MUC5AC induced by lipopolysaccharide, and then inhibit the airway mucus hypersecretion, which is related to SOCS1 inhibition on JAK1/STAT1 signaling pathway, negative feedback regulation and reduction of phosphorylation level.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of ice compress and external application of Xiaozhong Powder on IGF-1 mRNA expression and histomorphology in injured skeletal muscle. Methods6 rats from 86 SD rats were taken as the blank control group, the other rats were randomly divided into the injury model group, Xiaozhong Powder treatment group, ice compress group, combination group (ice compress and Xiaozhong Powder). The model of acute skeletal muscle injury was established in these 80 rats by hit method. The changes of IGF-1 mRNA expression and histomorphology in injured skeletal muscle were observed after treatment for 1,3, 7 and 14 days, respectively. Results:There was no statistically significant difference among these groups after treatment for 1 day. After treatment for 3,7 and 14 days, the IGF-1 mRNA expression in the Xiaozhong Powder group and combination group was higher than that in the injury model group (P<0.05). After treatment for 1 and 3 days, the symptom of affected side in the ice compress group was almost the same as that in the injury model group, and the degree of tissue edema and inflammatory cell infiltration in the Xiaozhong Powder group and combination group was slighter than that in the injury model group. After treatment for 14 days, the gastrocnemius on the affected side showed local hematoma organization, scar tissue formation and striated muscle fiber regeneration in the injury model group. The injury in the Xiaozhong Powder group showed local revascularization and coexistence of scar tissue and myotube. The muscle fiber in the ice compress group was repaired to some extent, while the myotube and regenerated striated muscle fiber were irregularly arranged, and filled with connective tissue occasionally. In the combination group, the edema and inflammatory cell infiltration were absorbed, the myotube was well repaired and the muscle fiber tissue was compact and regularly arranged, which was similar to the normal tissue. After treatment for 1,3, 7 and 14 days, the injury scores in the combination group and Xiaozhong Powder group were lower than those in the injury model group (P<0.05) and ice compress treatment group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Xiaozhong Powder can increase the IGF-1 mRNA expression in the injury tissue and promote the repair of skeletal muscle, while ice compress can not increase the IGF-1 mRNA expression in the injury tissue. The repair and improvement effects of ice compress on skeletal muscle injury is not obvious. Local revascularization is observed in the Xiaozhong Powder group, and the repair degree of muscle morphology is improved. The muscle repair in the combination group is similar to the normal tissue.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of “Zhi San Zhen” acupuncture on liver injury induced by high intensity training in rats. MethodsSD rats aged 6-8 weeks were randomly divided into the normal group, model group and treatment group. The normal group was treated with routine feeding. The model group was treated with high intensity exercise at intensity of 60 minutes everyday, once a day, six times a week for 8 weeks. Based on the high intensity exercise, the treatment group was treated with “Zhi San Zhen” acupuncture once a day. The general survival state and body weight of rats in each group were observed. The protein content in the liver was detected by Coomassie blue staining, the liver glycogen content in the liver was detected by colorimetric assay, the superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity in the liver was determined by xanthine oxidase method, and the MDA content in the liver was detected by TBA method. The histopathological changes of liver were observed under light microscope, and the ultrastructural changes of liver were examined by transmission electron microscopy. Results:Compared with the model group, the general survival state of rats was improved in the treatment group and the body weight was increased in varying degrees. The protein content, liver glycogen level and liver SOD activity were obviously increased in the treatment group (P<0.05, P<0.01), and the MDA level was significantly decreased (P<0.01). The results of pathology and electron microscopy showed that the damage of hepatocyte was improved in the treatment group. Conclusion:“Zhi San Zhen” acupuncture can alleviate the liver injury caused by long-term high intensity training in rats and exert the protective effects on liver injury. The main mechanism may be related to the improvement on liver peroxidation injury in rats.

摘要:Objective:To prepare the solid dispersion of daidzein (DZ) colloidal silicon dioxide (Aeroperl 300 Pharma, AP) (DZ-AP), and evaluate its promotion effects on oral absorption of daidzein in vivo and in vitro. MethodsThe formulation of DZ-AP was optimized by uniform design. Both differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and X-ray diffraction (XRPD) were used to characterize DZ-AP. The cumulative dissolution rates and the changes of plasma concentration in rats were detected to evaluate the drug releasing of DZ-AP in vivo and in vitro, and the stability of DZ-AP solid dispersion was investigated. Results:The formulation of DZ-AP solid dispersion was optimized by uniform design as follows:daidzein 100 mg was dissolved in 3 times amount of methanol, 300 mg APs was added, and stirred at room temperature for 45 minutes, evaporated and dried for 1 hour. The DSC and XRPD results showed that majority of the drug existed in amorphous state. The dissolution rate of DZ-AP was significantly faster than that of the raw drug in vitro. The rat pharmacokinetics data showed that the relative bioavailability of solid dispersion was 137.1 percent of raw daidzein. The results of stability test showed that there were no obvious changes in the content and dissolution of daidzein when DZ-AP was stored at room temperature and acceleration condition for 3 months, which indicated the good stability of DZ-AP during storage. Conclusion:The preparation of DZ-AP solid dispersion with AP as carrier can effectively improve the dissolution rate and oral bioavailability of daidzein.  
摘要:This paper reviews the research progress on mechanisms of Shenfu Injection in the treatment of vascular diseases. Shenfu Injection is commonly used in the treatment of vascular diseases. Its main mechanisms are as follows:①in cardiovascular disease, it can protect the ischemia-reperfusion injury, regulate the activity of myocardial enzymes, regulate the electrophysiology of cardiomyocytes and ion channels, regulate the cytokines; ②in cerebrovascular disease, it can protect the nerves, improve the energy metabolism, regulate the electrophysiology, ion channels and cytokines; ③in other vascular diseases, it can increase blood perfusion, change hemodynamics and hemorheology and protect vascular endothelial cells.  
摘要:This paper reviews the research progress of mechanisms of manipulation on knee osteoarthritis in recent years. The mechanisms involve many aspects, including mechanical mechanism, intraosseous high pressure and hemorheological mechanism, molecular biological mechanism, metabonomics mechanism and so on.
