摘要

林氏痔科流派是沪上知名的痔科流派，具有完整的痔病治疗体系。其以“纹”为界、以“平”为期、以“效”为度，缓急兼治、术药并重，核心治疗技术独具特色，既能有效去除病灶，又能很好地保护肛门功能，促进创面修复，疗效显著。并附验案1则。

Abstract

Lin's hemorrhoid specialty school， a renowned medical specialty school in Shanghai， has developed a comprehensive system for treating hemorrhoidal disease. Lin's approach follows the principle of "demarcation by anal striations"， ensuring precise identification of treatment boundaries. The therapeutic goal is "healing to complete epithelialization"， with interventions guided by "efficacy-driven modulation" to optimize outcomes. Lin's school integrates both surgical and herbal treatments， effectively addressing acute and chronic hemorrhoidal disease. Lin's core techniques are distinctive， ensuring the eradication of pathological lesions while preserving anal sphincter function， accelerating tissue regeneration， and achieving significant clinical outcome. One clinical case is included for reference.
