摘要

以敦煌吐鲁番医药文献中收录的小方为研究对象，通过对小方进行系统挖掘、整理与研究，从其主治、方药、剂型等方面分析了小方的特点。以组成在4味药以内的方剂为标准，整理出308首小方，分载于英国、法国、日本、德国与中国收藏的各卷子中。其主治病证涵盖广泛，包括内、外、妇、儿、急诊等11种类别的疾病；药物方面涉及常用中药整理、中药配伍整理以及剂量记载整理；小方剂型丰富，将剂型以内治法与外治法进行分类，总结出内治法剂型10种，外治法剂型10种。

Abstract

Taking small prescription collected in the Dunhuang Turpan medical literature as the research object， the characteristics of Xiaofang were analyzed from the aspects of its indications， prescriptions and dosage forms through systematic mining， sorting and research of small prescription. Small prescription refers to a prescription consisting of no more than 4 herbs. The author has compiled 308 small prescriptions and distributed them in various volumes collected in England， France， Japan， Germany and China.The main symptoms cover a wide range of diseases， including 11 categories of internal， external， women， children， emergency and other diseases. In the aspect of medicine， it involves the arrangement of commonly used drugs， the arrangement of drug compatibility and the arrangement of dosage records. Small prescription dosage forms are abundant. This paper classifies internal treatment and external treatment， summarizes 10 types of internal treatment and 10 types of external treatment.
