摘要:This paper summarizes Professor Shen Pi’an’s clinical experience in treating systemic lupus erythematosus. It is considered that the pathogenesis of this disease is invasion of heat,blood stasis,phlegm and toxin combined with deficiency of kidney yin. In the treatment,disease differentiation and symptomatic therapy combined with laboratory indexes and pharmacological studies are emphasized,and the characteristic prescription Hongban Decoction is created. And one proven case is presented.  
摘要:Song Yiqian Shanghan Lun Kao(Textual Research on Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases before Song Dynasty)is the research findings on Shanghan Lun(Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases)by modern Japanese physicians of Chinese prescriptions,which not only pays attention to the ancient literatures,but also combines the clinical practice of diagnosis and treatment. Reviewed Shanghan Lun(Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases)before Song Dynasty,a lot of original ideas are proposed,including tense series of treatise on cold pathogenic diseases,phlegm and fluid retention of treatise on cold pathogenic diseases,yang-ming diseases caused by stomach cold,miscellaneous diseases in Jingui Yaolve(Synopsis of Golden Chamber)as accompanying symptoms of cold pathogenic diseases,which show enlightenment for our country’s research on Shanghan Lun(Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases).

摘要:This article discusses the therapy and syndromes of anus disease due to depression syndrome. Anus disease due to depression syndrome refers to anorectal paresthesia caused by emotional factors. It is essentially a kind of depression syndrome but manifests as anorectal diseases. It shows the common characteristics of depression syndrome in etiology and pathogenesis. The diagnosis should exclude the anorectal organic lesions. Modern therapy of traditional Chinese medicine includes dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation,nourishing heart for tranquillization,benefiting qi for invigorating spleen,promoting blood circulation for removing phlegm. From the drug property of prescriptions,the majority are the treatments based on relieving depression. Anus disease due to depression syndrome normally presents in anorectal neurosis or functional anorectal pain and mental disorders. Modern medicine has confirmed that the mental factors show a close relationship with anorectal paresthesia.

摘要:Based on the pathogenesis of pathogen stagnation due to deficiency of collaterals,by sorting out,summarizing and comparing the relevant knowledge of modern physicians,it considers “deficiency of lung collaterals and pathogen blocking collaterals” as the common pathogenesis of chronic complex pulmonary disease,and puts forward the treatment strategies that taking macroscopic differentiation and collateral disease differentiation in combination,tonifying deficiency and dredging collaterals throughout the whole process,focusing on regulation for balance,which provide the theoretical basis and ideas for Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment.

摘要:Objective:To analyze the pulse graph characteristics of non-disease population with different health status and age gradient based on self-developed pulse diagnosis instrument (PDA-1),and provide reference for the research on clinical application of Chinese medical pulse diagnosis. MethodsThe basic information and pulse graph of 1 720 non-disease subjects were collected. The health status of each case was evaluated by self-developed H20 questionnaire. The differences on pulse graphs and characteristic information were analyzed in healthy subjects with different age gradient,sub-healthy subjects with different age gradient and healthy and sub-healthy subjects with same age. Results:①Among the 1 720 non-disease cases,there were 730 healthy cases and 990 sub-healthy cases. ②Compared with the healthy group,the value of h5 was decreased significantly in the sub-healthy group (P<0.01),and the values of t4,t5,h3/h1,h4/h1,t4/t5,w1/t and w2/t were increased significantly (P<0.05,P<0.01). ③In healthy subjects,there were no statistically significant differences on the pulse graph parameters between people of age from 40 to 49 year-old and those equal or more than 50 year-old gradient (P>0.05). There were statistically significant differences on the pulse graph parameters between people of age from 40 to 49 year-old and those less than 30 year-old or those of age from 30-39 year-old. To be specific,the value of h5 was decreased significantly (P<0.01) and the values of h3,h4,t4,h3/h1,w1/t were increased significantly (P<0.05,P<0.01) in the pulse graph of subjects with age from 40 to 49 year-old. ④In sub-healthy subjects,with the increasing age,the value of h5 was decreased significantly (P<0.01) and the values of t1,t4,t4/t5 were significantly increased (P<0.05,P<0.01). ⑤For the comparison between the healthy and sub-healthy subjects with the same age gradient,in the age of <30 and 30 to 39 year-old,the value of h5 was decreased significantly in sub-healthy subjects(P<0.05);in the age of <30 year-old,the values of t4,h3/h1,t4/t5 and w1/t were increased significantly in sub-healthy subjects (P<0.05,P<0.01);in the age of 30-39 year-old,the values of t4 and h4/h1 were significantly increased in sub-healthy subjects (P<0.05,P<0.01). There were no statistically significant differences on the pulse graph parameters between healthy and sub-healthy subjects at 40 to 49 year-old gradient and equal or more than 50 year-old gradient (P>0.05). Compared with the age of <30 and 30-39 year-old,the value of h5 was gradually decreased in the subjects with age of 40 to 49 and ≥50 year-old. Conclusion:There are differences on the pulse graph between health and sub-healthy subjects,as well as subjects with same age gradient and different health status,which mainly present as the values of h5,h3/h1,w1/t and other indicators. The study results suggest that in sub-healthy subjects,the left ventricular ejection function and the arterial compliance are decreased,the arterial vascular elasticity is reduced,the peripheral resistance is increased and the pulse condition tends to be stringy pulse. The pulse graph can be considered as an objective basis for health status evaluation.  
摘要:This paper introduces Professor WANG Xingkuan’s experience in treating cervical spondylosis with therapy of benefiting kidney and tonifying liver and regulating Du meridian. The pathogenesis of cervical spondylosis is deficiency of liver and kidney,malnutrition of muscles and bones,blood stasis of bone and collaterals,obstruction of Du meridian. The treatment should take tonifying liver and kidney,benefiting essential qi,promoting blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals and regulating Du meridian in combination. And it is emphasized that the rattan,branch,luffa,insect and other drugs of dredging collaterals can be used in the treatment of Bi diseases. One proven case is presented.

摘要:This paper introduces Professor Gao Jiandong’s clinical experience in treating uric acid nephropathy by stage. It is considered that the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease are deficiency of spleen and kidney,intermingled phlegm and blood stasis. In the treatment,symptomatic treatment can be used in acute condition,including clearing heat and promoting diuresis,cooling blood for relieving pain;radical treatment can be used in chronic case,including dissipating phlegm and removing blood stasis combined with tonifying spleen and kidney. One proven case is presented.

摘要:This paper introduces Professor Yang Wei’s experience in treating inflammatory bowel diseases. It is considered that the diseases are mainly caused by dampness-heat. In active period,dampness-heat accumulates in the intestine and thus leads to impairment of intestinal lipid-blood. The treatment should clear heat and eliminate dampness,activate qi circulation to relieve pain. In remission,dampness-heat remains due to impairment of yang qi. In remission, dampness-heat remains due to impairment of yang qi and. The treatment should clear heat and eliminate dampness,consolidate body resistance and culture primordial qi. Shiyan Recipe and Xuyan Recipe are applied respectively.  
摘要:This paper makes systematic interpretation on the theory of“tranquillization for strengthening vital qi”,from the relationship between insomnia and deficiency syndrome and the therapeutic effects of tranquillization in internal damage,miscellaneous disease and deficiency syndrome. Sleep is an important way to restore vital qi. Deficient diseases and syndromes are often accompanied with insomnia,which caused by insufficiency of qi and blood,malnutrition of zang-fu organs,yang failing to enter yin. Deficiency syndrome also can be aggravated by insomnia,even presents the tendency of “deficiency,loss and overexertion”,which lead to the poor prognosis. Therefore,the theory of“tranquillization for strengthening vital qi” is proposed. It is considered that tranquillization can be used in the treatment of deficient diseases as adjuvant therapy,which regulates sleep and induces yang into yin in order to restore vital qi.

摘要:The yang-deficiency constitution and yang-deficiency syndrome are compared and analyzed to make clear the connotation scope of yang-deficiency constitution. Then,through the analysis on the theory of yang-deficiency constitution in ancient medical books,it finds that yang-deficiency constitution shows its own characteristics,which affect the tendency of disease,medication and health preservation. Based on this and upheld the concept of“searching for the root cause of disease in treatment and root cause originating in constitution”,it is proposed that the primary dysmenorrhea in women with yang-deficiency constitution should be treated with internal and external regulation,and the principles of supporting yang,tonifying yang and protecting yang should be emphasized.

摘要:Through the analysis on the medical records in volume of “typhoid fever in internal diseases”from Ding Ganren’s Collection of Clinical Medical Practice,this paper summarizes Ding’s rich experience and thoughts of syndrome differentiation in treating typhoid exogenous diseases. Ding learned experience from other physicians and studied diligently. Based on Zhang Zhongjing’s syndrome differentiation of six meridians,treatments according to six meridians are proposed as the principle,which considered as the key to the analysis of illness condition and medication according to indications. Some representative medical cases are selected and their syndrome-treatment-recipe-medicines are analyzed,and Ding’s experiences in treating typhoid exogenous diseases are summarized.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenge Recipe in the treatment of senile non-alcoholic steatohepatitis with syndrome of phlegm turbidity due to spleen deficiency. Methods96 elderly patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,48 cases in each group. Patients in both groups were treated with the proper diet and exercise regimen to control the primary disease. Meanwhile,all patients were treated with conventional hepatoprotective and anti-inflammatory drugs. In addition,the treatment group was treated with Shenge Recipe granules and the control group was treated with placebo,with a course of 6 months. The efficacy was observed by B-mode ultrasound. The liver function indexes,blood lipid levels,blood routine examination,TCM syndrome score and non-invasive liver fibrosis model index based on 4 factors(FIB-4) were compared. Results:①Finally 80 cases completed the trial,among 39 cases in the treatment group and 41 cases in the control group. ②In the treatment group,9 cases were cured,24 cases were effective and the effective rate was 84.6%. While in the control group,3 cases were cured,19 cases were effective and the effective rate was 53.7%. There was statistically significant difference on the efficacy of B-mode ultrasound,and the effective rate in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). ③After treatment,the levels of alanine transaminase (ALT) and aspartate transaminase (AST) in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). ④After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). ⑤After treatment,the TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). ⑥After treatment,the FIB-4 index in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Shenge Recipe shows satisfactory efficacy on senile non-alcoholic steatohepatitis with syndrome of phlegm turbidity due to spleen deficiency,which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms,the degree of hepatic fatty infiltration and the disorder of lipid metabolism in patients,protect the liver function,and also significantly allievate the degree of liver fibrosis.

摘要:Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Feiyanning Granule in the treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma with syndrome of deficiency of both essence and qi. MethodsA prospective randomized controlled study was performed. 100 patients of advanced lung adenocarcinoma with syndrome of deficiency of both essence and qi were randomly divided into the treatment group (49 cases) and the control group (51 cases). The patients in the treatment group were treated with Feiyanning Granule and the patients in the control group were treated with analogue of Feiyanning Granule,with a course of 2 months. The short-term efficacy and the medication safety were observed. The changes on the TCM syndromes,Karnofsky performance status (KPS) score,body weight and serum tumor markers were compared. Results:①Finally 44 cases in the treatment group and 43 cases in the control group completed the trial. ②The disease control rates were 79.5% in the treatment group and 53.5% in the control group. The disease control rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). ③The improvement rates of TCM syndromes were 81.8% in the treatment group and 23.3% in the control group. The improvement rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). ④The total effective rates of KPS score were 93.2% in the treatment group and 65.1% in the control group. The total effective rate of KPS score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of body weight were 79.5% in the treatment group and 69.8% in the control group. There was no statistically significant difference on the total effective rates of body weight between the two groups (P>0.05). ⑤After treatment,there were statistically significant differences on the levels of CA125 and CA50 between the two groups (P<0.05),and the levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). ⑥There was no statistically significant difference on the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:Feiyanning Granule shows satisfactory clinical efficacy in the treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma with syndrome of deficiency of both essence and qi,which can obviously stabilize the illness condition,improve the clinical symptoms and enhance the quality of life.

摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Wubi Shanyao Pill in the treatment of chronic pyelonephritis with syndrome of deficiency of both spleen and kidney,as well as its effects on immune response function. Methods90 patients of chronic pyelonephritis with syndrome of deficiency of both spleen and kidney were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional bacteriostasis therapy,and the treatment group was treated with modified Wubi Shanyao Pill based on the treatment for the control group,with a course of one month. The clinical efficacy and recurrence rate were observed. And the related indexes of humoral immunity and cellular immunity were compared,including serum immunoglobulin (IgA,IgG,IgM),complement C3,interleukin-6 (IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and positive expression rate of Toll like receptor 4 (TLR4) in peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Results: ①The clinical total effective rates were 93.3% in the treatment group and 77.8% in the control group. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). ②Compared with treatment before,the levels of IgA,IgG and complement C3 in the treatment group were significantly increased after treatment (P<0.05);while in the control group,there were no statistically significant differences on the levels of IgA,IgG,IgM and complement C3 between treatment before and after (P>0.05). After treatment,there were statistically significant differences on the levels of IgA,IgG and complement C3 between the two groups,and the levels in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). ③For the comparison between treatment before and after,there were statistically significant differences on the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α and positive expression rate of TLR4 in both groups (P<0.05). After treatment,there were statistically significant differences on the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α and positive expression rate of TLR4 between the two groups,and the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α and the positive expression rate of TLR4 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). ④During the follow-up,there were 8 cases with recurrence in the treatment group(8/42) and 18 cases with recurrence in the control group (18/35). The total recurrence frequencies were 11 times in the treatment group and 25 times in the control group. The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Modified Wubi Shanyao Pill combined with conventional bacteriostasis therapy of western medicine shows satisfactory efficacy in the treatment of chronic pyelonephritis,which can significantly decrease the recurrence rate,regulate the immune response function and inhibit the inflammatory state in patients.

摘要:Objective:To observe the short-term efficacy of Xiaoliu Powder combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)in the treatment of advanced liver cancer. Methods66 patients with advanced liver cancer were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,33 cases in each group. The patients in both groups were treated with TACE,and those in the treatment group were treated with Xiaoliu Powder 7 days before TACE. One month after operation,the short-term efficacy was evaluated,and the levels of liver function related indexes such as alanine transaminase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),total bilirubin (TBIL) and albumin (ALB),the levels of alpha fetoprotein (AFP) and prothrombin time (PT),the Karnofsky perfomance status (KPS) score and the adverse reactions were observed. Results:①The effective rates and the disease control rates were 63.6% and 81.8% in the treatment group and 45.5% and 75.8% in the control group,respectively,which indicated that the short-term efficacy in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). ②Compared with treatment before,the levels of ALT,AST and TBIL were significantly decreased in the treatment group one month after operation (P<0.05),while the levels of ALT and AST were increased in the control group (P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences on the levels of ALT,AST,TBIL and ALB between the two groups one month after operation (P<0.05). ③Compared with treatment before,the level of AFP was decreased (P<0.05) and the level of KPS was increased (P<0.05) in both groups one month after operation. After the treatment,there were statistically significant differences on the levels of AFP,PT and KPS between the two groups (P<0.05). ④The incidence rates of adverse reaction were 78.8% in the treatment group and 97.0% in the control group,respectively. There were statistically significant differences on the incidence rates of nausea and vomiting,myelosuppression and overall adverse reaction between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:Xiaoliu Powder combined with TACE in the treatment of advanced liver cancer can improve the short-term efficacy,enhance the quaility of life and reduce the adverse reactions.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Haikun Shenxi Capsule in the treatment of chronic renal failure and its effects on oxidative stress state. Methods90 patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine therapy of western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Haikun Shenxi Capsule based on the treatment for the control group,with a course of one month. The clinical efficacy was observed,and the oxidative stress related indexes were compared,including superoxide dismutase (SOD),advanced glycation end products (AGEs),malondialdehyde (MDA) and advanced oxidation protein products (AOPP). Results:①The clinical total effective rates were 86.7% in the treatment group and 68.9% in the control group. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). ②For the comparison between treatment before and after,there were statistically significant differences on the levels of SOD,AGEs,MDA and AOPP in both groups (P<0.05). After treatment,there were statistically significant differences on the levels of SOD,AGEs,MDA and AOPP between the two groups,the improvement in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Haikun Shenxi Capsule can effectively improve the renal function of patients with chronic renal failure,and its mechanism may be related to the improvement on the state of oxidative stress.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiewu Capsule combined with Chuanxiong Pingchuan Mixture in the treatment of bronchial asthma in attack stage with syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis. Methods104 patients of bronchial asthma in attack stage with syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,52 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Xiewu Capsule combined with Chuanxiong Pingchuan Mixture,and the control group was treated with Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules by oral administration and Budesonide Powder by inhalation,with a course of 7 days. The clinical efficacy was observed,and the changes on TCM syndrome score,pulmonary function indexes and related cytokines were compared. Results:①The clinical total effective rates were 86.5% in the treatment group and 75.0% in the control group,and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). ②For the comparison between treatment before and after,there was statistically significant difference on TCM syndrome score in both groups (P<0.05). For the comparison of the difference between treatment before and after,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups,and the decrease of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was significantly greater than that in the control group (P<0.05). ③For the comparison between treatment before and after,there were statistically significant differences on the levels of forced vital capacity (FVC),forced expiratory volume in first second (FEV1) and peak expiratory flow (PEF) in both groups (P<0.05). After treatment,there were statistically significant differences on the levels of FEV1 and PEF between the two groups,and the improvement in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference on FVC level between the two groups (P>0.05). ④For the comparison between treatment before and after,there were statistically significant differences on the levels of serum interleukin-4 (IL-4) and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) in both groups (P<0.05). After treatment,there were no statistically significant differences on the levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:Xiewu Capsule combined with Chuanxiong Pingchuan Mixture shows satisfactory efficacy in the treatment of bronchial asthma in attack stage with syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis,which can obviously alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the pulmonary ventilation function in patients. Its mechanism may be related to correcting the imbalance of Th1/Th2 cell function.

摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Feng’s fascia point on relieving hand spasm after stroke. Methods16 patients with hand spasm after stroke were treated with acupuncture at Feng’s fascia point,with a course of 4 weeks. The changes on the modified Ashworth scale score were observed before the treatment,after the first treatment and at the end of treatment. Results:Compared with treatment before,the modified Ashworth scale score of patients was decreased after the first treatment and at the end of treatment (P<0.05). And the modified Ashworth scale score at the end of treatment was significantly lower than that after the first treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture at Feng’s fascia point can effectively and immediately relieve the hand spasm after stroke,and the effects are more obvious as the increasing intervention time.

摘要:Based on the growth features,this paper discusses the efficacy characteristics of Mahuang(Ephedrae Herba)and its application in edema diseases. It grows in a dry and cold land,with no snow in winter. The medicinal parts are hollow and straight up and down. The efficacy characteristics can be summed up as “expelling” and “dredging”. The “expelling” means sweating,inducing diuresis and relaxing bowels,the “dredging” refers to promoting blood circulation for eliminating abdominal mass,warming and regulating yang qi. Mahuang(Ephedrae Herba)can regulate the internal organs function,such as lung,kidney,bladder and Sanjiao,which are closely related to water-fluid metabolism.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects and molecular mechanisms of water extract of Weiqi Decoction on the growth and tube formation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). MethodsThe HUVECs were divided into 6 groups and treated with water extract of Weiqi Decoction at concentrations of 0,0.125,0.25,0.5 and1 mg·ml-1 or 5-FU at concentration of 30 μmol/L,respectively. After 24 hours culture,the effects of Weiqi Decoction at different concentrations on the cell proliferation of HUVECs were detected by CCK-8 assay. The tube formation of HUVECs was detected by Matrigel assay. The protein expressions and phosphorylation levels of MAPK pathway-related proteins (ERK and p38) were detected by Western blot. Results:The water extract of Weiqi Decoction could inhibit the survival rate of HUVECs. In addition,the water extract of Weiqi Decoction could inhibit the tube formation of HUVECs in a dose-dependent manner (P<0.01),and significantly down-regulate the protein expressions and phosphorylation levels of MAPK pathway-related proteins (ERK and p38) in HUVECs (P<0.01). Conclusion:The water extract of Weiqi Decoction can inhibit the survival rate and tube formation of HUVECs. The mechanism may be associated with the down-regulation on the expressions and phosphorylation levels of MAPK pathway related proteins (ERK and p38).  
摘要:Objective:To observe the autophagy induced by cisplatin in A549 lung cancer cells and the effects of Feiyanning decoction on the autophagy related proteins including autophagy related gene 5 (Atg5) and autophagy related gene 7 (Atg7). MethodsThe A549 lung cancer cells were cultured and treated with cisplatin and Feiyanning decoction. The optimized concentrations of cisplatin and Feiyanning were screened by cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) assay. The proliferation ability of A549 cells in each group was measured by CCK-8 assay. The expressions of autophagy related proteins in each group were detected by Western blot. Results:Compared with cisplatin alone,3 mg/L cisplatin combined with 20 mmol/L chloroquine(autophagy inhibitor)significantly increased the inhibition rate of A549 cell proliferation (P<0.05). Meanwhile,the protein expression of microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3(LC3Ⅱ)was increased after cisplatin treatment (P<0.01). The Atg5 protein expression in the Feiyanning group was lower than that in the model group and the cisplatin group (P<0.05),and the Atg7 protein expression in the Feiyanning group was significantly lower than that in the model group and the cisplatin group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Cisplatin induces protective autophagy in A549 lung cancer cells,and Feiyangning may suppress the cell proliferation by inhibiting autophagy in lung cancer cells.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of catalpol on hyperthyroidism in rats. MethodsThe hyperthyroid model was established by levothyroxine sodium (L-T4) with subcutaneous injection at dose of 280 ng/g. After successful modeling,the model rats were divided into the model group,thiamazole group (10 μg/g),propylthiouracil group (40 μg/g) and catalpol groups with low- (10 μg/g),middle-(20 μg/g) and high-(40 μg/g) dose. After treatment for 21 days,the heart rate,heart weight index and spleen index of rats in each group were measured. The levels of triiodothyronine (T3),thyroxine (T4),free triiodothyronine (FT3),free thyroxine (FT4),thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH),thyroid microsomal antibody (TMAB),thyroglobulin antibody (TGAB),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),interleukin-6 (IL-6),interleukin-2 (IL-2) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay . Results:Compared with the model group,the heart rate,the levels of T3,T4,FT3,FT4,TGAB,IL-2/IL-10,the index of whole heart,left heart and spleen were significantly decreased in the catalpol groups with middle- and high-dose (P<0.05),while the TSH level was increased significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion:Catalpol shows certain improving and therapeutic effects on hyperthyroidism.  
摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects of fetal bovine serum and rat serum on cartilage tissue engineering in vitro,and provide the proper culture method for tissue-engineered cartilage. MethodsThe rat primary chondrocytes were collected and cultured in incubator for 48 hours after centrifugation,and the cell pellets spontaneously formed the cartilage nodules. The cartilage nodules were divided into the fetal bovine serum (FBS) group and rat serum (RS) group. The medium was changed every other day and the cartilage nodules were cultured for continuous 14 days. Then the cartilage tissues were weighed and fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde. The specimens were dehydrated,embedded in paraffin,cut into slices and then stained with hematoxylin-eosin (HE),toluidine blue and safranin O-fast green. The expression levels of type Ⅱ collagen (Col2a1) and type I collagen (Col1a1) were detected by immunofluorescence. Results:The weight of cartilage tissue in the FBS group was much heavier than that in the RS group,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The results of HE staining showed that the tissues exhibited fibrous structures in the RS group but typical cartilage structures in the FBS group. The tissues in the FBS group were obviously stained by toluidine blue and safranin O,while those in the RS group were slightly stained by toluidine blue and strongly stained by fast green,which indicated the cartilage degeneration or non-cartilage tissues. The expression levels of type Ⅱ collagen and type I collagen were detected by immunofluorescence. The type Ⅱ collagen was highly expressed in the FBS group and showed low expression in the RS group. The expression level of type I collagen in the two groups was opposite to that of type Ⅱ collagen,which was high in the RS group and low in the FBS group. Conclusion:Fetal bovine serum can promote the formation of cartilage tissue,while rat serum can inhibit the formation of cartilage tissue. Fetal bovine serum is more suitable for cartilage tissue engineering in vitro.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of Danggui Buxue Decoction on the expressions of activating transcription factor 6 (ATF6),C/EBP homologous protein (CHOP) and cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase-3 (Caspase-3) in the renal tissue of diabetic nephropathy rats,and discuss its mechanism of protecting kidney. Methods60 male SD rats were randomly divided into the control group and modeling group. The model of diabetic nephropathy(DN)was established in the modeling group by streptozotocin (STZ) with intravenous injection in tail combined with the high fat and high glucose diet. After successful modeling,the rats were randomly divided into the model group,gliclazide group,Danggui Buxue Decoction groups with high- and low-dose,10 rats in each group. The gliclazide group was treated with gliclazide sustained-release tablets at a dose of 2.68 mg·kg-1·d-1. The Danggui Buxue Decoction groups with high- and low-dose were treated with Danggui Buxue Decoction at doses of 7.14 mg·kg-1·d-1 and 1.78 mg·kg-1·d-1,respectively. The control group and the model group were treated with equivalent 0.9% NaCl solution. After administration for continuous 8 weeks,the protein and mRNA expression levels of ATF6,CHOP and Caspase-3 were detected by Western blot and PCR. The apoptosis rate of positive cells in renal tissue of rats in each group was detected by TUNEL staining. Results:Compared with the control group,the mRNA and protein expressions of ATF6,CHOP and Caspase-3 were up-regulated in the model group and the rate of TUNEL positive cells was increased (P<0.01). Compared with the model group,the mRNA and protein expressions of ATF6,CHOP and Caspase-3 were down-regulated in the gliclazide group and Danggui Buxue Decoction groups with high- and low-dose,and the rate of TUNEL positive cells was significantly decreased (P<0.01). The mRNA and protein expressions of ATF6,CHOP and Caspase-3 and the rate of TUNEL positive cells in the Danggui Buxue Decoction group with high-dose were significantly lower than those in the gliclazide group or low-dose group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Danggui Buxue Decoction can reduce the renal cell apoptosis in diabetic nephropathy rats. Its mechanism may be related to the down-regulation of ATF6,CHOP and Caspase-3 and the inhibition on endoplasmic reticulum stress.  
摘要:Objective:To discuss the effects of medicated serum of Compound Shenlu Granule on TNF- α induced CD34+ cell apoptosis in normal bone marrow based on P38MAPK pathway. MethodsWistar rats were randomly divided into the blank group and Compound Shenlu Granule groups with low-,medium- and high-dose. The blank serum and medicated serum at different concentrations were prepared respectively. The normal bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMMCs) from 8 individuals were collected and isolated. The BMMCs were treated with blank serum or 10% medicated serum at different concentrations,which co-cultured with 20 ng/ml TNF- α. The apoptosis rate of CD34+cells was detected by flow cytometry. The protein expressions of P38,p-P38,P53,p-P53,Bcl-xl and Bcl-2 in BMMCs were detected by Western blot. The mRNA expressions of P38,P53,Bcl-xl and Bcl-2 were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results:Compared with the blank group,the apoptosis rate of CD34+ cells and the protein expressions of p-P38 and p-P53 were significantly decreased in the Compound Shenlu Granule groups with medium- and high-dose,and the Bcl-xl protein and mRNA expressions were significantly up-regulated,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion:The medicated serum of Compound Shenlu Granule can effectively inhibit the TNF- α induced CD34+ cell apoptosis in normal bone marrow,down-regulate the protein expressions of p-P38 and p-P53 and up-regulate the expression of Bcl-xl. Its mechanism may be related to the P38MAPK-mediated apoptosis pathway.  
摘要:Objective:To establish a high performance liquid chromatography-photodiode array (HPLC-PDA) method for the simultaneous determination of five effective components (atractylenolideⅠ,atractylenolide Ⅱ,atractylenolide Ⅲ,albiflorin and paeoniflorin),detect their contents in Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma),Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba),couplet medicines and compound recipe (Tongxie Yao Recipe), and provide scientific basis for research on effects of compatibility on chemical components. MethodsThe separation was performed on a Thermo Fisher C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) by gradient elution of acetonitrile (A)-water (B) as the mobile phase at flow rate of 1 ml·min-1,with running time of 32 minutes and column temperature at 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was set at 222 nm for atractylenolideⅠand Ⅲ,278 nm for atractylenolide Ⅱ and 232 nm for albiflorin and paeoniflorin. The volume of sample injection was 10 μl. Results:Linear investigation on detection results was performed by linear regression with peak area (Y) and concentration (X). The linear ranges of atractylenolideⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,paeoniflorin and albiflorin were at 0.008 0-0.320 0 μg (r1=0.999 9),0.004 1-0.160 0 μg (r2=0.999 8),0.210 0-0.840 0 μg (r3=0.999 7),1.750 0-70.000 0 μg (r4=0.999 8),1.000 0-40.000 0 μg (r5=0.999 6),respectively. The sample recovery test,precision test and repeatability test performed well. The stability test verified the good stability within 24 hours,which meant that the results were accurate and reliable. The contents of the five effective ingredients in single drug,couplet medicines and compound recipe were paeoniflorin > albiflorin > atractylenolide Ⅲ > atractylenolideⅠ > atractylenolide Ⅱ. Compared with the single drug,the contents of atractylenolideⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were increased after the compatibility of Baizhu and Baishao,but the contents of paeoniflorin and albiflorin were decreased. For the comparison between the couplet medicines and compound recipe,the content of atractylenolideⅠin the couplet medicines was obviously higher than that in the compound recipe,and the contents of atractylenolide Ⅱ,atractylenolide Ⅲ,paeoniflorin and albiflorin in the couplet medicines were obviously lower than those in the compound recipe. Conclusion:This method can be used for the quality control of single drug,couplet medicines and compound recipe. Through the comparison of contents of effective ingredients in single drug,couplet medicines and compound recipe,it suggests the impacts of compatibility on effective ingredients of drugs.

摘要:This paper reviews the anti-tumor mechanisms of icaritin and its related derivatives. Icaritin and its related derivatives show the inhibitory effects on the tumors of different types. Its mechanisms mainly include induction of cell apoptosis,regulation of cell cycle,anti-angiogenesis,inhibition of tumor metastasis and immune regulation.
