摘要

营分热为营分证所表现出的特征性发热，以热势不高、身热夜甚、易反复为特点。部分老年肺炎发热与营分热特征相似，在热型上为低热，病机表现为阴虚发热、血瘀发热，治宜清营养阴结合透热转气，兼顾活血化瘀以退热，方用清营汤加减。从营分热角度出发，可为老年肺炎发热的治疗提供新思路。

Abstract

The theory of "yingfen heat" describes a characteristic fever pattern seen in yingfen syndrome， characterized by moderate heat， a pattern of higher fever at night， and susceptibility to recurrence. The fever associated with certain types of elderly pneumonia shares similarities with the characteristics of yingfen heat， presenting as a low-grade fever. The pathogenesis is attributed to yin deficiency-induced heat and blood stasis-induced heat. Treatment should focus on nourishing yin while clearing the yingfen， expelling heat from the yingfen and transferring it to the qifen， concurrently promoting blood circulation and resolving blood stasis to reduce fever. The modified formula Qingying Decoction is suggested. Approaching the treatment of elderly pneumonia from the perspective of yingfen heat provides new insights for treating fever in elderly pneumonia patients.
