摘要:This paper introduces Ye Jinghua’s experience in treating urinary system diseases. The treatment for urinary tract infection should be based on eliminating pathogen combined with strengthening vital qi. For acute nephritis,dispersing and clearing heat-dampness are focused. For chronic nephritis,benefiting kidney for clearing heat-dampness and promoting blood circulation for dispelling wind are emphasized. For diabetic nephropathy,the therapy should be slow tonifying and activating blood. For chronic renal failure,the treatment should take reinforcement and elimination in combination,as well as internal and external treatment. For hematuria,the syndrome can be divided into four patterns including excessive heat,deficient heat,qi deficiency and stagnation of blood stasis. For proteinuria,wind,dampness,stasis and deficiency should be paid attention.

摘要:Through the ancient books review and literatures search,this paper summarizes the development evolution of Fuzi(Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata)efficacy of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. It finds that it plays an important role in the treatment of difficult and critical diseases,but it has been gradually ignored in the replacement of the times. The Chinese medical mechanisms and manifestations of the formation of “blood stasis” in chronic kidney diseases have been objectively demonstrated by modern research results. Modern pharmacology of Fuzi with efficacy of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in treating chronic kidney diseases is reflected in its effects on hemorheology,microcirculation and platelet coagulation and fibrinolysis system.  
摘要:This article analyzes the pathological mechanism of sepsis based on the theory of collateral diseases. The main manifestations of sepsis are gas collateral damage and blood collateral stagnation. The two affect each other,which in turn triggers the early immune inflammatory response (collateral heat),microcirculation endothelial dysfunction (collateral phlegm),coagulation disorders (collateral stagnation) and intestinal bacteria /endotoxin translocation and advanced inflammatory mediators (collateral toxin),and eventually leads to the formation of sepsis.  
摘要:Premenopausal syndrome due to depression syndrome is premenopausal syndrome induced by internal injury caused by excess of seven emotions. Its clinical manifestations include physical symptoms and mental symptoms. Physical symptoms can be divided into menstrual disorders and non-menstrual disorders. Stagnation of liver qi,hyperactivity of heart-liver fire,deficiency of qi and blood,phlegm stasis,stirring wind due to yin deficiency,stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency and so on,all of which is the common pathogenesis of premenopausal syndrome due to depression syndrome. Contemporary Chinese medicine has gradually realized the existence of premenopausal syndrome due to depression syndrome. The treatment is no longer confined to tonifying kidney,but began to use more and more therapies based on relieving depression,such as dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation,nourishing blood for tranquillization. Modern studies have shown that psychosocial factors can affect the onset of perimenopausal syndrome,and anti-depression,hormone replacement and psychological cognitive therapy can help to relieve the clinical symptoms,which is the strong evidence for premenopausal syndrome due to depression.

摘要:Objective:To summarize Professor Fan Zhongze’s medication rule of prescriptions in treating colon cancer by means of data mining based on “feature analysis and data mining software for TCM prescriptions in syndrome differentiation and treatment”. MethodsProfessor Fan Zhongze’s outpatient prescriptions for colon cancer were collected, and the medication rule and prescription characteristics were analyzed by data frequency statistics and association rules in “feature analysis and data mining software for TCM prescriptions in syndrome differentiation and treatment”. Results:①A total of 212 cases were included in this study, and 762 prescriptions were used. Among them, there were 16 drugs used in high frequency, such as Fulin (Poria), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Banzhilian (Scutellariae Barbatae Herba), Huangqi (Astragali Radix), Yeputaoteng, Dangshen (Codonopsis Radix); there were 32 couplet medicines used in high frequency, such as Fuling- Baizhu, Fuling- Banzhilian, Banzhilian- Huangqi; there were 23 medicine groups that composed of three drugs, such as Fuling- Banzhilian- Huangqi, Fuling- Baizhu- Huangqi, Baizhu- Banzhilian- Huangqi; there were 17 medicine groups that composed of four drugs, such as Fuling- Baizhu- Banzhilian- Huangqi, Fuling- Baizhu- Huangqi- Dangshen, Fuling- Banzhilian- Huangqi- Dangshen. Conclusion:16 high-frequency drugs, 32 common couplet medicines and 23 medicine groups of three drugs and 17 medicine groups of four drugs, which Professor Fan Zhongze used in treating colon cancer, are summarized. Data mining can be used for the study on experience of TCM famous and veteran doctors.  
摘要:This paper summarizes Professor Bian Songjing’s experience in treating ulcerative colitis. It is considered that the pathogenesis is dampness-heat stagnating in intestine,qi stagnation and stasis of collaterals and dysfunction of spleen in transportation due to spleen deficiency. The treatment should be taking Fuzi and Baizhu in combination to warm kidney and invigorate spleen,flexibly applying Shaoyao to remove food stagnation and dissolve blood stasis. One proven case is presented.

摘要:This paper introduces Professor He Liqun’s strategy and medication experience in treating chronic kidney diseases. The occurrence of chronic kidney diseases mostly results from the combination of exogenous pathogenic factors such as wind evil, cold evil, water dampness, poisonous evil and interior pathogenic factors such as seven emotional factors,diet and tiredness. The treatment should be promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis,regulating qi,tonifying kidney and dredging collateral,dispersing stagnated liver qi and regulating spleen,benefiting qi and nourishing blood and relieving qi stagnation,eliminating pathogen and strengthening vital qi,combination of tonifying deficiency,regulating qi and expelling water retention. The empirical formulas are analyzed,including “Kangxianling Decoction”,“Kangxianling Decoction-II” and “Jianpi Qinghua Decoction”. One proven case is presented.

摘要:This paper discusses Professor Huang Huang’s application experience of commonly used classical prescriptions in encephalopathy. Professor Huang’s commonly used classical prescriptions could be divided into associated prescriptions of qi and phlegm stagnation and associated prescriptions of dysfunction of Shaoyang and excessive fu-viscera caused by phlegm-heat. The representative prescriptions include Wendan Decoction,Chufan Decoction,Jieyu Decoction,Chaihu plus Longu Muli Decoction and so on. The application characteristics of prescriptions and syndromes are analyzed,and two proven cases are presented.

摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pill (STDP) on the myocardial reperfusion in patients with acute ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods160 patients with STEMI before undergoing PCI were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 80 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with routine western medicine before and after PCI. The treatment group was treated with STDP by sublingual administration before coronary arteriography and oral administration after PCI, and the control group was treated with placebo by the same methods, with a course of one month. The intervention indicators during operation were observed, the postoperative myocardial reperfusion indicators and the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) one month after operation were compared. Results:①Finally, 153 patients including 75 patients in the treatment group and 78 patients in the control group completed the trial. ②There were no statistically significant differences on PCI intraoperative medication (tirofiban and heparin), application of suction catheter, infarction related artery and number of implanted stents between the two groups (P>0.05). ③The ST segment fall rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), while the corrected TIMI frame count (cTFC) in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). ④Compared with 3 days after operation, the LVEF level was obviously increased in the treatment group one month after operation (P<0.05). One month after operation, the LVEF level in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pill can significantly improve the myocardial reperfusion and enhance the short-term cardiac function in STEMI patients after PCI surgery.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine of activating spleen and dissipating phlegm combined with western medicine on primary epilepsy with syndrome of spleen defficiency and abundant phlegm. Methods60 patients of primary epilepsy with syndrome of spleen deficiency and abundant phlegm were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with carbamazepine, the treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine of activating spleen and dissipating phlegm based on the treatment for the control group, with a total course of one year. During the treatment, the patients were followed-up every 3 months. The clinical efficacy was observed, the changes of attack frequency, duration and abnormal rate of electroencephalogram (EEG) were compared. Results:①The total effective rates were 83.3% in the treatment group and 70.0% in the control group, the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group (P<0.05). ②In both groups, there were statistically significant differences on the frequency and duration of epileptic seizures between treatment before and different observation time points during treatment (P<0.05). At different observation time points during treatment, the frequency of epileptic seizure in the treatment group was significantly fewer than that in the control group, and the duration of epileptic seizure in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). ③At different observation time points during the treatment, there was statistically significant difference on the abnormal rate of EEG between the two groups, and the abnormal rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The efficacy of Chinese medicine of activating spleen and dissipating phlegm combined with western medicine in treating primary epilepsy with syndrome of spleen deficiency and abundant phlegm is superior to western medicine alone, which can more significantly reduce the frequency of epileptic seizures, shorten the duration of epileptic seizures and improve EEG abnormalities.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture stimulating projection zone of decussation of pyramid combined with rehabilitation training on the muscular hypertonia after stroke. Methods72 patients with muscular hypertonia after stroke were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 36 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture(100 Hz continuous wave)stimulating projection zone of decussation of pyramid combined with rehabilitation training, while the control group was only treated with rehabilitation training, with a course of one month. The clinical efficacy was observed, the changes of modified Ashworth scale (MAS) score and simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) score of upper and lower extremities were compered. Results:①In the treatment group, the effective rates were 68.8% in upper extremity and 75.0% in lower extremity. In the control group, the effective rates were 43.8% in upper extremity and 50.0% in lower extremity. The effective rate of lower extremity was obviously higher than that of upper extremity in the treatment group (P<0.05), and the effective rates of upper and lower extremities in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). ②In both groups, there were statistically significant differences on MAS scores and FMA scores of upper and lower extremities between treatment before and after (P<0.05). After treatment, the MAS scores of upper and lower extremities in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), while the FMA scores of upper and lower extremities in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Electroacupuncture(100 Hz continuous wave)stimulating projection zone of decussation of pyramid can obviously relieve the muscular hypertonia after stroke, and the improvement on lower extremity muscular tension is better than that on upper extremity.

摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Kaimi Formula in the treatment of slow transit constipation with syndrome of qi and yin deficiency. Methods100 patients of slow transit constipation with syndrome of qi and yin deficiency were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mosapride citrate dispersible tablets, while the treatment group was orally treated with Yiqi Kaimi Formula, with a course of 56 days. The clinical efficacy and recurrence rate were observed, and the changes of main symptoms scores of constipation were compared. Results: ①A total of 90 patients completed the trial, among 46 cases in the treatment group and 44 cases in the control group. ②The total effective rates were 93.5% in the treatment group and 79.5% in the control group, the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). ③Compared with treatment before, the total score and all item scores of main symptoms of constipation were reduced in both groups after treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, except the score of defecation frequency, the total score and all item scores of main symptoms of constipation in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). ④The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Yiqi Kaimi Formula shows satisfactory efficacy in the treatment of slow transit constipation with syndrome of qi and yin deficiency, which can remarkably improve the clinical symptoms of patients with low recurrence rate.

摘要:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) sequential therapy on infertile patients undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer. MethodsEighty-three patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (42 cases) and control group (41 cases). The control group was treated with promotion program of western medicine antagonist, and the treatment group was treated with promotion program of western medicine antagonist plus TEAS sequential therapy. After the regular cycle of antagonist promotion regimen, the changes on dose of promoting drugs, intervention time of promoting drugs, embryo development related indicators (ovum fertilization rate, cleavage rate and excellent embryo rate), pregnancy related indicators (biochemical pregnancy rate, clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate) were compared. Results:①Finally, 80 patients including 40 patients in the treatment group and 40 patients in the control group completed the trial. There were 15 patients in the treatment group and 14 patients in the control group who met the condition of fresh embryo transfer. ②During the course of treatment, the dosage of promoting drugs in the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference on the intervention time of promoting drugs between the two groups (P>0.05). ③During the course of treatment, the rate of excellent embryos in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences on the ovum fertilization rate and cleavage rate between the two groups (P>0.05). ④During the follow-up, the biochemical pregnancy rate, clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, but with no statistically significant differences (P>0.05). Conclusion:The efficacy of TEAS sequential therapy combined with western medicine antagonist promotion program on the infertile patients undergoing IVF-ET is better than western medicine alone, especially in reducing the dosage of promoting drugs and improving the rate of excellent embryos.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of Zhibo Dihuang Pill combined with basic periodontal therapy on receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB ligand (RANKL) and osteoprotegerin (OPG) levels in gingival crevicular fluid of patients with periodontitis. Methods60 patients with periodontitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with basic periodontal therapy, and the treatment group was treated with Zhibo Dihuang Pill based on the treatment for the control group, with a course of 4 weeks. The changes of probing depth (PD), clinical attachment loss (CAL), plaque index (PI), bleeding on probing (BOP), RANKL and OPG levels in gingival crevicular fluid and the ratio of RANKL to OPG were compared. Results:①Compared with treatment before, the levels of PD, CAL, PI and BOP were decreased in both groups after treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the D-value of PD and CAL between treatment before and after in the treatment group were greater than those in the control group (P<0.05). ②Compared with treatment before, the RANKL/OPG was decreased in both groups after treatment (P<0.05). In both groups, there were no statistically significant differences on the levels of RANKL and OPG between treatment before and after (P>0.05). After treatment, the D-value of RANKL and RANKL/OPG between treatment before and after in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Compared with basic periodontal therapy alone, Zhibo Dihuang Pill combined with basic periodontal therapy in treating periodontitis shows the better effects on improving periodontium recovery and protecting alveolar bone. Its mechanism may be related to inhibiting the differentiation, activation and proliferation of osteoclasts.

摘要:Objective:To investigate the effects and mechanisms of apigenin on lipid metabolism disorder in mice with type 2 diabetes combined with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Methods8-week old male db/db mice were randomly divided into the model group and apigenin group (50 mg·kg-1·d-1). Male C57BL/6J mice were taken as the normal control group. After drug treatment for 8 weeks, the body weight, fasting blood glucose (FBG), total cholesterol (CHO), triglyceride (TG), free fatty acid (FFA), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), fibroblast growth factor-19 (FGF-19), fasting insulin (Fins) and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) of mice were detected. HE staining was performed in liver tissue to observe the lipid deposition in hepatocytes. The mRNA expressions of SREBP1c, FAS, Sirt1, PGC1α and CPT1 were detected by RT-PCR and the protein expression of PPARα was detected by Western blot. Results:Compared with the model group, the body weight and levels of FBG, CHO, TG and FFA in the apigenin group were decreased significantly (P<0.05, P<0.01), and the FGF-19 level was increased significantly (P<0.01). HE staining showed that the degree of lipid deposition in hepatocytes was alleviated, the number of intracellular lipid droplets was reduced and the cells arranged regularly in the apigenin group. The mRNA expressions of SREBP1c and FAS in liver were decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01), the mRNA expressions of Sirt1, PGC1α and CPT1α were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the protein expression of PPARα was significantly increased (P<0.01) in the apigenin group. Conclusion:Apigenin can improve the liver lipid metabolism disorder in mice with diabetes combined with NAFLD, which may be accomplished by down-regulating the mRNA expressions of SREBP1c and FAS and up-regulating the expressions of Sirt1, PGC1α, CPT1α and PPARα in liver.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of marein, a flavonoid compound in plains coreopsis, on high glucose induced damage in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC). MethodsThe cells in logarithmic growth phase were taken and divided into the normal group, high glucose model group and marein groups with different concentrations (50,0, 200,0 μmol/L). The cell viability was detected by CCK-8. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA),the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and glutathione-peroxidase (GSH-PX) were assessed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), the protein expressions of vascular endothelial factor (VEGF), intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) in HUVEC were detected by Western blot. Results:Compared with the normal group, the cell viability was significantly decreased in high glucose model groups (P<0.05), while the MDA content was significantly increased (P<0.05) and the activities of SOD, CAT and GSH-PX were decreased (P<0.05). Compared with the high glucose model group (50 mmol/L), the cell viability was obviously increased in marein treatment groups (50,0, 200 and 400 μmol/L), with statistically significant differences (P<0.05), and the cell viability was significantly increased with the increasing concentration of marein. The results of Western blot showed that the protein expressions of VEGF, ICAM-1 and MCP-1 were increased significantly in the high glucose group compared with the normal control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the protein expressions of VEGF, ICAM-1 and MCP-1 were significantly decreased in the marein treatment groups, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion:Marein exerts a certain protective effect on high glucose-induced HUVEC damage.  
摘要:Objective:To observe the effects of Biling Qutong Prescription, with effects of eliminating turbid, detoxification and dredging collaterals, on FOXOL and VCAM-1 and renal pathology in model rat of diabetic gout. Methods50 healthy male rats were selected. Except the normal group, the rats in the other groups were fed with high-fat diet and treated with low-dose streptozotocin (35 mg/kg) by one-time intraperitoneal injection, the blood glucose level equal or greater than 16.7 mmol/L was considered as the diabetes model. After 4 days, 5% sodium urate solution was injected into the joint cavity to induce the gout model. After successful modeling, the Biling Qutong Prescription group, indomethacin group and pioglitazone group were treated with the correspending drugs for 21 days. The normal group and the model group were treated with 0.9% NaCl solution at equivalent volume. After 21 days, the blood was collected to detect FOXOL, VCAM-1, Cys-C, PG, UA and LDL-C, and the kidneys were collected to observe the pathological changes. Results:Compared with the normal group, the FOXOL, VCAM-1 and Cys-C were significantly increased in the model group (P<0.01). After drug treatment, the above indexes in all drug treatment groups were significantly decreased (P<0.01), and the above indexes in the Biling Qutong Prescription group were superior to those in the pioglitazone group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Compared with the normal group, the plasma glucose and LDL-C in the model group were significantly increased (P<0.01). After intragastric administration, the plasma glucose and LDL-C in the drug treatment groups were decreased significantly (P<0.01). After modeling, the blood UA and Scr were significantly increased in the model group (P<0.01), and after drug treatment, the serum uric acid was decreased in all drug treatment groups (P<0.01). The Scr level was decreased in the Biling Qutong Prescription group (P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that hyperglycemia was associated with hyperuricemia (r=0.42, P<0.05). Pathological reports showed that there were tubulointerstitial hyperemia and swelling, vacuolar degeneration and lots of inflammatory cells infiltration in the model group. After the treatment with Biling Qutong Prescription, the lesion degree was significantly reduced, and there was a small amount of inflammatory cell infiltration in the renal tubules. Conclusion:There is a correlation between hyperglycemia and hyperuricemia. Biling Qutong Prescription, with effects of eliminating turbid, detoxification and dredging collaterals, shows good hypoglycemic effect as well as decreasing uric acid and LDL-C, which can significantly down-regulate the high expressions of FOXOL, VCAM-1 and Cys-C, and reduce the influence of inflammatory factors on renal pathology.

摘要:Objective:To optimize the extraction process parameters of Compound Baizhi Zhitong Capsule on the basis of orthogonal test combined with fingerprint and information entropy as comprehensive evaluation. MethodsOrthogonal test was conducted to determine the extraction ratio, extract yield and fingerprint similarity of chlorogenic acid, ferulic acid, imperatorin, isoimperatorin as comprehensive evaluation indexes. Information entropy method was used to determine the objective weight of each index to achieve the orthogonal test optimization on extraction process. Results:The optimum extraction process were as follows: extraction with 70% alcohol at 10 times amount of the drug weight for three times, each time for one hour. Conclusion:The optimization of extraction process on the basis of orthogonal test combined fingerprint and information entropy can be used for optimizing the extraction process of Compound Chinese medicine, with high specificity and sensitirity.  
摘要:Objective:To study the possibility of manuka honey promoting methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) into small colony variants (SCVs), and discuss its effects on antibiotic tolerance. MethodsIn nutrient broth (NB) containing or without manuka honey at sub minimal inhibitory concentration (sub-MIC), the SCVs were cultured. Then the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) were detected and compared. Compared with precursor cells, the tolerance on antibiotics in these SCVs was detected, and whether SCVs were Staphylococcus aureus were verified. Results:The minimal inhibitory concentration was increased from 6% to 6.5%. However, the minimal bactericidal concentration showed no significant change (P>0.05). All SCVs were verified to be Staphylococcus aureus. SCVs resistance to oxacillin was increased, with no statistically significant difference. Conclusion:Manuka honey is capable of promoting the development of SCVs in methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). However, for the subsequent treatment with manuka honey or oxacillin, there was no obvious change in resistance.

摘要:This paper reviews the research progress on procyanidin in cinnamon, including extraction and isolation, structure identification, content determination and bioactivity. Studies have revealed that procyanidin in cinnamon shows multi pharmacological activities, such as anti-oxidation, anti-angiogenesis, hypoglycemic effect, anti-inflammation, immune regulation and anti-cancer.

Modern studies have found that Fritillaria plants show good effects in relieving cough,resolving phlegm, relieving asthma, anti-bacterial and anti-tumor, and they also show the effects of sedation, analgesia, anti-hypertension, anti-ulcer and anti-inflammation.
