摘要

简牍医方源于王官执掌之方，祝由方、禁方与常方代表不同时期主流医方的时代序列特性、疾病观念与治疗技术的革新。秦汉简牍制度下医方的书写载体是区分典籍医方与官方文书医方的重要依据。简牍医方的流散形成了国家与社会层面的多维传播，包括少府典藏医方的流散、郡县上计献方、师传与家学秘授以及中西医学交流4种途径。医方体系的演化向经方医学过渡，集结形成了系统性、规范性经方典籍，兽医方与祝由方逐渐分流。医方体例由一病一方变为一病多方模式，由简易方向复方转变。汉代医方以医经理性化认知的生命观、疾病观、诊疗观为指导，实现了医方体系的理论化构建。

Abstract

Bamboo slips and medical prescriptions originated from the prescriptions administered by royal officials， and Zhu You Fang， Jin Fang， and Chang Fang represent the temporal sequence characteristics， disease concepts， and treatment techniques of mainstream medical prescriptions in different periods. The writing medium of medical prescriptions under the Qin and Han bamboo slips system is an important basis for distinguishing between classical medical prescriptions and official medical prescriptions. The dissemination of bamboo slips and medical prescriptions has formed a multidimensional dissemination at the national and social levels， including the dissemination of medical prescriptions collected by the Shao Fu， the offering of prescriptions at the county level， the transmission from teachers and secret teachings from families， and the exchange of Chinese and Western medicine. The evolution of the medical prescription system has transitioned towards traditional Chinese medicine， resulting in the formation of systematic and standardized classic prescriptions. Veterinary prescriptions and Zhu You prescriptions have gradually diverged. The medical prescription system has changed from one disease， one prescription to a multi-party model for one disease， and from simple to compound prescriptions. In the Han Dynasty， medical prescriptions were guided by the life view， disease view， and diagnosis and treatment view of humanized cognition of medical managers， achieving the theoretical construction of the medical prescription system.
