摘要

基于“治虚三本二统”理论，结合“肺为五脏之天，脾为百骸之母，肾为性命之根”的论述，从肺、脾、肾三脏生理和病理特点出发，探讨癌因性疲乏的临床辨治思路与用药配伍。结合“阴虚统于肺、阳虚统于脾”的论述，阐释肺肾阴亏与脾肾阳衰互为因果的虚劳病机演化规律，并从肺肾阴液互滋、脾肾阳气互济的脏腑制化角度立意，通过调节机体气血阴阳，以实现气血和调、五脏安和的治疗目标。并附验案1则。

Abstract

Based on the theory of "treating deficiency with three principles and two unities" and the statement that "the lung is the heaven of the five zang-fu organs， the spleen is the mother of the hundred bones， and the kidney is the root of life and death"， this article explores the clinical diagnostic and therapeutic approaches and drug combinations for cancer-related fatigue， starting from the physiological and pathological characteristics of the lung， spleen， and kidney. By integrating the discussion that "yin deficiency is unified in the lung， yang deficiency is unified in the spleen"， it explains the evolution law of the pathogenesis of deficiency syndrome that lung-kidney yin deficiency and spleen-kidney yang deficiency are mutually causal. It also aims from the perspective of the mutual nourishment of lung-kidney yin fluids and the mutual assistance of spleen-kidney yang qi in the transformation of zang-fu organs， to regulate the body's qi， blood， yin， and yang， achieving the therapeutic goal of harmonizing qi and blood and maintaining the peace of the five zang-fu organs.One proven case is presented.
