摘要

系统梳理中医药调控桥本甲状腺炎免疫应答的机制研究进展。研究表明，中医药疗法能够通过调节适应性与固有免疫细胞功能、调节细胞因子网络、干预关键炎症信号通路、改善“肠-甲状腺轴”微生态等多个层面系统性地干预桥本甲状腺炎的免疫病理过程，为其临床应用提供科学依据。

Abstract

This review systematically summarizes the research progress on the mechanisms by which traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） regulates the immune response in Hashimoto thyroiditis. Studies have shown that TCM can systematically intervene in the immunopathological process of Hashimoto thyroiditis through multiple levels， including regulating the functions of adaptive and innate immune cells， modulating cytokine networks， intervening in key inflammatory signaling pathways， and improving the "gut-thyroid axis" microecology. This provides a scientific basis for its clinical application.
